Organic. Local. And FAST! All in the morning. They were on top of providing the goods! You have to try the breakfast sandwich where you can add meat. I loved my sandwich and how warm it hits when you take the first bite. I had a latte with a steamed milk type of foam which was HEAVENLY! The fact it's organic, and they give you the option to make it more true to the taste. Service was quick , the barista was beautiful and so kind early in the morning! [[HIGHLIGHT]]As far as the shop, it's a great place to study and work in the morning. They even have a little library you have to check out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Please say hi and give them a try!

Love looks not with the eyes, but with thy mind. And therefore is winged Cupid painted blind. Let's begin this BBC review. BBC (est. 2017) is an excellent coffee shop located in the Bradbury Building. This store location on Broadway is impressively massive with contemporary interior design. I feel like we're in MOCA. Everything here looks neat and organized with large windows and abundance of natural light. We came late afternoon and was warmly greeted by a male staff. We decided to grab Green Tea to quench our thirst. It was bloody perfect! Every sip brings refreshment. BBC has a rear book library for customers to read or purchase. Prices seem fair. Service was spot on. Atmosphere was fantastic. Collectively, this is one of the finest coffee shop in DTLA. Overall, We had a nice experience and pretty much enjoyed the cold green tea. I recommend you visit.

I loved coming to this location off of the corner of Broadway and 3rd Street in DTLA. It appears during the weekdays, this place opens at 630am. I ordered a typical coffee and delicious Avocado toast. I did like the fact that they gave me the coffee in a glass cup. However, I think in the future, I'd ask for it in a paper cup for portability. Although I went to the counter to pick up my coffee, they were definitely willing to bring it to my table. In fact, they brought the Avocado toast to my table. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved the ambiance of this place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't really notice electrical outlets where people can plug their laptops in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I can definitely see myself doing some work here if need be.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We came to see the Bradbury Building and decided to stop by Blue Bottle Coffee right after. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space feels open, calm and safe, which is rare in some part of downtown.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved the big wooden tables, the shelves of books, nice atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was also very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a regular coffee, and my husband, who's the real coffee connoisseur, had an espresso. He really liked it and said it was smooth and well-balanced. They also bring a small cup of sparkling water with the espresso, which I thought was such a nice touch, European touch. It reminded me of being in a café in Paris or Italy, where that's just part of the experience. The staff was super friendly , which made it easy to just sit for a bit and enjoy the vibe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's the kind of place you could come to just people-watch after walking around downtown.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Worth stopping by for coffee if you're visiting the Bradbury or Grand Central Market

Just FYI...this place is pricey coffee, if you can splurge, I totally say Go FOR it!! This is my first time here in the USA (1st one I been to was in Japan), service was great, cashier was helpful in explaining the different types of coffee & blend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is so nice and bright and sooooooo roomy! Such a great vibe[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. This is in Downtown LA, so only downside is parking. Oh! The coffee...I ordered their Pour over (I normally don't like pour overs) Rwanda Nyamasheke Nyabumera, let me tell you...like seriously I always hear coffee connoisseurs talk about how they taste this note and that notes on coffees, I personally had never ever taste any notes, I just go by if coffee is smooth and light. Well...today's coffee I tasted...I CAN taste the notes!!! (Laaaaaa...heavenly sound effect)!

I had some boring matters to attend to in DTLA. I live in a town that borders LA County and Orange County, so going to DTLA is an arduous journey, especially considering the traffic, crime, and parking. When I finished my errands, I needed a caffeine kick to keep me awake for my journey back home. I was craving matcha, but I also wanted to try good coffee. Blue Bottle has a good reputation, so I opted for this option. I couldn't decide on my choice of caffeine...tea or coffee...so I chose both! I ordered a regular Matcha Latte and an Iced Cherry Blossom Latte. I've found that most shops sell matcha lattes that contain matcha syrups that are much too sweet and lacking in the bold flavor of the tea; however, this matcha latte was wonderfully bold, yet smooth, with a crisp finish. It tasted like the smell of freshly mowed grass. Natural and herbaceous. The iced coffee was smooth-not a hint of acidity. I don't know what cherry blossom tastes like, but I liked this iced latte. Usually, floral syrups are too sweet and taste like perfume. This syrup had a light sweetness that reminded me of almonds and grapes. I also ordered a cookie which I wouldn't do in the future. It was pretty lackluster and synthetic. I could tell it is mass produced, rather than baked in-house. If I am ever back in the city, then I would stop by this place again. The baristas were polite and efficient.

I got a cup of Bella Donovan blend (hand pour), and ever since it has been my to go. It is not strong, smooth, and with no acidic taste. Compared to the hand pour from other places, Blue Bottle offers the hand pour at a slightly lower cost. All the staff at this location are always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The staff recommended me Bella Donovan after knowing I prefer coffee with no acidic notes, and I truly enjoyed it. This location can be busy, but luckily the wait is not long. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is spacious with lots of seatings.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommended.

I've only been to the Blue Bottle locations in Seattle. It was great to try one of the LA location. It didn't disappoint at all. The same great flavors and options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was quick and music soothing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Well worth a coffee grab.

4+ Nice, spacious Blue Bottle Coffee location in the heart of DTLA right across the street from the Grand Central Market and next to / attached to the Bradbury Building. Coffee here is consistently good and the people were friendly. I came in the afternoon, so it probably wasn't as busy as say the morning or something like that. Ordered a latte and it came out pretty promptly and was well made. Great location in terms of being in the heart of a busy area in DTLA, but not so great personally - in terms of thinking about going to the area and finding parking. Definitely a great spot I would hit up if I was in the area and wanted my caffeine fix or if I had to work or have jury duty in the area. I probably wouldn't drive to this area and try to find parking specifically for this place.

Visited on a Saturday morning while grabbing breakfast at the Grand Central Market across the street. I decided to stop in and try this spot since it's been on my list for a while. There was a small line, but it moved quickly. I ordered the NOLA Shakerato, which was smooth and flavorful. Price was $9.25 for the large, definitely on the higher side, but I enjoyed trying something new. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space was clean, bright, and had a calm energy despite being busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A good spot to grab coffee if you're exploring downtown.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]For a cafe in the middle of DTLA, the atmosphere is super calm, taking you out of the outer chaos.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Price is pretty reasonable and the iced coffee was delicious!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really loved the vibe and the baristas here![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Loved that the menu was simple and straight to the point. I got a Sweet latte and it was just the right amount of sweetness! So glad we came here for our morning coffee before we head back home! Definitely bought some espresso beans to take back with us too!

I stumbled across their Yelp page when I was visiting from out of town and checked the Instagram for their hours on a Saturday afternoon and was happy to see they were open! I am a sucker for pop-up coffee shop/cart concepts so I had to check it out. The pop-up is easy to find, it's outside facing into the parking lot, and they had a cute A-frame sign out by the street side. There was no line, and I ordered and sat down at one of the tables out front. The service was so warm, and I believe the shop is owned and operated by one man on his own! He was an absolute delight to meet, and he brought my matcha latte to me at the table when it was prepared. He suggested I get the cream top on it, and boy was that the perfect recommendation. I would say I'm a little bit of a matcha fiend... I think I got a matcha latte at 3 different places this day... and this one far surpassed the others. I think it was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever drank to-date. It was perfectly green, the matcha quality was phenomenal, both taste and look-wise. The texture was just right, perfectly creamy with barely any grittiness. The cream top only added to the drink, and didn't take away from the matcha flavor at all, which I feel like has happened at other places for me. I'm dreaming of this matcha latte days later, and need to go back to Kokoro No Coffee as soon as I am in town again. This was a spectacular find, and I hope this spot gets all the love it deserves! There is truly nothing like a great business ran by a great person and you can tell there's so much intention put into this concept. Highly, highly recommend and I could not sing praises more!

It was really high end and looked very sleek. It looked really sleep and it was nice and cool inside as well. Their decor was minimalistic which I liked and it made the space look bigger.
