Cool, little spot! Great for a quick breakfast or lunch or, stay awhile and watch the planes and play corn hole! This is located in the lobby/terminal of the airport but it's open to the public. They offer breakfast sandwiches, bagels, burritos, french toast, fruit, yogurt. For lunch, they have sandwiches and bbq options. It's very clean and the employees were friendly. Blue sky Bistro is a counter order cafe. They will bring the food to you if you sit inside or outside. The patio is big and has beautiful views of the mountains. I love this local spot!

As if flying JSX is not wonderful enough. I so look forward to eating here every time I come to the Rocky Mountain Airport. It's wonderful and the staff is awesome!

Awesome place for a quick lunch, amazing mountain views on the patio, and fun to watch all the planes. Italian sandwich and burnt ends were both delicious & love their chips.

Buy lunch at Grocery Store and bring it here to picnic while watching planes land and take off Look, this is an office building sandwich stand. I had a horrible "Special of day" (drink was free) "Cajun Pork Poboy." Dried up deli slices of.....loin? inexpertly piled on a bun with enough flavorless mass of vegetables to keep the pork dried but make the bun soggy. Greasy French onion soup was a welcome accompaniment. It allowed me to be able to swallow the sandwich without choking. Extra star for location and friendly service.

During a long day of flying, this was a great spot for us to take a break and grab a bite to eat on their outdoor patio. The staff was very friendly, especially considering it's a counter you order from. They brought us our food, repeatedly checked on us, and took our trash when we finished. This was a surprise since we thought it was just a quick counter order/pickup type place. I ordered the Taxi Wade Turkey (hot) with coleslaw and I enjoyed it. The coleslaw was just average compared to others but it seemed homemade. My copilot ordered the Reuben with potato salad and coleslaw. He really enjoyed his sandwich as well. The portions were a great size for lunch and we left satisfied. They were very busy so it wasn't crazy fast but definitely wouldn't call it slow. Overall, great option for a bite when flying into BJC!

Consistently outstanding quality food and service. You will go back. One of us says the "best BBQ" ever. That's "E V E R". No small thing.

Probably the best sandwiches in Westminster. Especially Thursday and Friday which are Brisket days. Fun to sit and watch the planes.

Really good breakfast croissant. The place is small but the seating gives you plenty of airplane scenery.

The restaurant is only open Friday and Saturday 11am - 3 pm. This is a very popular spot amongst local, so get here as soon as it opens. We arrived around 11:30 am and there was already a long line that formed. It can take awhile to get to the front, but it's definitely worth the wait! We ordered the ribs and the brisket with mashed potatoes, beans and mac n cheese. We also ordered candied pork belly (not in the attached image). I believe the ribs and brisket are their popular options. Both were very flavorful. The ribs fell right off the bone. The brisket was juicy and tender. However, the candied pork belly was definitely an underdog. It was my favorite meat because it had that sweet and very rich barbecue flavor which made every bite so dreamy. For the sides, I didn't really find any over-the-top, but they were decent. Maybe the mac n cheese was a bit on the dry side, but still really good to pair with the barbecue.

From the outside you would not expect a killer bbq place as this is in a small strip mall with little signage. There was no one in front of us and the lady took our order (she was very friendly). However, the lovely couple behind the counter were friendly and let me take my time. Though I didn't order it, they had a $10 lunch special that consisted of a pork sandwich, side, and fountain drink. Pretty good deal! After toggling back and forth, I settled on a half rack of ribs. I really love ribs and never make them at home, so when I see it on a BBQ menu it always catches my eye. As far as the portion size is concerned, you will not go home hungry here! Caveman ribs with plenty of meat on the bone. Unfortunately I really didn't love the flavor of the ribs. The two sauces I picked out (Memphis and hot) also weren't doing it for me. There was some smoke and bark, and though they were meaty, it really fell flat. It was underseasoned and the sauces didn't liven it up like I was hoping. Sad to say, the mac and cheese I got for my side was also supbar. It felt like eating macaroni without the cheese. Watery, thin, and not much flavor. I hate that I didn't love the food, because the two people behind the counter were so nice. It was pretty slow inside for a Friday. For my money, there are better BBQ options in town. I love hole-in-the-wall, mom and pop joints, this one just didn't deliver flavor wise for me.

We ordered the Not So Teeny Wahine platter to share and added an okra appetizer, and everything that hit the table was legit. The meats were exactly what you want from a good barbecue joint: smoky, tender, and packed with flavor without drowning in sauce. You could tell the pit did the talking. The okra was a great starter too, crispy without being greasy and a perfect way to kick things off. Sides can make or break a BBQ place and Smokin Dave's nailed them. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, the mashed potatoes were comforting and buttery, the collard greens had that slow-cooked depth you hope for, and the red beans and rice brought a little Southern soul to the table. Overall, just a really solid barbecue experience. Great flavors, generous portions, and the kind of meal that makes you want to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Any of these come with choice of two sides and cornbread. My go-to's are the brisket and pulled pork for the meats and fried okra, red beans and rice, or baked beans for the sides! If you are a first timer and want to try several meats- the Pitmaster sandwich ($16.25) is a great option as it comes with brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeño cheddar sausage!
