Typically services goes by fast. However: today I waited 6 minutes to get rung up while a girl worked on floors and didn't even greet me. It wasn't until the girl making the smoothies told her 6 minutes after the line was out the door to get on register. Having worked serving coffee myself for almost 5 years, this is COMMON SENSE. It's team work- this girl kept working on her floors as the line accumulated. WTF. This is the first time this ever happens to me - so this is only a rating based on tonight's shitty experience around 9pm. I love blenders in the grass. I finally decided to buy the cups to refill instead of getting the disposable ones every time I go. Try to save mother earth, ya know. Well, I usually get the red mango or tropical mango or some type of smoothie. You can add a supplement for free but because I was pregnant I didn't add anything just for precautions. I've been here a few times and never had a bad experience. The drinks here are really great and revitalizing especialy after a good workout. There are many options to get your health kick going. The staff are quick, efficient and always have smiles on their faces. I think the staff are drinking these awesome smoothies as well. Why else would they be this happy? I went in order my drink she made me repeat myself 3 times. Then it took almost 15 mins for 5 of them to make a small drink!! He had to keep going back and fill the blender more cause it didn't fill my cup at all!! Horrible service and it wasn't even blended all the way! read more

I'm a fan of grabbing a smoothie and walking around the marina. Have tried a few smoothies but gravitate toward the betterfinger with chia seeds, half soy. A lot of sugar in the ice milk is a downside for me but otherwise it seems healthy and a nice treat! Very friendly staff. read more

Blenders in the Grass is a smoothie joint that desperately needs an update. When you compare it side-by-side with Jamba, there is no contest. The menu is not creative and does not reflect modern nutrition trends. The smoothies are all high in sugar and I am not aware of any ALL fruit options on the menu. If you're concerned by drinking refined sugars, this place won't leave you with many options. The one thing I really like about BITG is that they allow you to split a smoothie, which is great if you and your loved one can decided on the same flavor. read more

I love blenders and I think they have the best smoothies I've ever had. HOWEVER, I'm sad to report that the acai is terrible. Sure it looks like acai and has granola and banana, but whatver they are putting in the mixture is just wrong. Tastes nothing like the real Brazilian acai that just has guarana syrup banana and acai.
