My water scale was reduced 75% or more, there is no longer a smell/odor in water, tastes clean and refreshing. I have had my system 2 years now and I am absolutely happy with my system. It costs less to have than the plastic water bottles i was buying 8 to 10 cases of water bottles every week, & it is much healthier. Also Victoria, in the Arizona office was extremely helpful with my upcoming maintenance appointment. Very professional, friendly & kind. I would highly recommend this system to anyone. Also, I have read all the reviews, the bad ones, I must say that thus far I have not had any of those problems. All the staff I have dealt with have been straight forward and very informative. I can't speak for others, but I can for myself. I would do it all over again. Again, I highly recommend this water system. For me it works and is very important to my health, as I am disabled. Thank you PurAgain Water

Rarely do I post negative reviews, but if Puragain Water's business practices are to handle a…read moreclient as they did, it's sad. Super Bowl Sunday, I installed a water heater on an emergency basis as the pressure relief valve was faulty and could not function due to a sand like substance that was clogging the valve. The home also had low hot water pressure; however, no pressure issues on the cold side. The Puragain system had 2 pressure valves, one at each end of the system and it did not have any type of a bypass installed. Pressure at the inlet side was 55 psi and on the outlet side, it slowly crept up from 0 to 35 psi and no more. Puragain's emergency line was called and being it was Sunday, no tech was available. The next day, the tech comes to the house only to say this water pressure issue is due to a faulty toilet valve in the house... I chuckled under my breath. It's clear there's some form of blockage in the system and being the hot water heater that had been replaced yesterday was filled with a sand like substance. And quite a bit, much more than any potential sediment seen from an opened main water line. The tank was the first fixture to receive the water in the house and there were no issue at the time on the cold side. After the tech disproved his own theory, he went over to the filters and removed the third. It had the same sand substance that was in the hot water heater, only the tech went as far to say this is supposed to be full. About 1/8 of the material was left. At this point, the tech finally says, "We are at fault." He provided a number in which became discussion with a regional manager who at first seemed to be helpful and then abruptly disappeared. It's now June 1st. Last night was spent trying to remove sand so the bath will fill up. Laundry is a struggle as the hot water doesn't work well. Nor do the dishwasher, showers or any faucet. Maybe one day Puragain will make the hot water lines just that.

Unfortunately we have been complaining of mineral deposits wherever the water has been allowed to dry leaving ugly stains. The company suggests cleaning the hot water heater what this has to do with the cold water supply has never been fully explained. They will NOT come out to inspect the system or offer a solution other than the water heater. Our drip tray on our refrigerator ice maker is now stained with minerals that no longer clean off. We should have kept our water softener and R. O. Unit which they removed during the install. Don't waste your money on this system in this city!

The whole system was 5k or more and has a 10 year warranty. In the past month I have noticed that system is not working. We called the company who installed the system, and the rep. told us we can do troubleshooting over the phone. Next following day still not working. We called customer service again and insisted they sent a technician at this time. It was determined that the circuit board died. Now remember this is under 10 year warranty and they ended up charging trip charge of $145.00 stating that's their company policy. If something is under the warranty they should repair without any charge. If there is a must charge for situations like this then it should be reduced. Fair charge would be $50.00 this was a 5 minute job. This business has low ratings so now I know why. I just become another individual to give them 1star. And the person who answered the phone. OMG I strongly recommend she takes customers service class and learn how to talk to people. Shame on you all. Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

I'm grateful to be able to write this review for American. I would enthusiastically recommend this…read morecompany to anyone looking for HVAC service. I got several quotes to replace my AC. I was referred to American by a friend, and they hit the ball out of the park at every customer touchpoint. I had the pleasure of working with Curtis first. He came to my home to give me a quote, and the thing I appreciated the most was that I never felt like he was trying to oversell me. He provided me with education, walked me through all my options, and gave me his honest opinion about what I truly needed versus what would be "nice to have." In an industry where most consultants are concerned about their commissions, Curtis made me feel like he was genuinely concerned about my needs, my pocketbook, and my satisfaction with my purchase. This is how you secure a customer for life. I was also extremely pleased with my installation team. I would like to give special thanks to Angel and Evan. These two were warm, respectful, and professional. They were sensitive to the fact I was working from home during the install, and they made every effort to allow me to do my thing while they did theirs. Angel did an awesome job correcting some issues he found in my attic. He shared pictures of his work and the quality really shone through. I feel confident that my system will live through many scorching AZ summers. In addition to the care I received from these hardworking techs, I was also super pleased that American offers interest-free financing for qualified customers. Obviously a new system is a huge investment. Having the option to make payments helps me balance this major purchase with my other priorities. I can only speak for my experience with their HVAC team, but based on that experience alone, I will be using American for all my plumbing and air needs. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for all your work. This company is truly amazing.

Buyer beware. Do not use this company…read more Benjamin Franklin Plumbing acted in a predatory and misleading way toward my parents. They were quoted around $1,100 for a water heater, but after it was installed, the company suddenly claimed the cost was $11,000--a figure that was never clearly disclosed or agreed to. Once the work was done, they pressured my parents to either pay the $11,000 or set up a payment plan. After firm pushback, my parents ultimately paid $2,000, which only highlights how inflated and unreasonable the $11,000 demand was. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic used on vulnerable customers. Get everything in writing and look elsewhere.

They need to change their slogan. Technician missed his appointment window, calling 30 minutes…read moreafter the window ended saying he could be at my house in another 45 minutes which would be past 7pm. The delay was partially due to him needing a special solution for my tankless water heater which they made note of when I scheduled. We agreed upon him arriving first thing the next morning. Again he left to get this special solution meaning he never bothered to get it the day before. They had me sign up for the membership plan which 2 different customer service reps told me included in house water pressure check as well as a bag of salt for my water softener. All the tech did was the flush of the water heater. I told him I was part of the membership plan and that was a part of it. He called his supervisor who said that was in fact the case and that he would reach out to me on Tuesday to finish the job and bring a bag of salt. I am writing this on the weekend following that Tuesday and there has been no communication or completion of the job. Only reason I called them is that was the number on my water heater. I wish I could be this bad at my job.

This time…read moreI needed help fixing a leak in my home's exterior main water line, and Yelp helped me find a few reliable plumbing companies. I received several responses with quotes, and Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter was the first company to reach out. I contacted them around 5 PM on Wednesday, and they were able to schedule a free estimate for Friday. Dan Burke showed up right on time. He was professional, efficient, and easy to talk to. Like the other companies I spoke with, he recommended repiping as the best solution for the long run. He gave me an estimate for the project and also mentioned that if the office couldn't schedule the repair on Monday, he could stop by to do a quick temporary fix to stop the leak and then come back when they could finish the job. I really appreciated that because I don't like wasting water. The price Dan quoted was also very reasonable compared to the other companies. After thinking it over, I decided to go with Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter and called the office to schedule the appointment. They weren't able to do the repipe on Monday but scheduled it for Tuesday. Dan did come by on Monday to help temporarily stop the leak. Then he and his team came back Tuesday morning and started the project. Everything went smoothly. My house now has a new pipe, no more leaking, and it feels great knowing the issue is fixed. I'm glad I found a plumbing company I can trust.
