Here for a work conference so we had breakfast here for 3 days. The breakfast buffet is amazing. So many options and the staff here are so on their A plus game. Your plates disappear quickly as you finish. If you need anything someone is really close by to help. My favorites so far is their chia pudding and French toast. The view is an amazing. You get to eat and look over the blue ridge . Love this place! Going to miss my breakfast here .

The buffet is located in the Omni Grove Park Inn. Easily the best buffet I have been to in this area. The server Daniel and Michael the manager both are amazingly friendly and helpful. You will leave so full with great food. I will be back.

Dessert's were good. Better than the crab legs. What's up with super close together cramped tables. Not a comfy dining experience.

So overall the food was pretty good, have been here multiple times over the years. Went on prime rib night which is on Saturday's. The good: prime rib was delicious the hot sides that I tried were wonderful. The desserts are delicious, pro tip get a dinner plate and you can fit a lot of desserts on one plate vs small dessert plates they have near the dessert buffet. Here's the cons, cold crab legs smelled fishy upon approaching and were really not very good. Also the tables are so close together I had to turn sideways to get through, I'm not a big person. Bigger people might not have a good time with that. Also I went because it was my birthday, got no complimentary birthday dessert. Didn't feel like a special occasion. Server was efficient not too friendly but was super duper friendly to the other tables he was serving. He did a good job, was just very curt and impersonal to us.

I have never been to a Vegas buffet, but this was hands down the most elegant buffet I have ever seen. The Christmas Eve buffet had raw oysters and king crab legs (not warm), all kinds of side dishes, the most incredible cauliflower truffle soup, chicken, fish, beef short ribs (so good), every side dish you could imagine. There was a carving station with ham and roast beef (the only small disappointment- I thought it was going to be prime rib). The jaw dropper, though, is the dessert buffet. I can't think of a dessert that wasn't on that buffet, and there was even a hard candy section and a sundae bar. Well worth the price and an unbelievable view as well. Will definitely return. My relative says the regular brunch has the best biscuits and gravy. The service was lovely and not intrusive.

I will say I have never been to Vegas but this was to closest thing to a Vegas Buffet/Brunch I have been too. We came in for Easter Brunch with a reservation at 12:30PM and it took us no time to be seated. We were escorted to our table and our waiter then took our drink order. Once that was done it was time to get into it. This buffet and all things one would what for an amazing brunch: Bacon, Sausage, Shrimp and Grits, Fried Chicken, Waffles, 4 different types of Benedicts, Snow Crab Legs, Clams, Mussels, Cocktail Shrimp, Oysters, Lamb and Roast Beef Carving Station, Deviled Eggs, Omelet Station and more, and don't even get me started on the deserts. I will say I went over with my first plate: Oysters, Lamb, Bacon, Deviled Eggs, Fried Chicken, and the best of everything I ate the Crab Eggs Benedict. Loaded with crab, perfectly cooked poached eggs, and delicious Hollandaise Sauce. I really which I had gotten another. The Fried Chicken was also very well done. Crispy, seasoned well, and juicy. The oysters were also good and I had a number of them. Only issue is they were tough to get off the shell so I did get sick of them after getting after it for awhile. I also had to get some crab legs too. I will say they were chilled so it was tough to get the meat out even with the Crab Crackers but our waiter did bring us crackers which helped but still was a good amount of work. The deserts were also good and I tried a lot of them but I will say none of them blew me out of the water. All and all this was a great experience am I would say it is for sure worth checking it out.

This was the highlight of our trip to Grove Park Inn. One of the best seafood buffets I've ever been to. The GM, Michael, was very gracious and even moved us to a seat with a better view without us asking. Then there's the food - very very good

I'm a seafood lover, Friday night are seafood nights. I wish I new this years ago, as we go to the beach and find a nice restaurant that has unlimited crabs. But I didn't know Asheville has a buffet with crabs legs. The crabs are so delicious The restaurant is in the Grove park in hotel, so the parking is sometimes a a hassle. If you prefer valet parking they have staff ready to park your car.. Also Blue Ridge Artisanal Buffet takes reservations, online or on the phone. On holidays it gets super busy that you may have to reserve a table a week or 2 ahead.

Great experience for the buffet. Everyone arrives at noon when doors open. They have mimosas ready as you enter and wait to be escorted to the table. Buffet was well stocked throughout the visit. Employees were very caring and helpful. They worked well together. We never sat with dirty plates in front of us. The view was spectacular and priceless. Food was great and a nice variety of breakfast and lunch items. See photos.

Was so excited to get a reservation a few days before since in the past that's been difficult. We were seated right away and you get a free mimosa upon entering. There are 3 rooms full of food and truly so much to choose from. I enjoyed the brunch but I feel like the prices is a bit steep. It's definitely for the experience but not sure I would go back for brunch. Dinner, I wanna go for the prime rib night for sure!

We enjoyed several yummy meals at Blue Ridge over the course of our long weekend in December! The various buffet stations were replenished regularly, and things were organized and clean. We also enjoyed the omelette station at breakfast a couple of days. Enjoy this gem!

Went for the Saturday night Prime Rib Buffet; Forget about the Prime Rib! Was not good quality / overcooked, tasted dry no matter how much Au Jus you added. The crab legs are the very thin ones, be prepared to work. Short Ribs very good as well as Oysters and most other food. However, the servers were deficient; will not be timely cleaning up used plates. Not a collaborative Server Team; will see our table full of used plates and all will go by.... We ended up stacking them ourselves while Servers chitchat (see photos). On the drinks, their French Mule is not good and the Sauvignon Blanc "9 oz" pour is short and $24!! Not a good experience. Better prime rib at Golden Corral for the price. Great view though!

Spicy mixed seafood salad was delicious.

What a memorable meal. The options were overwhelming. Gluten free items were clearly labeled, and they even kept additional bread items in the back kitchen per request. There were three full size rooms with more options than one person could even sample. My daughter was especially blown away with the dessert room - an entire room dedicated solely to dessert. The service was exceptional. The view was beautiful. It was one of our favorite experiences of our entire vacation, and we can't wait to return.

Bread pudding

Service was excellent, food delicious . Plenty of options for everyone. Best bread pudding I've ever had.

Ask the Community - Blue Ridge Artisanal Buffet

What is the dress code for Friday nights?

It's pretty casual. Business casual is what I went with and was perfect. But you will see others less dressed up. Enjoy, it was very good and if you can get Jose as your server, you won't be disappointed.

Is outside seating available?

Try sunset terrace in the same Omni hotel. Spectacular view and more casual.

The food and quality of service at Gauchinho's was as authentic and flavorful as any we've been to. The way the meats are served is the same too, you really get the whole experience. We strongly recommend this restaurant. The deserts were pretty good too. The Puddim is like a flan and is excellent. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this one is deserved. The meat served rodizio style was pretty good and they have some options I hadn't seen before at a churrascaria like grilled pineapple, fried bananas, and parmesan pork. The buffet portion was OK - focusing primarily on salad, it was missing a lot of the hot side dishes I'm accustomed to seeing. They didn't have farofa out, but brought some when I asked if they had any. The pão de queijo and feijão at the buffet were just OK. Where the restaurant shines, however is the service. Constant flow of food, frequently asked if I was enjoying everything and if I needed anything else. I was stuffed so I didn't try the desserts.

So, while waiting we went upstairs for unusual cocktails: tamarind margarita and Kashmiri sunset. Both delicious and tasted of Indian spices. . And because it's Friday, the remarkable vegetable Pani puris were available. Wow: we ate five and could have just eaten those for dinner. Go on Friday or Saturday! But we headed downstairs and ordered three items: Matchstick okra. One of the most unusual foods I've had in a restaurant. Simply delicious. Holy smokes! Uttapam: a vegetable pancake that was very tasty. Sort of like a fritter. Butter chicken: accompanied by a tray of add-ons, this was just a wonderful hearty dish. The atmosphere is loud and bright, with lots of colors. But not so loud that you can't have a conversation. Highly recommend: I've been to maybe 20 Asheville restaurants and this is in the top two or three.

This is probably the only Indian restaurant I've dined in that I wouldn't mind going back to in the same week. In a way I did, as my brother in-law first took us to their fast casual spot. In love with the SPDP I asked that we dined at the mothership, and each dish we ordered was terrific! Baingan bartha- bangin, tots and fried puffs - delicious. Saag - lip smacking good, sloppy jai - full of flavor, prawn and kabob scrumptiously charred. Carrot cake and ice cream a perfect ending. If I ever come back Asheville I'm definitely eating here again. Thanks to all the hard work, your love shined today at lunch.
