The other day we had been showing our guests around and we decided to try out the new Let's Eat Rice and Grill in the shopping center on the northeastern side of Washington and CA-111, close to the Baskin Robbins and Tiffany's Cupcakes in LaQuinta. I went with Japchae glass noodles, grilled zucchini, a wonderfully seasoned tofu, shredded carrots, mushrooms, seaweed noodles and peanut sauce. Each of us built a different lunch bowl. The kimchi is homemade and is mostly spicy and pickled, not sweet like other kimchi. they do offer sauce but it's really not necessary, the flavor is good on its own.
