I'm not sure if I'm just extremely happy to be done with my old panel or if they did such a good job. They put in grounding rods, replaced the connection to the line and the meter box. And replaced my old Pushmatic panel with a new Square D panel. All needed desperately. The price was very competitive. The job was done in a timely manner. When I got it back i discovered the controller card had been taken from my old unit. When confronted about it they said "I don't see why all the fuss over a scrap charger" then returned my control card. I reinstalled the card and took the charger to Earls Battery Service in Fraser, MI. They gave me a loaner unit to use why they checked my unit. They called me the next business day to tell me my charger was repaired. It was a bad wire and cost me $80 dollars. Mac service in my opinion is a very dishonest company and will try to rip you off

This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.

Their quote for our house…read morebased on square footage was in the middle of the three quotes I had gotten, but their ratings and reviews pushed me to give them the business. They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.
