Excellent, warm, and comforting curry. I felt like crap so I wanted a hot soupy dish to make myself feel better. The green curry brought me back to life. It was both hot(temp) and hot(spicy), but I did think it could be spicier. The fish cakes were really good too! It was all very worth the money.

Oh, I could hide 'neath the wings Of the bluebird as she sings The six-o'clock alarm would never ring... But six rings and I rise Wipe the sleep out of my eyes The shaving razor's cold and it stings... What sits nice is the delicious Pad Thai dish from Bo's Thai. A food truck w. others in a small park, with shaded seating. The "Pad Thai" w. large juicy shrimp, sprouts and green onions, over lushish sauced noodles. Each bite was a Delight... Washed down w. an Iced Coffee. This Food Truck is so Right... You once thought of me As a white knight on his steed Now you know how happy I can be Cheer up sleepy Jean Oh, what can it mean to a Daydream believer and a Homecoming queen? Best, Avram Munqee Jr.

A delicious little Thai food truck. The service was quick with everything made fresh to order. They even have little plum candies to take, yum! The food was delicious and hit the spot. We got Pad Sẽ Ew and Pad Thai both medium spice. The Pad Thai had a got spice to it but not too strong for this white girl! The Pad Sẽ Ew didn't taste spicy even at medium. But I preferred slightly over the Pad Thai because the veggies gave it more flavor. Delicious all around. There is seating behind the food trucks. The parking lot can get a bit crazy so be ready to have to maneuver out of there.

I have finally found a Thai place that is delicious and authentic! I've tried a few places in Santa Fe and this is the first time I was immediately convinced I'm coming back for more. They were quick to take my order and the food came out relatively quickly. I only waited maybe 10 minutes! As soon as I got to my car, I had to dig in. Flavor 9/10 I asked for hot and ended up adding more chile flakes just because I knew it wasn't going to be as spicy as I like Noodles were perfectly chewy, while the veggies added a nice crunch to the dish The shrimp want my favorite, so next time I'll be sure to try the chicken! Definitely stop by if you're in the area and craving Thai, you won't be disappointed!

If you want authentic Thai food in Santa Fe, this is your spot! I unfortunately didn't get a picture of the Pad See Ewe, but it was so good with perfectly cooked noodles and a true medium for spice. The green curry with tofu was my next favorite. It was full of veggies and delicious jasmine rice to accompany it. The papaya salad is only available on Friday's so I had to give it a go and I really liked the addition of dried shrimp. It gives it a boost of umami that I've been missing in Asian food here. I only wish I had ordered it spicier because your girl likes some heat! Next time!

Originally, we had a reservation for 6:30 p.m., but after spending the afternoon exploring the galleries nearby, we happened to pass the restaurant around 5:00 and thought we would simply ask if there was any chance of being seated a bit earlier. We fully understood that the answer might be no. A simple, gracious "We're unable to accommodate you before your reservation time" would have been perfectly reasonable. Instead, our interaction with the owner left us feeling genuinely unwelcome. When I asked whether she would simply prefer that we return at our reserved time, her response was something to the effect of, "Your reservation is at 6:30, but I'm trying to find you a table, so you'll have to wait, okay?" The tone was unnecessarily dismissive and condescending. It was surprising, especially considering we had approached with nothing more than a polite question. What made the experience more difficult was watching the owner interact warmly and graciously with every other party that walked through the door. As a young lesbian couple, we couldn't help but wonder whether we had been judged before we were even given the opportunity to sit down. Perhaps that wasn't the case, but perception matters, and unfortunately that was how the interaction made us feel. Once we were seated, however, the rest of the staff was wonderful. Our server and the team throughout the evening were attentive, professional, and genuinely hospitable. They provided the level of service one hopes for in a restaurant of this caliber, and they deserve recognition for making the dining experience enjoyable despite our initial interaction. The food itself was exceptional. Every dish beautifully honored traditional Vietnamese flavors while presenting them with remarkable elegance and refinement. The balance, depth of flavor, and meticulous presentation were all outstanding. From a culinary perspective alone, this is unquestionably a five-star restaurant. It is precisely because the food is so extraordinary that our initial experience with the owner was such a disappointment. Hospitality is every bit as important as cuisine. Fine dining is about creating an experience where guests feel welcomed, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Food has an incredible ability to nourish not only the body but also the spirit, and the energy with which it is served inevitably becomes part of the meal itself. I sincerely hope the owner reflects on the way guests are welcomed. Kindness costs nothing, and we never truly know what someone else may be carrying with them that day. This restaurant has all the makings of a truly exceptional dining destination. With warmth that matches the caliber of its cuisine, it would be unforgettable.

A good Asian option in Santa Fe. The MaPo-style shrimp was excellent and easily the best dish I…read morehad. I wish it were offered as an entrée. The crispy cod was well prepared and layered with flavor. The carrot soup was a little bland. The colossal shrimp and pork belly came on a bright, fresh, and somewhat messy bed of slaw and greens, but the dish needed a little more heat or sauce to bring everything together. The shrimp were also slightly overcooked. Service was slow and a bit fussy at the same time. The dining room is tight, which seems to make it difficult for servers to flow through the space efficiently, so that may explain some of the issues.

We were thoroughly enjoying all of the New Mexican cuisine we were also missing some home cooked Asian food that is our comfort, go to! We decided to go to Dumpling Tea & Dim Sum and we were blown away by the food, service and learning about the owners and their journey to Santa Fe!! First the service - we ordered and got our food served to us! The food! Wow! I ordered the Beef Noodle Soup and soup buns! So so delicious!!! The owner shared his story of moving to Santa Fe after being in New York but covid happened. His wife and daughter along with his parents were arriving soon! We were so happy to learn about his story and happy that he was going to reunite with his family! The place is within a plaza area with other businesses. It's cozy and lots of seating inside and outside of their business but still indoors. I would love to return back to this place and support this business. I wish them much success!

We started the evening with the Volcano, a drink that's on fire upon arrival. So fun and delicious. As we were munching on the assortment of veggies and shrimp from the Tempura appetizer, the Southern Belle cocktail (oh so perfectly peachy) and a Mandarin Blossom martini arrived. Delicious! We probably should have stopped there, but the drink menu is just too tempting! So we shared a final cocktail, the Mango Mojito. And we weren't the only folks celebrating. We saw several reserved tables full of happy people commemorating their moments at Jinja, too.

Over the years, I've had a few things on the menu, but my absolute favorite, which is one of my absolute favorite dishes I've ever had is their Singapore Style Noodles Singapore style noodles is often my go to when I have to eat cheap fast Chinese food in Tennessee or other less sophisticated places This is different ! The way the chef executes this incredible dish reminds me a little more of Thai or Laotian food than Chinese ! The noodles have such a complex curry with a bit of sweetness they are not the standard yellow curry powder that you can buy off Amazon. The Char Sui Pork in the dish is to die for !! moist, tender and perfectly tasty Interesting that it is served with a lime wedge, which definitely makes me think Thai influence! Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed this dish after having it many times over the years and will truly say it is one of the best Asian dishes I've ever eaten anywhere including Los Angeles, Hawaii, and Washington DC all of which I resided in Maybe I'll find something better on a trip to Hong Kong who knows ?? By the way, I met Jesus here (Not the holy resurrected one ! ) He's a friendliest bartender you will ever meet and he made me the very best Mai Thai I've ever tried, which is their house specialty drink. I also met the owners of a wonderful art gallery in Santa Fe today. Who I plan to stay in touch with INCREDIBLE experience Jinja ROCKS. Deserves five stars or more
