I asked for a small plate so I could quickly move the food off of the sauce. When I asked for tartar sauce, they stated that was the tartar sauce. I suggest if you order the perch, ask for the sauce on the side. The naan dip had very little taste or seasoning. It had a horseradish sauce that was bland. It is such a chill environment with a beautiful view. Our latest visit I got the stuffed French toast and my husband got the pancakes. Both were excellent. The maple bourbon syrup on my pancakes was delicious as was the Lincoln berry jam on his ricotta pancakes. It has to be really good to tempt him to order something sweet and he was so glad he did! We also treated our self by splitting a Miller high life 40 which they serve bottle style chilled on ice with two champagne flutes. Which is both Elegant and hilariously fun.

Didnt feel like cooking before Thanksgiving so decided on Boardwalk Subs. The location on Lake Michigan Drive is closest to us. Love how it always smells so good when you walk in. Like...if you could smell how warm feels...? Anyway, ordered a #19 regular, although I've heard that "rogue" is the way to go. This sub shop is awesome!!!! One of the best subs i ever tasted!!! A MUST TRY!!! Boardwalk slices all the meats and cheeses you want on your sub fresh in front of your face!!! They do lack in toppings, but i think that there subs are all about the freshness and quality of all their meats and cheeses.
