When we first came in we were sat down and then my parents had used the rest room and when coming back had stopped by the area to get your sides- we decided to do the one step up from the bottom which was $32.99 per person, when ordering the meats our waitress was rude/pushy trying to rush us ordering our meats. The meats we ordered wasn't the actual cut that they described. The pork belly wasn't even pork belly, it taste like the pork leg it was a little bit chewy. The brisket was a good staple you can never go wrong the beef bulgogi I am personally not a fan but my parents said it was not good, was not very marinated. The squid was good , totally a fan ! The chicken wings were also a hit. I absolutely loved the complimentary ice cream - was such a great sweet treat ! There was quite a few tables sat. We chose hot pot only and were seated in the back (which was a lot cooler and less smoky). Did have to wave down the server a couple times to return to take our order (we kind of got forgotten since we were seated away from everyone else). The meats did come out pretty quickly once ordered. They charge kids based on height (42 inch and above to I forget is half price). My daughter was charged even tho she didn't have a pot... and the server never measured her height. Might not be worth it if u have a large group with small kids (especially right at height cut off) and they don't really eat much. My daughter ate one egg total. read more

What a gem of a find in the desert! This place exceeded my expectations and hit the spot. We decided to try this spot because of the hot pot element. For only $5 more add on to the Korean bbq portion you also get ayce hot pot. They had various noodles, vegetables, seafood, and thinly sliced meats for your hot pot. For the bbq, there is also a huge variety of meats and appetizers. There's a good sauce bar as well for your hot pot. Shoutout to our server Jillian! She was so thoughtful and attentive. It was our first time and she answered all of our questions and checked on us. The meats were all good and delicious. If you like hot pot, I would definitely recommend this place. I know there is shabu shabu in the area, but this is more along the lines of traditional Chinese hot pot. Oh and you get a scoop of ice cream as dessert. You have a choice of Korean BBQ, Hot Pot, or both. Very reasonably priced for all the food choices, and they also have 3 categories of meats & seafood for 3 different price points. The Servers are all friendly and helpful. Shout out to our Server, Jenny, who took extra time to explain everything to us and who always made sure our cups were full and we had plenty of food to grill or for our hot pots. She is top-notch!! I've been to many different AYCE Korean BBQ spots, especially in LA and Orange County, so I was really excited to find one during our family trip here. Unfortunately, this place didn't quite meet expectations. I'm giving 2 stars mainly because the servers and staff were very friendly and welcoming--definitely appreciated their hospitality. As for the food, it was below average. The Korean side dishes (banchan) didn't taste authentic and seemed like they were made by someone unfamiliar with traditional Korean flavors. The rice was also slightly undercooked. We ordered the top-tier AYCE option at $38 per person, but the meat quality didn't match the price--honestly, it felt more like a $23-$25 experience. Out of curiosity, I asked the server if the restaurant was Korean-owned, and it turns out it's not. That helped me understand why the flavors and presentation felt off from what I'm used to at more authentic K-BBQ spots. I genuinely hope the owner or manager sees this review and considers hiring a Korean chef to help improve the authenticity and quality of the food. I really enjoyed having hot pot and kbbq together. The spicy miso broth is my favorite and pairs excellently with the kbbq. My favorite kbbq meat was the brisket, beef belly, and spicy pork belly. We have been saying we were going to stop in here for awhile now. We finally did today. Let's start with the food. Everything we ate was excellent. We had the BBQ & Hot Pot premium combo. Lots of fresh vegetables on the bars and lots of pickings for the hot pot. There are way too many meat selections to even come close to trying them all. On to the atmosphere. The restaurant is cool. Neon lights on stainless around the walls and adjustable led lights on tracks above most of the tables that have hot pots at each seat and a grill in the center of each 4 top. They give you plastic Forks to eat with which was super weird. They did provide me with a metal one but only upon request. When you are dropping $50/person to eat, they should definitely provide metal eating utensils and a fork, spoon, and knife. Never got a knife. Ended up using the community shears at the table to cut all of my meat. Also, the restroom was pretty dirty and we were only there an hour after opening. Finally, the service... started out great, we ordered and our food came out almost immediately. However, once we had our first dishes, it was like playing hide & seek trying to find our server. We had multiple people place our additional requests. Again. The kitchen crushed it and the food was out almost immediately. Having accessibility to the soda fountain. Was nice because we did the see our server much. I will say that they had him all over a pretty large room. Unfortunately he stayed focused on the larger tables and put us on the back burner. All in all, I wasn't in a hurry during our visit, so it wasn't a major deal. However, every guest should be equally important. Never know who is going to review your business. I will come back here for sure as the food was excellent and hopefully the service matches up with it. read more

Our waitress Cassandra was attentive and patiently explained the menu and waited for us to make up our minds. My mom was in town and I know she loves to go to places where you cook your own food or someone cooks in front of you. (I don't go to these places, on my own, because if I wanna cook my own food, I can do that at home.) We went for an early dinner, on a Friday night. Luckily, we were seated right away. The tables are ENORMOUS. She and I sat across from each other, with the grill in between us. She had to stand up to cook her food, because she couldn't reach. I didn't have an issue there. We opted for the KBBQ rather than the hotpot option. We got some pork belly, chicken, and some thin steak. The chicken and pork didn't do anything for me, taste wise. (I did choke on a piece of chicken, by accident, thankfully, I was able to cough it up.) I did like the thin steak, though. There is a small bar where you can get some "banchan" but there weren't too many options. The kimchee was ok, but not was "funky" was I was hoping for. The japchae had good flavor. Overall, I think my mom liked it, but when she saw the options for the hotpot, I think she wished that we had done that. This place isn't cheap, but then most AYCE places aren't. Our server wasn't impressive, as we had to flag her down a few times. Lighting is pretty dark, but pretty, kinda like you're in Tron, with blue accent lighting all over.
