An absolutely incredible and relaxing experience. We got the Diamond service (120 min) and it exceeded my already high expectations. I love Halloween and mostly went bc I saw videos on the limited time spooky head spa experience, but it was so much more than spooky! The salon itself is pristine - sparkly clean, organized and feels pretty new. They bring you in and give you a satin wrap and a satin robe, plus a locker with a key for your things. The scalp, face, neck, shoulder and foot massages were phenomenal. I kept saying to myself, don't relax too much and fall asleep bc it felt so lovely. Everything smelled so good, and all the scalp and hair treatments were soothing. You also get a face massage plus red light therapy. There's more: an herbal ball arm massage. Prior to the foot massage they soak your feet in warm wax. You also get gua sha facial and ice cold face roller. After all the head pampering, the ladies dry and style your hair and finish off with some water and treats. Best 2 hours of my Halloween month! Best of all, at the end they show you all the videos and pics they took of your experience while you were getting pampered. Highly recommend and can't wait to go again with more girlfriends! Im honestly not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews. Maybe we just had an unlucky experience, but our specialist was not very good. My boyfriend and I came here after spending two days at Disney and were excited to try something new, but it ended up being nothing special at all. The photos online are very deceiving. They make the spa look remodeled and very clean, but that was not the case. The spa did not feel clean. They offer reusable sandals, which did not appear to be cleaned after each use, and we even found insects in the corner of the changing room. The changing room itself was also very small. The location is very small overall, and you can hear everything happening around you during your service, which made it hard to relax. The staff was nice, but the experience was not therapeutic. We booked the Platinum package plus a foot massage, and unfortunately, the foot massage was not worth it. Based on the reviews, I expected a much better experience. Very disappointed. read more

I had Anna take care of me this weekend and she was amazing! She has such great attention to detail, and every step of the process felt thoughtful and polished. Since your eyes are closed for most of the experience and there isn't a lot of talking, I really appreciated how Anna guided me through the whole session with silent gentle cues. I left feeling so relaxed and taken care of. I also have curly hair and I was surprised to see they had mousse and hair oil at the mirrors for the blow dry step at the end! I told Anna that I was going to wear my hair curly and she used the wide tooth comb, the mouse, did some finger curling, and used the diffuser!! :) As someone with curly hair, it was so reassuring they knew what to do. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it can be a little noisy when people finish and get blow dried and start talking. Also the reception area gets a little noisy too. Update: I was invited back to give them another shot and I have to say they really exceeded my expectations! I noticed that there were some changes made. They are now using Eminince products for the facial which I love and it's such a reputable skincare line. Even the bed felt more comfy.
