This restaurant used to be an Arby's, so there is limited seating inside. I ordered my food online. It was very user friendly. There seemed to be some confusion with my order though. I see this with a lot of restaurants these days. I think there are multiple online options, but none of the systems are integrated. I eventually got my order. The staff was very kind and helpful. The pho broth was okay; not very flavorful. I liked that they use the wider, pho noodles. They have a more bouncy texture. The quality of meat was good. The herbs and side of vegetables I added were very fresh! A lot of places have weathered herbs and veggies, which is a turnoff for me. Got there XO fried rice. Was flavorful. Pretty standard compared to other restaurants. Also took advantage of their buy 2 get 1 free sandwich deal. First, great deal. Second, not a bad sandwich. The bread was soft and fresh. Wow! Let me start of by saying I NEVER finish my pho bowl noodles nor do I DRINK THE SOUP!!! But for the first time I ate every piece of noodle and drank the soup almost EMPTY! Food is otherwise good (ordered chicken pho and some fried shrimp wrapped in eggroll skin) My problem however is their inflexibility with their drinks. I tried to order "Honey Green Tea" with their buy one get one for 6 dollar deal but requested they leave out the honey as I cant be drinking too much sugar Their system could not handle how to charge the request and was told i cant have the buy one get one deal if i modify the drinks. Instead I was charged 7 dollars for a large green tea with rainbow jelly add on. I ended up being fine with it as there was a line behind me and I did not want to cause any more hold ups. read more

Finally opened! We asked if they were affiliated with banh mi che cali but they said they werent even though the name is pretty similar. They have a variety of ready made lunch sets on sale at the counter and they are currently running a sandwich and drink special - buy two get one free. I liked their sandwiches and bread texture. The drinks were a bit too sweet but for the price its worth. Lots of parking and they have an extensive menu. I will definitely be back to try the pho and other menu items. read more

Not the best experience. First of all, both the website and door dash does not include any instructions or descriptions of the dishes to order, only the name and some photos. I ordered the rare beef Pho. can't go wrong right? well wrong it was not rare anything as the beef was transported in the hot liquid. thus turning it into rubber. The broth was not tasty at all and had a real greasy taste, not to mention that there was a small amount of it. I tried to doctor it up with hosin and sirracha sauces, but it did not help. my husband had the chicken teriyaki and also said that the quality was poor. will not be ordering again from BMC PHO read more

Very glad I gave this place a chance through an UberEats scroll! I always crave banh mi when I want something quick and this place definitely hits the spot. Spring rolls were very fresh and the house special banh mi was delicious and packed with the right amount of ingredients. I do tend to prefer a crispier bread with my banh mi, but that's a personal preference. Also bonus points for this place being close to home and I can get my herbal dessert (sam bo luong) too :). This is way overdue, but we ordered a large order a while ago (6 banh mi, 3 chicken curries, 1 vermicelli, che ba mau, mung bean cake, pate chaud). Peat (pronounced "P" but my apologies for probably butchering the spelling) took our order over the phone and was so helpful in repeating it back to ensure it was accurate. She was also so nice in person. Anthony also helped me at the register when I came to pick up the order and was very friendly and helpful. At 12pm today, I went to BMC PHO, and as I was waiting for my order, I saw one of the workers, who I later found out was the restaurant manager, preparing my noodle soup and used his bare hands to grab the noodles without even washing them. I brought the issue to his attention, but instead of apologizing, he asked me to leave the restaurant and refunded me. I will never go back to this place again. My review is for pho only. You get what you pay for. Im surprised at the rating because the pho had not much flavor. If you just want something to fill up your tummy, this is a good place, but if you are looking for quality, this isnt the place. All 5 people i came with knew upon our first bite. Tomyum does not taste like tomyum, and none of our phos had cilantro in it. Soup was just some salty soup. I'm familiar with the Vietnamese restaurants in Cypress, Cerritos and I come here a lot. This is no frills, primarily a fast food , take out spot , similar to THH Sandwiches and Banh Mi Che Cali. This is a great spot if you want quick delicious food. They have a variety of dishes especially in the soup department. I've tried the sandwiches, pho, beef stew, and the rice plates they put out on display. Other times I might come to buy the honey green tea or their boba milk tea and some egg rolls or pork spring rolls as snacks. But the gem of this place in my opinion is the Pho Ga (chicken noodle/pho soup ) special for $8.50. You get a generous portion and the chicken is tender and the broth is flavorful and hearty. Make sure you get the ginger fish sauce on the side to dip your chicken in. My one advice for the staff is to make sure the mint leaves are fresh before handing out the mini packets of bean sprouts,lime, mint leaves. read more

The first time giving this place a try and I couldn't have been more disgusted and disappointed.. the brisket pho I ordered (specifically asked for brisket only) came with a bunch of gross other meats in it I barely even wanted to try it because it looked so bad.. however I did try it because I paid for it and I instantly had to pass it over to my mom who rarely turns any food down but yet she was even disgusted with it as well. The flavor is not good and the meat was so chewy you could barely swallow it. The noodles were also not good either I couldn't even just eat the noodles alone.
