I get why there are low reviews and people are confused about this place. It's very much a tourer shop with liquor, and then it's got a pizza window. We got half pepperoni and half pesto chicken as well as a salad with the lemon vinaigrette. The pizza was quite delicious, especially the chicken side. It had lots of chicken and toppings on it. Is the crust pre made? Perhaps. We didn't care. The salad was a nice surprise, most often restaurant vinaigrette's are too sweet but this one was refreshing and lovely. Perfect fuel after long hike in Rocky Mountain NP. We had a couple of hours in Estes Park to grab lunch and explore the downtown. Pizza slice given to you immediately on ordering helped save a lot of time that we could use for shopping. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge size of the pizza slice. The food is not good here. The cashier sat there for about five minutes before she took her order not sure what she was doing staring at the screen. I ordered the Godfather sub. It was horrible for $18 probably worth about five dollars. It was a whole hogie toasted with salami cheese peppers also ordered wings, and pizza that was not good. What went well? EVERYTHING!!! Ordered over the phone, great guy, very friendly. 4 pizzas ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Pizzas were huge, with plenty of toppings, and the flavor was fresh and awesome. Hand tossed crust that tastes completely homemade. As soon as I walked in the door the guy said, "that lady looks hungry!" with a huge smile on his face. Pizzas were ready right on time, EXACTLY what I ordered. Perfect in EVERY way!!! Not bad for a quick pick-me-up-pizza! We had just finished a round of mini golf and a Mustang mountain coaster ride, we were hungry! Roamed around the strip and landed with Bob & Tony's. And we scored front row parking. It was a bit weird as you walk in because it's also a whiskey distillery? Bottles and bottles of it and you get to try some. They have moonshine also. We walked directly to the pizza order counter. At first we thought we had to stand or go outside to eat, but they have seating in the back. It's almost like sports bar with TV's and I think another bar in the back. It was not crowded on a Sunday, so that was super nice. The pizza slice was a good size, bigger than Costco I think. One slice was very filling for me, while the boys had two. We didn't really have dinner that night! The staff were friendly and the service was quick!!! We kicked off the long weekend with a walk-through downtown Estes Park and found ourselves hungry. The smell of pizza from the street filled my nose and led us straight to Bob and Tony's, inside the Estes Park Distillery! We settled on a Large Supreme pizza for the 4 of us to split - and placed our order at the window, waited for the buzzer for about 15 minutes and brought our massive pizza to the table. This thing was HUGE - loaded with fresh toppings, gooey cheese, crunchy foldable crust. It's casual meets tasty - with paper plates, napkins on the table, fountain drinks in paper cups, plastic silverware - but worth it because YUM. This pizza totally hit the spot and reasonably priced for the quality! When back in the area, I'd easily return here! read more

My husband and I spent the afternoon in Estes Park. It was so beautiful. I have never seen it abandoned like today was. Off-season and it was pretty easy to get into stores. No lines and crowds like usual. We liked it :-) didn't have to wait for our ice cream. This place is really cool. It opens up into a big room that has plenty of tables for people to enjoy their food. They are I distillery as well. They make different flavors of moonshine! I tried the espresso one. It was really good. The pizza was a surprise. Thin New York style crust with really nice toppings. I got the sausage and pepper one today. So good! A very large slice. My husband and I decided to do just a slice today and I really appreciate that option. The service was quick and very friendly. The restaurant is rustic and has a lot to look at. I will definitely be coming in here again. read more

This place gets a 10 star from me! From when you first walk in down to the amazing and friendly customer service. This is a cool place to eat, try some moonshine or whiskey and shop for some good spices and ketchups that have bacon flavor in them. This place is so cool and reminds me of a western place. There is seating in the back along with moonshine tasting in the front. I ordered 3 pizzas. The first one was your typical pepperoni but half pepperoni and half cheese. My kids loved it! For me and my husband I ordered and everything pizza with easy sauce and their bbq pizza. OMG they were so delicious and the crust was lightly dusted with some garlic flavoring. It was cooked perfectly. I will say this and this company should be ashamed, I left a 9 dollar tip on my credit card but come to find out the company keeps the credit card tips, but if you tip cash then they can keep it. Where do I start. Bob and Tony's is single handily the greatest pizza joint of all time. I would climb a mountain for a sniff of their pizza. After my first bite I sat in silence for 3 hours just thinking of its greatness. I truly believe if you eat a 19 inch fast enough u will be able to both time travel and use 100% of your brain. Kid behind the counter forgot about our order for a large cheese pizza. I went up to check on it, he tried to give me a small cheese. I said I think we ordered large. He looked up my buzzer number and said oh yeah, sorry. Nothing about when it would be ready. I noticed the pizza oven was empty, so I went back up. He slid a cut cheese pizza from the slice rack onto a box and handed it to me. I said how long has it been sitting on that shelf. He said oh it was your order, I just accidentally thought it was for the slice shelf. We ate it in the car a few minutes later and it was basically cold. Probably had been under the lamp for hours, because there was a second uncut cheese below it. Only giving the second star because I could tell the pizza isn't half bad if it were fresh. Every time I am in Estes I love to eat here. Recently returned after not being there for a couple years and the updates to the pizza recipe is very appreciated! I ordered a cheese pizza, light sauce, and was pleasantly surprised with one of the better pizzas I've had in a long time. The dough was fresh and the sauce ratio was perfect. The staff are polite and helpful and they even have moonshine and liquor tasting now. Pretty cool. They have a nice outdoor space (couldn't utilize because it was hailing) and I look forward to taking advantage of that next time. Pizza was borderline disgusting, and the person running the cash register was very disorganized. The 'moonshine' is just flavored vodkas, and at 70 proof, it's nowhere close to moonshine. Do you like pizza but hate all that Stuff on top? Do you hate paying reasonable prices for quality food? Do you love that sweet sweet Lunchables taste but feel embarrassed buying Lunchables by yourself as an adult? Oh... do we have the place for you! Without thinking we jumped into a line wrapped around the corner. Usually lines would make you think there's something good at the front... but oh were we wrong. After waiting 20 painstaking minutes, while watching customers leave with misery in their eyes, passing the disheartening "for sale by owner" sign, we finally reach the front of the line, only to be greeted by a 14 year old child worker. "What do you want?" she barked at me. I nervously ordered the Hawaiian 15 inch Lunchable pizza thinking that would be a safe choice. Within 10 minutes, our pizza was ready to eat. We carried our pizza back to the table. Sitting down, the pizza looked good. I went to serve my friend a piece of pizza. As soon as I picked up his girthy slice, ALL the cheese and toppings slid off like a greasy mud slide onto the dirty table. Fortunately, this was something we could overlook. Learning from pizza slice number one, I approached pizza slice #2 more carefully. I took my first bite; my friend took his first bite. We both looked at each other in sheer intrigue. We thought.... hmm... this tastes oddly memorable. After a few seconds we realized, this pizza tastes EXACTLY like an elementary school pizza Lunchable. The crust was suspiciously similar. The tomato sauce reminded us of that disgusting squeezable plastic sauce pack smelly 4th graders squished between their sticky fingers onto cardboard prepackaged crust. In short, please do not eat here. For the same $26 dollars, you could throw it into a wishing well and get a better return on investment. Dear future owner of Bob and Tony's, just don't. Please turn this building into a cemetery. No pizza should ever be served here again. read more

So my family has been here a few times over the years and remembered it being DELICIOUS so we visited last week. After reading some of the other reviews I'm literally cracking up at the similarities to our experience!! We dropped over 50 bucks on a Hawaiian pizza and the Confetti pizza. No biggie bc we were expecting some good pizza... we were so wrong!!! Crust was frozen, undercooked and had no taste. Sauce was like those you get in the build your own pizza kits but even worse... watered down red sauce, so bland!! The cheese was waxy... after wolfing down a piece (we had a long hike that day) I had a stomach ache and wanted to throw up. The ham on the Hawaiian Pizza was something out of a lunch meat package. The confetti pizza had RAW white onions on it... I nearly gagged (see photo). When you picked up the pizza everything fell off. The sweet lady from the front came by and asked me what was wrong- my face must have been green. Told her we didn't like the pizza ... she asked what was wrong. I told her "EVERYTHING!" !! Then she just said "I'm sorry", and advertised for another pizza joint she worked at and walked off. I want my 50 bucks back.... My youngest said it tasted worse than cafeteria pizza. That's pretty bad. My oldest was sick to his stomach all night. Do NOT eat here!! Go to Penelope's and get a good old fashioned burger and o-rings for a fraction of the cost!! read more
