Since I have finally finished my 10 boba stamp card here, I believe that this well-deserved review is overdue. To start, this is BY FAR my favorite boba shop in the Valley and I have recommended this place numerous times to friends. I love that this place uses only real ingredients, and it's truly reflected in the drinks they make. The only criticism about this place I would say is that they need to make sure their drinks are sealed correctly. My bf's drink was leaking, as was mine, and it spilled all over his sweater and my purse while we were shaking up the tea. Cream Cheese and Blueberry Jam waffle (5/5): This exceeded my expectations so much it was so delicious!! I think about her in my dreams sometimes. Freshly made waffle that is perfectly caramelized and crispy, topped with the perfect amount of cream cheese and blueberry. I look forward to trying the creme brûlée waffle next. Black Milk Tea (5/5): The best milk tea I have ever tried! Real strong milk tea flavor. The only MT that is close to this is Wushiland, but I actually like BLTea's better since they use lighter milk. I get 75% and it's perfect. Ube Brush Stroke (5/5): I've had this laying around at a (Pre-Covid) family gathering that was passed around in amazement about how good it was. My bf and other friends told me they killed their cup right when they got into the car. I would describe it as a ube "paste" that mixes in with their fresh milk to create a beautiful bright purple milk tea. Get 100% sweet on this drink because the real ube makes it not too sweet. I tried 75% before and it did not have enough ube flavor. Milky Moon (5/5): This drink is not for everyone, but if you are into salted egg you find in moon cakes or those buns at dim sum, you'll def love this!! This is a very heavy and sweet drink however, as they do not skimp out on the egg at all. I love this and have gotten it twice. I got 100% sweet but may get it 75% next time. Creme Brûlée Milk Tea (5/5): I got the creme brûlée topping on black milk tea and it's great! Super fun to eat the caramelized sugar on top. I got 75% sweet. Matcha Tornado (3/5): I got 100% and this was wayy too sweet. The matcha flavor was not as strong as I wanted it to be. I thought this was going to be like Omomo but it missed the mark. Sunrise Peach (2/5): I was really disappointed with this drink. I ordered 100% sweetness and even so the peach flavor was not really there. Kinda a shame since the drink looked so cute. Oat Milk tea (4/5): A really delicious solid milk tea!! If you have tried the oat cream milk tea from a tea thing this is just like that. I got 75% sweet. Lastly, a quick shoutout to the man and woman who I always see working there! They are really sweet, hardworking, and willing to make any changes to my drink if I am unhappy with it. read more

I would say this is one of my favorite tea places in the valley. I love their different flavors that are more interesting than the places I've seen lately as well as the store is very clean and pretty looking. The people that work there are really nice as well. I've gone twice now and my favorite thing is the creme brulee tea which is delicious and it has that hard creme brulee cover on top that you can just CRACK with your straw. I will say I'm not a boba person, although my wife is and we both would suggest getting the drinks without the boba as the boba is okay but the tea itself is absolutely delicious. I love BLTea!! I always try to make the 15min drive just to get boba here. Wish it was closer but the drive is worth it. I've been coming here ever since they opened and I'm happy that they added more drinks to their menu. I honestly love all their drinks I've tried so it's hard to recommend one or two. I really like the orie coco. I recommend that to people who like chocolate-tasting drinks. It's refreshing and not thick at all so it's really delicious. I love their newest drink series, the oreo cream cheese drinks. I have tried the oreo mint matcha and the regular oreo cream cheese milk tea. Both are so delicious. My coworker took me to this spot since it was within walking distance. It's a cute little place with quite a bit of drink options. They also make Waffles with different topping choices. I asked the cashier what the organic black sesame drink was made out of. She stated that the black sesame cream had no dairy in it and can substitute oat milk with it. I thought the drink was alright. It needed more of the black sesame taste to it. My coworker ordered the waffle with Nutella on top. It took at least 10 minutes for them to prepare the two. They smelled really good. My coworker stated that the waffle tasted pretty good. The employees were nice. This spot seems popular since people kept coming in after us. Was actually looking for some coffee after 8:00 pm and this popped up as an option because of their Vietnamese coffee. Didn't get any coffee but I did get two drinks and was pleasantly impressed. The ube drink was delicious, though on a personal preference note would have liked a bit more of the ube spread as the milk notes were too dominant. The Twilight Lychee drink was nice, it was balanced and had great flavor. Very intrigued by the creme brûlée drink, will have to try it next time. This is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops. There's a shared private parking lot available in the plaza it's located in. I personally tend to opt for street parking which is also conveniently available on the residential side of the entrance. The spots are a tad bit smaller for my comfort and boat sized vehicle. They've got a stamp card that you can work your way up to a free drink with. The menu has a bunch of drink options available, hot and cold. Mainly cold. Their Vietnamese coffee is a certified banger. I added creme brûlée for a little razzle dazzle and wasn't disappointed in the least. The biscoff situation is giving everything it needs to give although I may be a bit biased due to the fact that there are cookies in the coffee and I love me some cookies. Speaking of cookies, they've got what looks like homemade chocolate chip and a little chocolate s'mores cookie garnished with melted marshmallow. I swear, it's like they've got ESP or something because by the time you order, your drink is hot and ready for you. The setup is super cute inside and definitely chill worthy. Wallpaper art covers the main wall. There are a couple of tables setup along with two couches, so you could definitely come in and get some work in with available wifi, or hang out with some of your folks for a quick pick me up. Their size small is the smallest I've seen at any boba shops, and I've been to plenty. I paid $4.50 for a kid sized boba milk tea. My coworker ordered a large drink and 80% of it was ice. I woke up from my nap yesterday and when I checked Instagram, I saw BLTea. It showed me the Ube Brush Stroke drink of theirs so...I drove out there to get myself one! Found this place during a boba craving while stuck home for quarantine and thought it would be a good time to satisfy my cravings. The store was super cute even though I only went in to pick up the boba that I ordered by call. The black sugar fresh milk was super good. I've gotten this drink from every boba place that I've gone to and would definitely say that BLTea does theirs well. I really liked the sweetness of the drink and firmness of the boba pearls. The ube was also really good. I personally really like ube flavored drinks and this did not disappoint. I got it with brown sugar boba pearls added but it was a bit sweet and will probably get it with regular boba pearls next time. My sister (in the picture) tried it and said that I needed to get her one next time too. We went in today, got there at 11:45 and they were closed. Apparently they don't open until noon. That was fine, we waited in the car for them to open. Right at noon a group of two walked in ahead of us. They both got a drink. When it was our turn, we ordered three drinks. It took 20 minutes for us to get our drinks. The drinks were good. Nothing special, but good. There were three girls working at the time, and none of them greeted us. They didn't smile or try to make any conversation. It was a little uncomfortable. The reason I wanted to write this review though is because the place looked very dirty. The couches were completely stained all over. The floors were sticky and grimy. The plants inside were all super dry, dying of thirst and covered in dead leaves. The walls were dirty and the glass that separates the machines from the dining room were very dirty. Considering they had just opened for the day I would expect the place to be clean, as nobody had been in there that day. Overall, I think three stars was very generous to give them. read more
