I'm familiar with the Vietnamese restaurants in Cypress, Cerritos and I come here a lot. This is no frills, primarily a fast food , take out spot , similar to THH Sandwiches and Banh Mi Che Cali. This is a great spot if you want quick delicious food. They have a variety of dishes especially in the soup department. I've tried the sandwiches, pho, beef stew, and the rice plates they put out on display. Other times I might come to buy the honey green tea or their boba milk tea and some egg rolls or pork spring rolls as snacks. But the gem of this place in my opinion is the Pho Ga (chicken noodle/pho soup ) special for $8.50. You get a generous portion and the chicken is tender and the broth is flavorful and hearty. Make sure you get the ginger fish sauce on the side to dip your chicken in. My one advice for the staff is to make sure the mint leaves are fresh before handing out the mini packets of bean sprouts,lime, mint leaves. read more

I came here to grab a quick lunch to-go. The Banh Mi's are buy 2 get 1 free at $6. I got the BBQ Pork and combination pho to go. I think the sandwiches are better than the pho if anything. I wish they toasted the bread though. Parking was easy, and they have designated spaces for to-go orders which I liked. The first time giving this place a try and I couldn't have been more disgusted and disappointed.. the brisket pho I ordered (specifically asked for brisket only) came with a bunch of gross other meats in it I barely even wanted to try it because it looked so bad.. however I did try it because I paid for it and I instantly had to pass it over to my mom who rarely turns any food down but yet she was even disgusted with it as well. The flavor is not good and the meat was so chewy you could barely swallow it. The noodles were also not good either I couldn't even just eat the noodles alone. I got the vegetarian bahn mi sandwich (B7. Vegetable Ham) for $6.00, and I inhaled it. I've been to other BMC Pho restaurants before, but the sandwiches were always just average. I don't know if it's because this place is new, but the sandwich was so good. The bread was freshly baked...like literally right out of the oven, so the bread was warm, fluffy, and crispy. The vegetarian ham was yummy and they did not skimp on the filling; the sandwich was loaded. I will totally definitely be coming back again soon. read more

Went today with my friend for lunch.... Service was amazing.... Food?... not so good. The beef combo pho was just awful.... And the noodles are not pho noodles. Got the shrimp spring roll my friend said it was good... the egg rolls.., awful... it said we would get a glass cup for free large tea... we ordered two large teas and got plastic cups. AND...there's too much sun shining in the restaurant... especially if you have seafood....the only reason I am giving two stars is because the service was amazing... food.....not to come back for. read more

I would not recommend ordering pho delivery from here. They put the rare steak into the broth at their restaurant, rendering it well done and chewy. The flat noodles are gummy and I didn't have a choice to pick the thin noodles. The broth is okay but basic, lacking the depth and flavor of a good pho soup. read more

I'm glad we took a chance on this location. At first, we thought it was the same place in GG but realized it's a different company. Their pho and bread are pretty decent. I'm glad they chose to do an open layout and their food quality does speak for itself. It was just a bit confusing whether to leave your bowls on the table or not and there wasn't much guidance from the staff. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been in Buena Park, California! First, the cashier (the guy with curly hair) was so rude! He said something I didn't hear clearly because he spoke softly so I said "I'm sorry" but he didn't repeat it, he just shook his head. I just ignored it. For the second time, he did it again and for the second time, I ignored it. This guy is racist because I witnessed how nice he was to his white customers. He spoke with a big smile and was very friendly to please his customer contrary to what he did to me. Just because we are Asian, we don't deserve to be treated fairly? After a while, food (Beef noodles) was served with lesser soup. I ate a little portion of it and decided to bring it home. I asked for an extra soup and was told to pay $2.50 but the other crew said that they are not giving extra soup. What a f...!! Spent more than $20 today for lunch and requested for a fish sauce to dip our egg rolls and fried shrimp and they still tried to charge you 50cents for a small container ridiculous. i called to place an order.at 8:00 it says they close at 9:00. i am 10 minutes away and they say we are closing. the noodles on my chicken noodle is hard like it has just been dunked and taken out. it cannot even be said al dente, it is harder than that. i have been to other bmcs and i never had my noodles not cooked, i guess 1 hour before closing is not long enough to get food. read more

I had my order togo. Pho portion is smaller than other BMC cafe. They do not pack rare steak meat separately like other BMC, so when I got home the meat are over cooked in the pho broth. I ordered spring roll with special request so they had to make it fresh. When I pick up my food I asked the guy who pack my order if everything is there including the spring roll and he said yes. When I got home, no spring roll... I went back right away and speak to the sane guy, he asked me for receipt to verify I paid for it and gave me the look that he doubt I am telling the truth... he said I should have grab it from the counter and I told him that it's a custom order because I don't want cucumber in it. He then had the lady in the back made it for me but without apologize for his mistake. There is no stopping this shop! I love BMC PHO! I freaking love it! It's so serene and young and beautiful. I love the staff! They are sincere and they give you their absolute best every time! I love them! Even if they don't acknowledge my gratitude through eye contact, I know the feeling is mutual. I understand that this is not meant as rudeness, they are busy and they run a business with outstanding quality in every aspect so it is imperative that they get everything done right!
