Fast and the food was fresh and consistently being restocked. They were constantly cleaning the line and provided gloves and hand sanitizer.

I'm doing this review literally because the staff helping us out today March, 13,2026 was sooooooo rude and disgusting. The food quality and portions are okay, nothing out of the ordinary at a Mongolian restaurant. Somehow the new staff members are so rude, starting with the cashiers and the guy who heats up the food, I pay extra for shrimp and the guy gave it to a different customer and try to blame me for handling him the ticket and him assuming the guy in front of me and I were together so he put it on his plate. The place is nice and clean, the music and temperature inside was nice, the outside looked clean, there were couple tables with dirty trays full of dirty dishes, but nothing out of control. Definitely not coming back soon!

Best underrated gem in all of Scottsdale. I never write reviews, but this place is one of the only places that deserves it. Staff is phenomenal and their attention to detail and cleanliness doesn't go unnoticed!! Food quality is A+ too, and definitely worth the $ for the amount of food you get!

This place is really good! We're from a different state where it's called Mongolian Grill, and we've been craving it for about four years. We were so excited to realize there was one right down the street from our house, next to the movie theater we always go to. My husband and I did the all-you-can-eat option. I'll admit--after two bowls, I was completely stuffed. Honestly, I could've just made one large bowl like everyone else and probably ended up with the same amount of food, but the price difference would've only been a couple of dollars anyway, so it really didn't matter. What I loved most was how easy the flavor options were. At the end, there's a bold, clear list that's easy to read and follow, so you can choose your sauce and seasoning based on the instructions. My food came out so flavorful and good that I ended up getting a second bowl--even though the first one already filled me up. With the all-you-can-eat option, you can choose white rice, brown rice, or fried rice, plus soup and bottomless drinks, which was really nice. I tried one of the soups and added rice to it, and it was surprisingly tasty. The fried rice wasn't quite traditional--it lacked eggs and a bit of flavor--but for free rice on the side, you really can't complain. This is definitely worth it for a cheap dinner or date night. The staff were young women, and the cooks were older gentlemen--everyone was respectful and friendly. One of the girls was even recording what seemed like a relative while he was cooking, and they were laughing together. It really gave off a family-run vibe, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming and made us want to come back!

Good service. Food was quickly cooked. Nice ambience. Tasted quite good and was very filling. The bread cracker things were not good. Pretty good experience

Mongolian BBQ is a fun and delicious concept. After you pick your preferred raw incredients such as beef, chicken, and / or pork, and veggies, plus the sauce or mix of it, you hand the bowl over to the cooks for the preparation. It is fun to see such coreograph8c and efficient cooking. Then, you can select from the rest of the items, rice, soup, and icecream. The price is decent for such a treat (small, large, or endless bowl cost almost tge same). The place as such can get busy, so the ambiance is really for having a great, self-picked lunch or dinner in the most efficient way possible.

    The result!! Yum!!

It was my first time and I really enjoyed it!! It was fun to pick your favorite ingredients for your order- meats, veggies and even the sauce!! You can make it the way you love it!! Plus, it's fun to watch them cook up your goodies!! It's pipping hot and you get soup, and ice cream if you like!! We will be back!

I cannot believe this place has good reviews overall! Maybe we went on an off night? It was $20/person for a small bowl which included a drink. They have the freestyle soda machines which was the only positive. We got our bowls & headed to fill them. We were not given any direction, just have our bowls but I've been to a few Mongolian places before so off we went. I was shocked to see all the meat was paper thin & rolled up. I have never seen meat presented this way at a Mongolian place & this should have been my first red flag (I also should have taken a picture but didn't). There also was nothing to be able to taste the different sauces before choosing one which I found abnormal from all the other Mongolian places we have eaten at. Gave it to the chef & asked if I come back to pick it up or off they bring it to me, but unfortunately he did not speak English so he didn't understand my question. The food was brought to us without silverware so I went to grab that. The veggies were all raw still so you can imagine the meat was inedible. I hate confrontation & there were no servers around anyways so we ended up just leaving without eating. I would not come back! Not only was the food inedible, but the staff were not friendly or helpful.

Chang's as a more expensive, upscale version of Pei Wei. When I found out that this location in South Scottsdale started it all, I knew I had to check it out. I stopped by on a Wednesday for dinner. I found free street parking a couple of minutes away by foot. Ambiance (4.5/5): The original P.F. Chang's is a beautiful restaurant. There are two large horse sculptures outside of the restaurant. Once you go inside, you'll see a trendy establishment with Asian decor. For some reason, it gives me Vegas vibes. We sat at a booth. And the area surrounding the restaurant is just as beautiful. It's on the water. It's a nice area to take a stroll. And there are many others restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. Service (3.5/5): Friendly service, though a bit slow. With that being said, I appreciated that when we tried to order two cups of wonton soup, our waiter recommended that it would be a better deal to order a bowl. It's cheaper that way and you get more soup. That was a nice touch. At the same time, he poured our wine without giving me a taste yet. And with it being a white wine, he also didn't chill it at the table. These are standard practices when it comes to wine services that sometimes get lost at chain restaurants. It's all about the proper training. Drinks (4.5/5): P.F. Chang's has a nice list of cocktails and the usual assortment of beverages you see when there's a full bar. With that being said, we focused on wine. The reason? On Wednesdays, all bottles of wine are half off. That's a deal I couldn't pass up. We went with a bottle of Pinot Grigio from Venice. Food (4/5): A bit of a hit and a miss. I'm a big fan of wonton soup. P.F. Chang's iteration was elevated in the sense that included ingredients you typically don't see in this dish including shrimp, chicken, and mushrooms. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. The broth was flavorless. The chicken was bland. There weren't a a lot of dumplings in the soup. It was disappointing. A total 180 occurred when I received my beef teriyaki. Prepared in a wok, the protein came with pineapple, veggies, and was served with my choice of white rice or brown rice. I went with brown rice. The teriyaki was absolutely delicious. The sweet teriyaki was so good that I couldn't help to eat it all. While the prices are a bit steep for a chain, P.F. Chang's is solid (with a few flaws).

It was about half that. That being said they used the "ball of dough around a tiny piece of chicken" sweet-and-sour style method. I thought i wouldn't like it BUT the way they did it was kind of like a donut. Crispy on the outside, delicate on the inside. I didn't mind it. Im used to the larger pieces of chicken thigh coated with crisp batter, but if there was more chicken in there rather than dough it might make a good meal. Their batter was like funnel cake batter around tiny little pieces of boiled chicken from the wonton soup or something. The sauce was good, rice was as expected.
