Phillip the owner quickly contacted me back to set up my appointment. Zack was the tech who came out. He performed probably the most thorough diagnostic of our HVAC of anyone we have had out. He quickly diagnosed the problem we were currently having as well as an issue which has been plaguing us since the unit was installed and resulted in the replacement of no less than five inducer blowers (@ $600 each.) Zack was courteous, friendly and professional and most importantly knew what he was doing. He also didn't fall off the roof which we greatly appreciated. Hawk is a small business as opposed to a mega company that doesn't care about you long term, who just do what it takes to get you going and move on. Unfortunately I have dealt with a couple of those companies. Just not the same quality of service. I cannot provide a stronger recommendation for a HVAC company than Hawk. But he took some pictures and was going to reach out to boss. Never heard from the guy again. Now, today, I noticed quite a bit of oxidation on the galvanized pipes they used, along with the connection points on the brass. This can't be normal or good in this small amount of time. I Finally had a local guy come out and provide a quote but no response from Jake along with no response from any of my messages.
