As a milk tea addict, here's my quick review. The place is clean and feels like the outdoor section of a furniture store which certainly gives off a vibe. The service counter is right in front of the door and the menu a little obtuse but workable for what it is. As for the drinks, I'm only going to talk about the crème brulee milk tea. This drink is delicious with boba pearls, brown sugar, custard, and sugar burned on top. This really is just a crème brulee but in milk tea form and it's delicious. Super cute boba shop tucked WAY inside a shopping center. Loved the stylish interior with lots of lush green plants. Person at the counter who was helping us was very friendly. I was a little bummed to not see the usual large selection of boba flavored drinks I'm used too at most boba places, but I was still excited to give them a try! I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and boba. I got a viet coffee boba drink for my husband. You are able to to modify the sweetness of their drinks, however the only milk alternative they have is oat milk so keep that in mind. My matcha latte didn't have a super strong flavor and I wish it was colder (I asked for it blended, but it still was on the warm side). The boba is a lot more soft and less chewy than I prefer. My husband enjoyed the viet coffee, though he found it to be really sweet even with taking down the sweetness to 25%. They had some interesting looking iced teas I would come back and try, but I don't think this would be my first stop next time I have a boba craving. SUPER friendly service! My usual go to is Jasmine Green Milk Tea but I ended up trying the Rose Earl Grey Tea and it turned out a nice "Fragrance Bomb". Very friendly & quick customer Service. one of my faves in the valley for sure. menu can be overwhelming but honestly i have a hard time deciding because everything sounds good. This shop offers more than a lot of the other boba shops in the valley - you can tell it is not a chain but you can tell they have inspo from shops in sgv or oc. you can adjust sweetness and ice levels as usual. They have pretty solid boba her - the right amount of chew. I am a fan of their creme brulee drink but I have had four seasons tea and it is one of my faves to order here. They have desserts outside of the drinks like waffles, cookies and cakes - definitely worth a try if your are in the area. Note the best park but there is a lot - be mindful there is a del taco drive through that can block parking options. read more

More of a 3.5 stars, but rounding up for friendly service and great aesthetics. We ordered Twilight Lychee and Sunset Peaches. They use real fruit in their drinks, which is pretty much the standard of all good boba places these days. The sunset peaches would probably taste great with toppings, but I didn't get any so it felt like there was something missing in taste. Both drinks were on the sweeter side for my own personal preference. I wouldn't say this place is a must visit, but it seems to be the best option around this area. Found this place off of tik tok and the people that posted about this place made it seem so good. It was local and I had to try it out. I ordered the strawberry cha cha drink and the barista told me to upgrade to a better tasting matcha (so I did). The drink looked absolutely delicious with all the colors and the strawberry puree at the bottom. This was probably one of the worst matcha drinks that I've ever had, it literally had no taste to it. I had mixed the drink around a lot, maybe it needs to be blended a little bit. I even waited a little on the drive home to let the drink settle and maybe the flavors need to settle after mixing it. But nope, I was bamboozled by the people off of tik tok and I wasted $8 for this drink. I've had great matcha from Vietnamese coffee spots, so I have a little bit of experience in the matcha realm. The vibe of the restaurant was nice at least, seemed like it can be a very photogenic spot after you get your drink. But yes, overall one of the worst matcha drinks that I've tasted. As a matcha connoisseur this is the best spot for matcha in the 818 area. I've gotten the banana pudding matcha (with oat milk, so yum) four times and oh my god so incredible every time. This place is a super cute boba shop with much creativity when it comes to their drinks. You do not get anything basic at this place because they go above and beyond with their drinks. They even serve waffles with different flavors to choose from. I got the biscoff milk tea which was sweet and tasted just like a biscoff cookie. The food was good. I ordered a Matcha latte and it was so good with an authentic taste of matcha unlike other places. The service was nice as the person in charge of being cashier recommended how I should order my drink and what to add. The place is aesthetically pleasing with its plants and theme. The only problem was the price of the drinks. It can be expensive when customizing your order and expecting to spend 7 dollars or more. But for the price you get a good portion and is worth it. Whenever I'm in the valley, I always go to this boba spot. Most boba places don't impress me but Bltea is on my top 5 boba places to go to in LA. Their summer mango series is currently my favourite because their fresh mangoes/purée is ripe and sweet. Previous favourites have been kumquat drink and matcha strawberry. Their blueberry waffle last time I tried though tasted either moldy or had an artificial taste from their blueberry puree, I couldn't tell. I do like their boba tiramisu on their dessert menu.
