The person working at the counter was lovely. She was super enthusiastic, asked us questions about what we were doing, and provided recommendations for places to check out in the area. She made our drinks very fast-- I don't think we had to wait more than a couple of minutes. The drinks were very good. I got their lemon tea, and my partner got the sea salt cream tea. Mine was nice and sweet, his was not sweet at all (to both of our preferences). The one thing I didn't love is that their tapioca pearls were very soft. I like a little more chew to my boba, but I know that's personal preference. Overall, we had a great time and the customer service was excellent.

I ended up ordering the Ice Green Tea with no sugar, just plain tea and ice. I don't know if there's cross contamination, or just being super over brewed, but the Jasmine Tea ( the green tea they use) was very very tart. I lean more toward tea quality for my boba drinks, so if you're like me, I wouldn't recommend this place if my visit is representative of their brewing capabilities. It looks like they have plenty of really sweet Milk Tea options for those who lean more toward that area though.
