Ordered the Bourbon latte & it's so good! I've never had a bourbon latte. Super cute place to enjoy a bite or just grab a pick me up. They have merch as well. Staff were friendly. There's plenty of seating inside & outside .

This is a small cafe, but not small in flavor, we each were able to order what we like for a drink and for breakfast. This is a cafe that you walk up and order, then they will either call your name or if you ordered a food item, they will bring it to your table. We ordered a Macha drink with maple syrup, Carmel iced coffee and the green passion ice tea. For the breakfast choice we ordered the Quiche, breakfast burrito and the avocado toast with an egg added to it. We were so happy with everything, each item came out cooked perfectly and was brought to the table, The inside is such a cut and relaxing environment, plenty of parking near by.

I haven't been to Bloom Coffee in a few years! I was missing out! This place is so cute and soooo tasty. It's in the large eating/shopping area on Eureka - easy to find, lots of parking. It's BUSY at lunch time in the center in general. Parking can be tough. Bloom Coffee is also crowded - lots of people working at the tables. The employees are cheerful and friendly. The coffee is awesome!! I had a delicious iced latte. Service is quick. They serve good treats and breakfast, but I was too late - boo. I need to remember to come early in the morning to get the good stuff. I will be back!

Another great coffee shop. Plenty of casual seating, a great place to work on a lite meeting day. They have a great menu of hot item and a small window of tasty pastries. The coffee here is top notch and the staff are even better.

I saw this cute coffee shop on Yelp and I had to try it out. It's located in the shopping center where Mia restaurant is located at . Inside it's very clean and organized with people working on their laptops . The staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a Latte and Avocado Toast . The latte was very flavorful and the Avocado Toast was delicious. I really enjoyed my time here I had to get some paperwork done and it was a great space to enjoy coffee and get things done . Definitely recommend checking this place out .

Nice quality coffee and tea and a great place to sit and do work. Plus I really enjoyed the easy parking. If you're in the Roseville area and want a nice cup of coffee or latte etc this is a good option.

Cutest little coffee shop with great food! Very clean with lots of seating inside and outside. Seems like a nice place to come to get work done and enjoy fresh air. I had an oatmilk vanilla lavender latte which was delicious and their bacon bagel sandwich. Will definitely be back and order both again. Staff was incredibly cheerful, patient and kind. All in all a solid coffee spot!

This was my first time going here and I'll definitely be coming back. There is a good amount of breakfast food options to choose from, highly recommend the bacon burrito. I believe there is pesto in it and it's tasty! Inside there is a good amount of seating. Service was excellent, the cashier helped me to decide on how to sweeten my matcha and her recommendation was spot on!

Fast service! We got flat whites, yogurt parfait & peach muffin. Everything was delicious except the peach muffin was just OK (tasted like yellow cake & little stale. FYI It's hard to see where this little cafe is,in a medical strip mall.

This wasn't our first visit--and definitely won't be our last--but I always forget to leave a review. I finally made it a mission to do so today... and of course forgot to take pictures until the end ‍ We ordered the breakfast sando with potatoes (not pictured), a chorizo breakfast burrito (half pictured), and the BLET sandwich with fruit (also half pictured). Everything was fresh, filling, and really well done. Ashlyn took our order and was super friendly, offering great suggestions--one of which was the gingerbread cappuccino. I added cinnamon on top and it was chef's kiss. Brannon, the manager, wasn't there during this visit, but from past visits he's always been such a welcoming and friendly face, which really adds to the experience. The vibe here is a cute, cozy coffee shop café, and they have a great selection of homemade baked goodies that I'm hoping to try on a future visit. Highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for good food, great coffee, and even better service.

The coffee was okay. Got the plain shakerato and one with a flavor -- white mocha. It tasted kinda weird so we asked to have it remade with mocha and it still had the strange taste to it. We realized it must be the coffee beans. It tasted kinda sour. I've never had that type of coffee bean flavor palette before and I can't say it was for me. We both weren't really happy with our drinks. The pastries looked good and we got a cookie but it was very hard, thick and tough to chew. There was no softness, not even in the center of it. Chocolate chips were minimal and there wasn't much of a flavor. Overall, wouldn't come back here. The coffee flavor and pastry type was not a style I am fond of. It's a cute place and the workers are nice, but not a fan of their products.

This is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. No, literally. The brioche bun was small and didn't overpower the meal, the pickled cabbage gave it an elevated component and the greens?! Oh my goodness, I LOVE greens on a breakfast sandwich and only one other restaurant I remember does it. ( a favorite of my sisters "Gus' " in Campbell. ) I went with the side salad and summer peach tea alongside the "Sando" as it's titled. 10/10 meal The parking is a little dangerous because everyone drives so fast! I came for a late lunch post-hike and everyone was dressed to the nines so I felt unprepared. I do love that they have a water pitcher for self serve and some room to study or work. Service was fast and efficient, a winning combination.

Best matcha is from Offbeat coffee in sac, but the double at Gu Ca Phe is just as good and has its own unique charm. Worth the price, worth the drive! Amazing. If I got it with normal sweetness, I don't think I'd love it as much. Long version: Cute little spot in an unsuspecting location. I don't live in Roseville but was here for an appointment so I stopped by since this place has been on my list. After trying dozens of matchas in Sacramento and surrounding areas, this one definitely rivals the top spot. It's a small location and the service was nice and pretty standard. They also have a kiosk so you can take extra time to scroll through the menu with photos. Not a fan of the AI artwork throughout if I'm being honest but I know it's a sign of the times. And I'm glad their drinks actually do look pretty damn close to the photos unlike other businesses. I got the regular size double matcha, less sweet. If it was regular sweetness, I don't think I'd like it as much. The matcha is good quality, seems like it was freshly handwhisked but not sure. It is strong without being astringent. The matcha cream is amazing and strong as well. You def have to love matcha to enjoy this one. It's going to be stronger than something you find at Starbucks of course. I love matcha to hit me in the face so this drink was perfect. They have the good ice, too ! A similar matcha I've tried, and is my personal #1 across dozens I've tried, is from Offbeat Coffee (x2 matcha). Gu Ca Phe has finessed something similar and I honestly feel like it would be worth the drive from West Sac to Roseville just for Gu Ca Phe's double matcha. I want to try their other drinks. The sugar croiffle was delicious, too!

The interior is small but clean and brightly lit. The coffee is good but weaker than I expect when getting Vietnamese coffee. It is phin dripped, and the classic flavor is there, but less creamy texture. Traditionally the brew is very strong and mixed with condensed milk only - the ice in this instance is necessary to balance the boldness. In this coffee, between the added milk and large amount of ice, it is watered down and not the full bodied experience you would expect. Overall still a good cup, and probably the best you can get in the immediate area, but not wholly satisfying if you are seeking the traditional Vietnamese coffee flavor.

Absolutely no coffee aroma at all. What this place uniquely offers is late hours of operation. Open to 11pm Monday - Thursday. Friday - Sunday open to midnight. I just sampled 3 of the desserts. There were 3 people in line and one of the employees came out to turn on a second kiosk. The kiosk was taking a while to load and I felt like the employee could have just started taking orders instead of waiting for the kiosk for good customer service instead of keeping people waiting. I guess some businesses just only use kiosks for ordering now. Their menu offers matcha, coffee, and sparkling soda drinks in addition to various flavored sundaes - matcha, ube, banana, strawberry, boba, and coffee. I went with my partner and we ordered the honey sundae to share. The description said it's made with local honey. It came with a piece of honeycomb. The soft serve is made from Hokkaido milk and it is silky and smooth with a subtle sweetness. I prefer Asian desserts since they are not overly sweet and it was not overwhelming sweet. The honey paired well to give it some sweetness without being over the top. The honey flavored sundae was probably the most simple compared to the other sundae flavors but still delicious! The sundae was a big amount and was enough to share between two people! I don't think I could have finished it myself! They don't skimp on the portion size. I substituted it with oat milk - not sure if that's what made it taste better but it was satisfying enough that we ended up heading over there the following day for coffee. They even brought the food out to me. I had a Sweet Matcha Latte and a Sausage Breakfast Sandwich, but they also had pastries and regular lunch sandwiches as well. The sandwich was a bit overpriced ($16), but really enjoyed it so would definitely order again.
