The restaurant is also very clean, including the restroom, which I really appreciate. Ed was the one who prepared my order and he was friendly, helpful, and courteous, making the experience even better. So far, I've tried the dinuguan, chicken tinola, egg rolls, adobong pusit, and sinigang, and every dish has been absolutely delicious! The only downside is that they're about 25 miles from me. As someone who knows alot of the dishes there, I think it's easy for me to decide what I want, but I do think it might be helpful to have name cards on the food area or on the glass so those who are newer to Filipino food may at least know the names of the foods they're looking at.
