Very poor, legit copy of Dave's Hot Chicken. Which id recommend to anyone over this place.

Fountain soda tasted disgusting. Can't attest and won't attest for the food after that

Mediocre at best. Decently priced. But the food leaves a lot to be desired. Will not be coming back again.

The prices on everything keep creeping up while the quality goes down. I understand food inflation, but coupled with declining quality I'm just no longer a regular customer anymore. The last 3 times I've gone, the fries were very brown on the outside but not overcooked, indicating the oil was old and needed to be changed, this gives them an off flavor that's not good. When done right, their fries are fantastic, however this is a regular issue now. Also, they changed their burger in the past year, something I used to order a bunch, but not at all anymore. It used to be a grass fed patty and now they call this a wagyu blend, but it's awful and tasteless compared to the old one. Additionally, their wings (for some reason only when getting to-go) are either way over sauced, sitting in a pool of sauce and thus get soggy or they're under-sauced. The issue with the oil is really what gets me though. I'm guessing they're dragging it out longer before changing it to save money, but they're doing it at the cost of quality and now they've lost a regular customer. I may revisit next year, but not anytime soon. Employees are relatively friendly and service is ok, ambience is typical of a wing joint.

First time back in a while! Don't know why it's taken so long for me to come back but one thing I…read moreremembered was how GOOD the chicken and waffles were. The waffle is made with cheddar and cornbread and the chicken is so well seasoned! A little more batter than I personally like but it's still my go to order when we stop in. The staff is always so nice and hospitable when we come in, making sure to always check on us if we need anything and how our food is. I love the metal atmosphere and the music isn't too loud that you have to shout across the table the perfect volume for background music. If you haven't gone to The Brutal Poodle yet, what are you doing!

With that being said it was a bit loud in there but everyone appeared to be having a great time, the servers included. I ordered the Brutal Burger with fries and it came out pretty quick. It's a nice thick juicy burger that's been seasoned and comes with all the fixings. Be warned, a lot of the items on the menu say they're spicy. This burger was not.

I would avoid this place…read more However, if you do decide to visit Burgers & Wings, here are a few things to keep in mind. First, the music is deafening, and it gets exponentially louder when they sing "Happy Birthday." Second, the prices are insane: $25 for a double cheeseburger or $6 for a fountain drink is simply unjustifiable. There service was also very slow at times and then also super attentive. If that doesn't scare you away, be warned that they are incredibly sly with their pricing. Costs are omitted from the physical menus, forcing you to scan a QR code to find them. In our case, we ordered an item after being quoted a specific happy hour price (despite zero mention of a happy hour anywhere in the establishment). Yet, when the check arrived, the item was marked up, and our server, Gabriel, feigned ignorance. Frankly, it felt like fraud. Additionally, they recently rebranded under a new name to reset their ratings--and based on the reviews under their previous name, it is easy to see why. If you want a good burger and wings, do not go here. Head over to Romes, Cherry Cricket, FOTM, or Park Burger. Go anywhere but here.

The food was just okay, with the frozen margs not being great, although portion sizes are ridiculously large. Two of us got the Large (24 piece) wings Half n half (Spicy/Yangnyeom) and could only finish around 2/3. Took the rest home for lunch the next day. I always get the Spicy but this time, I also tried the Yangnyeom. It was sweet, tangy, sticky, and mild spicy. I would recommend getting wings Half n half so you don't get tired eating all with the same sauce. Service was great as well. Our waitress constantly checked in with us to refill waters. But on 5/9/2026, I did a big order for a group of friends (the k-meal for 6-8), and after a couple hours, we all felt sick with some of us vomiting up the food. I wouldn't have assumed it was Bonchon if it wasn't for the fact that within 3 hours of eating it and nothing else, we were ALL feeling nauseous. Everything about the food felt and seemed consistent, but the chicken tasted extra meaty and chicken-y. After, I tried calling the restaurant to express concerns for food quality, but my call was not received well and I never got a response back. Very disappointed in one of my favorite convenient go-to spots and hoping for this to be remedied.
