Blazing Bagels is located in Bellevue and can be a great option if you're craving bagels. I tried the Jalapeño cheddar and everything bagel. The bagels were a bit chewy and tasted good. I tried the Chipotle and Jalapeño cream cheese smears. The bagels and smears were good, but not the best I've had. However, their pricing is very reasonable and have some seating available. Service was quick and don't expect any fancy ambience!

I come here all the time when I am in Bellevue, as a reward to myself for my morning run. The bagels here are actually quite good and compare reasonably favorably to New York's. They have pumpernickel everything bagels, a rarity which is really very tasty. It's quick, inexpensive, and good, what more can you ask?

Drinks were 5 out of 5. I ordered the chai and my daughter ordered the London fog. Love they have half and half option and likely contributed to the decadent flavor of our drinks. We did get an order to pick up and likely it finished early, so next time I'd probably just order while I'm in the shop as our bagels were cold. The bacon was generous and crispy unlike most bagel sandwiches. Bagel texture was great but would have been better warm. Will for sure return. Inside was bustling and they are serious about ringing the bell when you arrive for a take out order.

Nice little bagel shop. Many flavor options for both bagels and cream cheese shmears. I tried the Gluten Free bagel in order to tell a family member with an allergy how it tasted. I have to admit, the taste was just 'okay' and it was a bit dry. Next time, I'd add cream cheese. That would help a lot. Hubby got the cheddar bacon chive. It was very delicious! The orange juice is a star. The dining area was generally clean. Staff was great. Solid breakfast choice. There also do phone ahead orders. Plus, they had a basket of bagels for dogs!

I pre-ordered $70 worth of bagels to bring to my families Thanksgiving. I had to pick up for 12 PM and when I went to go pick up, they sold most of the bagels I bought! how frustrating I drove 40 minutes to pick them up. No one gave me a courtesy Call to let me know that they sold all my bagels I bought. So if you pre-order anything from here, don't expect to ever get it.

This place is truly a gem! I did the build your own bagel and they have lots of fixings you can add in and they give a substantial amount of them. Their bagel selection is also extremely plentiful with great flavors. I did an order online to pick up and decided to eat on their patio and realized that they forgot to put the Turkey in my sandwich, I went in an mentioned it to them and they said they could remake it, but I said they could just give me the nest and I'll add it in, no problem it happens. The staff was incredibly apologetic and so willing to accommodate. Super great food, good price, great staff, and perfect in door or out door seating for a causal stop. I enjoyed my sandwich with an iced tea from h mart that's right across the parking lot (so yes, ample parking available!)

Bagels themselves were good. Not like the New Jersey bagels, but good for Seattle. Everything bagel was my fav

Was surprised at this place had such high ratings and was not expecting to find a great bagel spot in the Seattle area. Great service and a nice ambiance. It's a little full to hang out, but definitely come by and grab your bagels to go to start out your weekend right or on a weekday morning. Really appreciate how friendly and nice and service was. Our favorite was the onion bagel and can't wait to try the sandwiches next time.

Came here on a whim just walking by. Looked like plenty of parking in the parking center in case you're driving up I saw the sign that said best bagels and that got me. The line validates that because it'll keep growing til you're bunched up against the wall Cashier was definitely nice telling me all the most popular bagels for a tourist and i only got the basic blueberry which was good im sure the craft sandwiches and bagel are much better The only thing that was strange to me was going back up to the front to ask it to be toasted. I don't want a cold bagel in 44 degree weather lol. A lady up front was there when i walked in and said she had been waiting over 30 mins to pickup one bagel so im not sure how great that aspect of the customer service is regularly. They asked why she didn't ding the bell and she said I've been standing here asking for it. Thats the only reason i wouldn't put a 5

Always a good tasting bagel sandwich. Everything bagel each time. They're quick and polite. The place has a distinct smell when you walk in. Can't place my finger on it.

Best bagel on the Eastside. Solid breakfast sandwiches and the cookies are great when they're fresh. Nice people and fast service.

Are these as good as actual NYC bagels? These are amazing and we hope to find these outside of NYC.

Not even close. No crisp crust. Dough inside not chewy. More like a piece of bread masquerading as a NY bagel.

Are any of your bagels vegan? I called and asked and the person I spoke with said they weren't confident but thought only the gluten free bagel is vegan.

A ton of them are vegan and they have an amazing vegan cream cheese!

    Where can you park?

There is a free parking lot next to the building.

The menu is quite small with three cold sandwiches and three hot ones, each inspired by a different region of the globe with the South Pacific, South America and Mediterranean as a few examples. There were two salads listed as well. I've been here twice and both times, when I went to place my order on the iPad, the menu stated they were out of stock for the sandwich that I wanted. However, when I asked the employee, she said that was not correct. So if you see the same message when ordering, it's worth asking about it! During my first visit, I ordered the RENDANG ($14). This hot sandwich came packed with SO much meat! Very tender chunks of marinated beef tasted of coconut, curry and warm spices. The flavor had true depth and I could actually taste hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Thin spears of pickled cucumber and carrot added crunch and a perfect zing of acidity. They were refreshing and cut through the rich beef. A drizzle of Sambal Terasi (chili) aioli gave it another layer of flavor. Cilantro, mint and Thai basil were all fresh and vibrant. The bread was lightly toasted, being a little crinkly in texture without being harsh against my gums. If I could change something, I would include a couple extra slices of the cucumber to balance out the ratio of vegetables to meat, and add a bit more of the aioli. Other than that, this is a great sandwich influenced by flavors of the South Pacific. My companion got the STEAK sandwich ($15) and enjoyed it. The steak slices were thinly cut and tender as well. They do their beef right! On another occasion, I tried the PROSCIUTTO ($14), one of their cold sandwiches. The delicate layers of prosciutto were placed on top of sliced tomatoes, pickled onion and arugula, all between pressed focaccia bread. Truffle mustard was spread on both pieces of bread, which was WAY too much in my opinion. With this mustard having a stronger flavor, it overpowered the sandwich and made it too tangy, especially in combination with the pickled onions. The menu stated this should include pistachios, but I didn't notice any, and they were all out of provolone, so there was also an absence of cheese. For the prices, these sandwiches are pretty generous in size, so I consider them a good deal, especially for the Bellevue area. The ingredients are fresh and make for a fantastic lunch option. While I wasn't a huge fan of the Prosciutto sandwich, I'd definitely go back again for another Rendang!

I pre-ordered the high fiber bread scheduled for pick up on Monday. It was on the menu online and it accepted my payment, and considering it's a pre-order I assumed everything was good to go and they would make my order ready by Monday. I get to the store on Monday in a mad rush because I'm trying to pick up this high fiber bread to take home for my father in law flying back to Taiwan. So I literally made the trip just to get the bread in the morning and then rushed home to take him to the airport. I get to the store and apparently one of the managers said they tried to call me... at 6:30/7AM in the morning leaving me a voicemail on that same Monday I went to pick up the bread.... Basically saying they can't fulfill my order because the high fiber is not something they make on Monday??? I mean first of all, why are you taking preorders online then? Second of all, why is your online system allowing us customers to order and place in the cart if it's not available on Monday? Isn't that the point of preorder? So you know ahead of time what bread to make for customers? He then had the audacity to say... all our *regular customers* know our bread making schedule. It changes daily. Well, first of all, excuse me for not being a *regular* as in there's apparently some elitist exclusive group at great harvest bread. Also, though I'm not a *regular*, I do purchase breads from here for visitors etc from time to time and am well aware that the breads they make change daily WHICH IS WHY I PREORDERED. I was pretty upset about the whole ordeal and he compted me a Dakota bread which I don't even like. *eye roll* I think they seriously need to work on customer service etiquette and to edit their website so that it's not misleading. If you aren't able to provide the bread listed online, then don't enable it for preorders and waste our time commuting only to leave empty handed. Factoria is an extremely busy area too with heavy traffic in the morning. I was breaking a sweat trying to get from A to B on time What a complete disappointment. Please note this is not a review for the quality of their bread, but for the disappointing customer service and lack of transparency in their website. It's completely misleading...

Lorenzo opened Paseo in 1994, where his popular Cuban roast pork sandwiches were regarded as among the best in the country. After years of local expansion, Paseo abruptly filed for bankruptcy in 2014. The brand was subsequently bought out by a local entrepreneur, but the sale did not include Paseo's secret recipes (the reboot attempted to reverse engineer the sandwiches with varying success). So, in 2015, Lorenzo's sons revived Paseo under a new name, Un Bien, armed with their father's original recipes. Nowadays, Un Bien is generally regarded as superior to Paseo, and you can grab their Caribbean sandos at one of the three locations across Seattle. You can't miss the pastel pink-and-teal palette of the original shack on an otherwise drab block of Ballard. As you approach the wooden window, you are greeted by the aroma of sauteed meats and veggies. Communal laquered wood benches are lined up underneath a covered pergola. Fifties hits ring respectfully around the kitchen. My partner and I visited for late weekday lunch, and we ordered immediately. We opted to focus on the signature pork shoulder, so we split the #1 Caribbean Roast and #2 The Press. Across both sandwiches, we were impressed by the tender pork, rich onions, lemon-forward aioli, and marinade-soaked baguette. The standard roast pork sandwich added on pickled jalapenos and crisp romaine, culminating in a dynamic flavor that accentuated the meat. Meanwhile, The Press featured tart banana peppers, smoked ham, and melty Swiss, amping up the sweet and savory flavors alike; we agreed that this extra-messy sandwich just edged out the standard version. Our order took just minutes to be prepared, and the bill just topped $30. Despite the fanfare, I still found myself surprised by just how satisfying Un Bien's sandwiches turned out to be. Across all the food I ate in Seattle, only these pork sandwiches would be worth a return visit, even if I had to venture out of my way.

Priding themselves as the best sandwich, the restaurant serves Caribbean pulled pork, fish, roasted chicken, steak, and various seafood in sandwiches, entrees, and small bites. The staff manning the register and handing out the food had amazing energy, recommending the palmomilla steak and fish of the day-mahi mahi. We ordered the fish with a level 3/5 spice and also got a small container of their habanero sauce. The flavors and meat, both steak and fish, were magical. On the other hand, I definitely found the bread to be quite hard and scratchy. My friends, though, did not find this to be an issue. I'd love to visit again, maybe subbing the baguette with the tortilla.
