Stumbled upon this place and will definitely continue bringing my dry cleaning here. The owner was friendly, fair, and fast! I dropped off five items that needed cleaning and stitching on Monday and she had them all ready by Thursday! There was no "express fee" tacked on to my reciept. This place is definitely the best priced dry cleaners I know of, and until recently I've been satisfied with their work. The last time I picked up my clothes, I noticed a spot on one of the freshly pressed items. I was able to scrape it off with my fingernail but it makes me wonder if they actually clean the garment or if they just press them. They have always been on time with my items and have never lost anything, and have never *damaged* an item, but I think maybe they don't take as much care as they could. The best part about this place is the price. 95 cents for laundered shirts and 2.25 for dry cleaning, any item!!! They have a pretty fast turn around time. I suggested a 2 day pick up even without me asking. The only down side is that they staple their tags to the brand tags of your clothing. But if you have a staple remover, it's not that big of a deal especially at the price. I know some other places where they write your name on near the collar of the shirts. I prefer removable staples to pen marks. read more

Most competitively priced dry cleaners I know of - $1.95 to dry clean most items - that's less than half the price of other places. $0.95 to launder and press shirts - sweet. This is my new place, I am moving to Los Gatos but I will still come here - close to the Hamilton for 880 access and not far from Moorpark for the 280 Bascom exit. I would give it 5 stars but....it is not the best cleaners - clothes are cleaned and pressed but maybe with not with as much care as other places such as Sam's at Bascom/Union a few miles south of here. One thing that irks me is that they staple a tag onto the tag in the inside of the collar of the shirt or sweater. But, all things considered (with price comprising the greatest portion of 'all') this is my preferred dry cleaner. read more

I went here to take these stuffed animals my students love to dry clean or wash. The lady working was so sweet. She said, honestly you can hand wash them and explained how or I can use the gentle cycle on my own washer machine. They do a nice job, but have lost 3 items in 6 months of ours and don't replace. They give you replacement cost in dry cleaning services. They valued my husbands Hugo boss shorts at $6.00. Their costs have gone from $2.75 to $3.75 an item with no notice to customers. read more

I have been going to New Bonded Cleaners (fka: Bonded Cleaners) for 10+ years. I have never had an issue with a lost/misplaced item. I inspect my clothing BEFORE I leave the shop to ensure that each item is cleaned, pressed & all intact. They offer the best price for public service uniforms @ $2 an item (pre-paid). Also, I like that I can bring in my gently washed clothing and request to have them lightly pressed as I do not own an ironing board. :) Again, the items are pressed to my satisfaction. I took a new top in to be dry cleaned and put a small piece of tape on the spot so, it would not be missed in the cleaning process. The owner, Susan, looked at it and said no problem, we will take care of it! When I went to pick up my top, it was damaged in the back with little holes all the way across the top and it had spots all over the sleeves, back and front. I requested my cleaning cost back and it was refunded. I asked who to speak with about replacing the top that they ruined and Stella told me either Kobbie or Susan. I called the next day and spoke with Koobie, who said there was nothing she could do because it could not possibly be their machines or their employees. I asked who the owner was and she said she did not know but they were in San Francisco and then promptly hung up on me. Do not EVER go to this cleaners if you value your clothes. read more

The only thing good about this cleaners is the price. I have taken my clothes to Bonded cleaners for a few years, so the first time they lost a dress of mine I let it go because the prices were so good. The times my clothes were not cleaned well, they re-did without a problem, but when they lost my favorite dress, THAT WAS IT!! The lady in front kept trying to give me other peoples dresses that looked similar to mine, but WEREN"T. The owner said to give them a few weeks to call other people to see if they could find it, and they would get back to me, but he never called me back. When I try to call him he doesn't return my calls. I went in and the manager conveniently doesn't recall what happened. I have since found a dry cleaner that I trust and does great work. Beware!! Superior Dry Cleaners has become my go to place for dry cleaning. The people at Superior Dry Cleaners do a really good job at a very affordable price. They're very accommodating. They go out of their way to get my clothes done and the turnaround time and quality of service are truly make them so praise-worthy. Last week, I brought in an expensive dress that I thought I ruined forever with wine stains. They were able to get it out completely. It is amazing how they done it but they did it. New policy - this cleaner now staples, yes-staples with a stapler, their tags onto your clothes, and not on tags, the actual main fabric of your clothing. Everything I dropped off now has a hole in it. Asked if this was a new policy, or simply a mistake, and they confirmed that stapling would be their new policy. Asked if they would repair garments damaged due to their staples, they declined and seemed insulted by my asking such a question. Great prices, great alterations, been going here for almost a decade - but the fact that they are ruining my clothes kills this place for me. Place has really gone downhill since Susan, their previous owner, passed away. Shame. read more

This establishment is also known as New Bonded Cleaners and up until a recent ownership change did a fine job. I have been going there for about four years and have only had minor issues which they were very quick to fix. Unfortunately this has changed and I have had several major issues within the last few months. In late October or early November I took three shirts in for tailoring. After wearing the shirt once or twice the stitching came undone. When I took the shirt back in to have them repaired the clerk, Jose, told me that I would have to pay for them again with the explanation that they were under new ownership and the new owner would not honor the old owners work; he also accused me of trying to get a free repair. At this point I left and came back a few days later to discuss the situation with an employee, Stella, that I normally work with. She took one look at the stitching and said that this was their fault and wrote a ticket to have the work redone at no charge. After Stella had resolved the issues I decided to continue using this dry cleaner and on 12/17/14 I dropped off five suits and four shirts plus had them redo one of the shirts I was picking up from it being restitched because it was already coming apart before I even picked it up. In retrospect I should have know not to drop off the new order because on top of the shirt not being fixed, for the second time, at the time of drop off the only other two customers were in there complaining about lost garments. Unfortunately I decided to place the order anyway; making sure to go through each of my items with Stella due to the previous issue and being accused by Jose of trying to defraud the company. When I went in on 12/19/14 to pick up the order the shirt that was being redone for the second time was not there and Jose handed me one of my suit pants and said he could not dry clean them because of a rip in the back seam. When I told him I went through each item with Stella he again accused me of trying to defraud the company and said I only went through the items with her because I knew the rip was there and I was trying to sneak it past them. After several minutes of trying to work the situation out, with no cooperation, I asked to speak to his boss at which point he said he was the boss. I asked him if he was the owner and he said no but refused to give me the owners information; saying that he did not know who the new owner was. But when I had my first issue of the stitching coming undone on the tailored shirts he said the new owner would not honor the previous owners work; which would mean he knows who the new owner is. Because I always prepaid for my orders I requested the money back for the pants that he did not clean. He at first protested about refunding me but when I pointed out he cannot charge me for work they did not do he decided to give me the money back. While he was getting the money I decided to check on the other garments that were supposedly cleaned and on the very first one I looked at, the jacket to the blue suit he would not wash the pants of, was not cleaned. When I pointed this out to him he said he is giving me my money back and will not give me any further service because I complain too much. I explained to him that expecting the service you pay for to be done properly is not complaining and he told me to get out and never come back. At which point I asked for the owners information again and he refused again saying he would not know who the owner is until the new year. At home I inspected the other items and although they were cleaned they were done so very poorly. On a side note this establishment is also charging a surcharge for using a credit card. There is a sign right by their register saying that there will be a fee for credit cards use. I believe this is a violation of California State law and the Durbin Amendment to the Dodd Frank Act. When I asked him why he charged a fee for a credit card Jose said the credit card company makes them. If you value your cloths and don't wish to have them damaged or lost I would recommend staying away from Superior Dry Cleaners also know as New Bonded Cleaners!!!! read more

One time, the lady asked me if i wanted my shirts cleaned by tomorrow. And my order is over $10，i can get one stamp ,than i paid for cash, i get one more extra stamp,after 10 stamps i can get $5 store credit. That's a first for me. Overall, great service! read more
