I placed an online order, but pickup is in the same line as people ordering sandwiches. My wrap was already sitting on the counter, yet I still had to wait while everyone's sandwiches were being made until I had to to awkwardly bypass to ask. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The employee who helped me was also extremely rude, defensive, and came across as entitled. They keep online orders sitting on the counter without names or phone numbers attached. When she asked for my name, she said there was nothing under it, even though they had taken my name over the phone (why ask if everything's just in a pile then?). Instead of checking further, she gave me attitude because the order wasn't labeled, and even made a snarky comment as I was walking away. I don't know what warranted that. The wraps are a little small, pricing is fair.

He took out orders, and it seemed like no time had passed before our orders arrived. One of us had the biscuits salmon. One of us had an omelette with a side of greens and I had the backyard burger. All 3 items were just wow. We all exclaimed that we had never had amazing food like this ever. The food was piping hot, fresh, and out of this world...
