Light, flaky, and more like an open-faced tostada than a quesadilla. It came topped with green chili and chicken, and everything worked well together. Based on that, I'd expect the rest of the menu to be consistent, even if it's not trying to reinvent the wheel. Service Service was efficient, especially considering how busy it was. No complaints here... you can tell the staff knows how to handle a full house and keep things moving. Ambience This is where the place stands out. The vibe feels like a food network designed a biker bar, but in a fun, not over-the-top way. It's also apparently a Kansas City Chiefs bar, which adds to the identity. There was a live band playing early 2000s rock hits, which kept the energy up. Crowd was friendly overall, very much a neighborhood crowd. Overall This isn't a destination bar, but it's a really solid go-to if you live nearby. Think of it as an elevated dive/sports bar with a strong local following. Anyway, it was delicious and because it was happy hour it was half off the regular price of $23. I ordered one oyster and it was fabulous. A nice neighborhood bar with a nice ambience. My wife had a burger and fries and she loved it! I had the shrimp and it was very good also. Got our food right away after ordering and our beers. Bartender could have been a bit nicer however. She was eating something behind the bar and seemed agitated when we got her attention for another drink! Everybody has a bad day I get that but she just seemed to be in a bad mood. No smile, no nice greeting, you get the point. We were right up at the stage and during the opening act and main they actually had a beverage/bar cart come through at the security fence which I thought was pretty smart. From where I was standing, I couldn't see the stage at all, which made it hard to enjoy the performance I came to see. Beyond just being crowded, it felt unsafe. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

Just the fried vegetables appetizer is a basket of brown stuff and does not look very appealing, but it is OK once you get over that part and douse the fried vegetables in ranch dressing. Make sure to pay way in advance if you need to leave by a certain time. Last time I didn't have cash and there was a big delay due to technical difficulties. Not sure if they had switched to a new system or something.
