This salon is amazing! I just moved to Campbell February 1st from Santa Cruz and this was the first salon I tried over the hill. They did such a great job and the prices are affordable. I got a manicure with powder and it looks great and only took about 45 minutes maybe a little less. I also received a gel pedicure and they spent a considerable amount of time on the massage which is nice. I won't even bother going to a new salon again, I've found the perfect one! read more

Had my gorgeous gel/acrylic French tips done on Monday morning by Jessie. She is amazing - very knowledgeable and such a sweet lady!! Made me feel very comfortable. She worked with me and listened to exactly what I wanted, and was pretty quick. I am usually super picky about the shape and whatnot, but she communicated any questions she had and made sure I was happy. They turned out soo pretty. I will most definitely be going to her for my acrylics from now on! Also got the Eden special pedicure the weekend before which was lovely. I got a classic white french tip on my toes in gel as well. Came in the day after the SIP was lifted and it was so nice to be able to get a pedicure again. The service is top notch and the experience relaxing. They installed new massage / pedicure chairs which are comfortable and enjoyable (though there are a lot of options and pressure levels so it took a little trial and error before finding one that I liked). Always happy to come into the the shop to do my nails! I live in San Jose there are many nail salons options that I can choose but I still stick with place because the service is Amazing. Their gel will last long at least 3 weeks and up I never had any issues with my nails. Tony checking in each Cusotmer and make sure the nail artist did a great job for each customer even he was not the one do for you but he always on top of the service!! The first thing I noticed walking in is that the ventilation is not great and the smell of acetone and nail polish is extremely strong, though by the time I left I had adjusted to the smell. They offer no-frills nails at reasonable prices. I thought the service was good and they didn't cause me any pain when cleaning my cuticles. I had a similar experience to Felicia in a similar timeframe. I have had pedicures at nearly two dozen local places, this was the worst by far! I had to leave before it was completed. The woman said I had an ingrown toenail. I had never had one before or since but she is expert so I went along with it. She started digging the side of my toenail away from my toe flesh, which was just as painful as it sounds. I told her it hurt and she said "ingrown" and the main lady, without looking at my feet, concurred with her and she kept digging, separating the side of my nail bed from the skin. I asked her to stop again, paid and left. They assumed I wanted a man to continue the process and attempted to reassign my pedicurist but my toe was hurting so bad I was not having it. It took over a week to return to normal. This is the first and last painful pedicure I have had and the first and last time I will try this place. OUCH! read more

First, let me start off my saying I have been coming here for a long time (years) and I have always been happy with the service. I thought long and hard for 3 days whether or not to leave a review or let it go, but I just cant. The good; I called to see if there was availability to come in within 30 minutes and they happily accommodated my request. I requested a full acrylic ombre set and honestly my nails look STUNNING - I have gotten so many compliments over the weekend. The bad; during the entire course of this service my fingers were cut not once, not twice, not three - but FOUR times! 1 nail bed was cut with the dremel tool (Which was quickly switched out they they apologized profusely) while scuffing my nails for the acrylic application. But the the rest were cut with either the cutting down of my nail tips or the the filing/shaping of the nail. My ring finger is currently red, swollen and painful to touch or use. All in all I am not happy. Although my nails themselves look great, they are super painful & look ridiculous swollen and covered in scabs. read more

When I first visited Eden's Nail Spa, I was a bit disappointed. The woman who did my gel manicure was very friendly but I'm not sure that she entirely understood what I wanted (shape-wise), and I am pretty picky about my nails. When I got home, I noticed that one of my nails was cracked down the middle, and that several others had bumpy polish. Tony, the owner, was quick to address my frustration, offer his apology, and assure me that he'd fix my manicure at no cost. I wasn't able to go back in until almost a week later, and he was there to greet me. He apologized many times - for my manicure, for my time, for my unhappiness - and personally offered to fix my nails. Rather than patching the cracked polish, he gave me an entirely new manicure, all the while mentioning that if ever I was unhappy, he would be happy to fix my nails free of charge. Tony took the time to listed to what I wanted, perfect the shape, and perfect my manicure. He even noticed that my nail was very weak where the polish had initially cracked, and added a thin layer of powder gel to prevent it from breaking. A little bit of kindness goes a long way, and Tony's thorough and kind approach is exactly why I'll be returning to Eden's. Thank you, Tony! read more

The owners are so friendly, they're open seven days a week, and i have left both times completely satisfied and in love with my nails! Mai is so gentle yet does everything so perfectly and my sister gets her nails done by Tony who she swears by! If you're looking for a new nail salon, this is it!! This might be my new go to salon! I have visited twice after getting my hair done and had equally pleasant experiences. My nails were beautiful both times. I didn't feel that awkward nail salon vibe at all... you know.... all the whispering/rushing and what not. This place seemed genuine and that's pretty hard to find. The salon I started going to across the street referred me and all those ladies love it here as well if that adds a cherry on top. Zero weirdness paying, consistent service from what I gather, and pretty busy. But! The busy DID NOT compromise their service. No one rushed and the wait was always short. So I'll give it a 4 stars now and bump it once I get more visits in if my feelings are a yay! read more
