I've been to this plaza many times and have never seen this restaurant before. Stopped by for a quick bite and found the ambiance to be reminiscent of the tucked away hole in the wall restaurants in Korea. Upon entering, you're immediately transported into a spacious dining area filled with warm ambient lighting and a stylish, modern twist on a classic Asian bistro. When we entered there was no one else there and we were seated promptly. The service was fast and accessible. Despite having eating jjajangmyeon many times before the server took her time explaining the dishes and the flavor profiles - making this restaurant welcoming for first-timers. We ordered the tangsyuk (crispy fried pork with a teriyaki sauce on the side) and the stir-fried jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles with a fried egg on top). Each table also has sides of spicy pickled cucumber and Korean pickled radish to pair with each dish. The portions are very generous and my fiancé and I were plenty full from sharing the two dishes we ordered. The jjajangmyeon is so filling and comforting I especially love the noodles the dish is accompanied by, as I found them to be so soft with a great bite to them. The tangsyuk was perfectly crispy and very similar to Japanese fried chicken - I was a fan of the teriyaki sauce, but my partner loved it. Another restaurant on the list to try, read some good reviews so I was also excited to try this place. Entrance to the restaurant was cool and n Boba tea as you walk in. Staff was very friendly and attentive and restaurant was nice and clean. Soon as we got sat they brought nice cold water and side dish of japanese radish and pickled cabbage. Ordered half order of garlic khanpunggi, and tangsuyuk, and extra spicy seafood jampong. Presentation was nice and khanpunggi look pretty. Flavor was pretty good but seems as they made this dish extra spicy. It was not too hot for me but it's hotter than average. My only other complain on this dish is that I would have preferred the meat to be little more crunchy but it was closer on the soggy side. Tangsuyuk looked pretty sad. It did not come with any of the veggies, like onion and carrot and mushroom. Sweet dipping sauce was not bad. The meat was nice and crispy with some flavor. Both dishes for the amount you get for half order I feel it is way too expensive. But then I guess you are paying the Vegas price I guess. Now jampong was pretty good. Dish had couple of crab pieces, shrimp, squid, and good number of mussels. I asked for extra spicy and it had good amount of heat, not too crazy. Broth flavor was pretty good and noodle was nice and chewy. I had my share of Chinese Korean dishes growing up in Korea and in US. Maybe I am being too picky but I expected the food to taste better. Had their Bobae Jjajang and two things happened: 1 It was absolutely delicious. 2 It reminded me of my childhood. My best friend growing up was Korean, so I was lucky enough to be introduced to Korean food early on. From then until now, I've had my fair share of Korean dishes, and this spot brought back all those memories in one bite. I happened to stop in at the matcha cafe right next door and decided to pay a visit after checking out their menu online. I was promptly greeted and seated and overall the service was awesome. Inside is an exciting hallway with a wall mural of well-known Asian restaurants in Chinatown, the walkway leads to the restaurant. The atmosphere, decor and dining layout is very attractive and inviting, it feels relaxing, chill and laid back. Even the song playlist is outstanding! They play awesome music and this would be a great venue for karaoke dining. Menu offers a tasty selection of appetizers, salad, entrees for fried rice and various noodle dish, as well as special items and dessert. Also, every table has extra saucer plates, and accessible condiments for white vinegar, soy sauce, and red chile powder. They serve complimentary sides for yellow pickled radish, and sweet and tangy crunchy pickled cabbage with mild spicy jalapeños. I love the beautiful emerald jar, it reminds me of a pretty vase, and it's actually a decanter which has great appeal and aesthetics, this is a fun creative way to serve cold water. I had Panfried Dumpling ($9.99), which is excellent! The dumpling has a lovely soft and crispy texture filled with moist and tender meat, and so yummy when dipped in mild spicy sweet sauce, it's tasty and very good! Stir-Fried Jjajangmyeon ($13.99) is a definite must try and highly recommended! We went with the Whole Squid Jjamppong and the Garlic Pepper Squid. The Whole Squid Jjamppong came out steaming hot, with a rich, flavorful broth. The noodles were bouncy and chewy, and they even gave us utensils to cut the squid, which was cooked perfectly. The Garlic Pepper Squid was super crispy, spicy, garlicky, and just plain delicious. My husband and I absolutely love Korean Chinese food! Bobae Noodle House is one of the newest additions to the valley for Korean Chinese food and we just had to give them a try. They are located right next to Tous Le Jours and when you walk in, you walk past Puradak chicken to get to the restaurant. The way they built it actually reminded me a little bit of Seoul -- just having to go down a hallway to find restaurants. We went for dinner on a Saturday night, around 7PM. They weren't busy and we were seated right away. They have a good amount of options on their menu and I was pleasantly surprised that they had gan jjajangmyeon on the menu. Gan jjajangmyeon is one of my favorite dishes because it's typically made fresh and has a good wok aroma. AND it comes with a fried egg! My husband opted for their jjajangmyeon while I got their gan jjajang. We also got an order of tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) to share. The gan jjajangmyeon was a miss for me -- it did not have the wok aroma that I am used to for the dish. Additionally, the sauce tasted pretty weak in terms of flavor. I think it needs more black bean sauce? Not really sure. My husband said the same for his jjajangmyeon. The tangsuyuk is pretty decent. I wouldn't say it's mind blowing but it's solid. Overall, I don't know if we'd be back since the flavors are a miss for the noodles that we tried. There are other restaurants that have a better flavor profile. read more

Our new favorite Korean spot here! We ordered the black bean noodles, sweet and sour fried pork, and spicy seafood noodles. The black bean noodles were soft and mixed easily into the sauce. There was a hint of ginger and a quail egg added to the dish which was new to me! But I thoroughly enjoyed it. The sweet and sour fried pork was crispier than most other places and the ratio of meat to batter was perfect. Lastly, the spicy seafood noodles were jam-packed with various seafood and shredded pork belly. It was hearty and the noodles had that same bounce the black bean noodles had. The interior is clean and has large connecting booths that are very comfortable. There is also a connected matcha store that is having their soft opening this weekend (July 12, 2025). Awesome jajangmyun here if you prefer a sweeter sauce with less-to-no meat loaded with veggies. The sauce is definitely different and has a sweeter kick compared to others I have had. I have to say the tangsuyuk was actually incredible. The batter was so light and crispy with juicy pieces of meat that it was notably the best I have ever had at a restaurant in a long time! The sauce complements for that and the mandu were delicious. Perfect texture and acidity! The mandu were delicious! Each piece was perfectly cooked and super juicy with every bite. The quail egg garnish on the jajangmyun was adorable, and really the only thing I wish I had more of was protein in the sauce because it had virtually none. Service was prompt and friendly. I love that I was here for an early dinner date with one of my best friends, and the staff never felt overbearing as we took our time to enjoy the food and converse. Keep walking straight inside after you enter the door and then you'll see the restaurant. Plenty of tables to sit at. Stir-fried jajangmyeon (5/5): I ordered their extra large size for an $3 more. It was more than enough for 2 people. The difference with the original jajangmyeon and this stir-fried version is that they stir-fried the black bean sauce which makes it even tastier! They serve the noodles and sauce separately so you're able to control how much sauce you want in your dish. Don't pour too much because it can get salty. Tangsuyuk (5/5): It comes in a full or half size. The full size is good as an entree for one person. It's crunchy pork that pairs nicely with the jajangmyeon. There's a sweet dipping sauce that you dip the pork in which gives it a nice flavor. It comes with a cabbage-vinegar and yellow radish as side dishes. I did a quick Yelp search and found they had a solid 5-star review! I had just eaten a really late lunch so we ended up coming back the next day for dinner. We showed up on Wednesday, 11/26, around 4 PM. The place was pretty quiet, but clean. The servers were very friendly and attentive! I got my daughter an order of the cucumber salad, which was HUGE! It looked a lot smaller in the pictures so beware if you are dining in alone. I would highly recommend coming with a few friends so you can order a few dishes to share. I had the whole squid jjampong, which was also HUGE! I asked for level 3 spicy since my daughter wasn't going to eat it with me and it really hit the spot! Even their little banchan was enjoyable! We probably ate less than half of our orders so we packed them up and took them back to our hotel, which I'm so glad we did, because we got hungry in the middle of the night and it saved us a trip to look for food! We've been exploring Korean-Chinese restaurants in the area and this place was the latest addition to our list. We arrived around 5:30pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was completely empty for a weekend night. The interior looked spacious and tidy. Bobae Jjajangmyeon | Jjajangmyeon is not supposed to be this spicy, we received jjajang sauce mix with way too much Serrano peppers. It was unbearable to eat. Although the menu didn't have a picture of chili next to it, what we received was different. It was spicier than the kkanpunggi and jjamppong that we ordered, both with level 2 spice level indicator. We have a fondness for spicy cuisine and have visited multiple places similar to this. However, this should come with a warning, ha ha! The jjajang flavor was barely present. Bobae Jjamppong | The noodles were soft and chewy. The broth was both oily and greasy, with a slight hint of blandness. Nevertheless, there was a decent amount of seafood. Garlic Kkanpunggi (Half) | The big chunks of chicken were tender. Even though the flavor was aromatic and fragrant, the batter was too soggy and greasy. Desert Onion Kkanpunggi (Half) | Everything in this dish was very similar to garlic kkanpungi, including the taste and soggy/greasy batter. The only distinction was the crispy onion toppings, which were just mediocre. Service: Food came out quick because the place was empty. We asked about the incredibly spicy Bobae Jjajangmyeon. The male server told us it's spicy "because it's Serrano peppers." Then, the female server told us "It's not supposed to be spicy" with a surprised look on her face. So, what is it supposed to taste like in this restaurant? Is it possible that there was an error made in the kitchen? We've eaten at Doya Jjambbong, Jin Jin Korean Chinese Cuisine and Korean Eatery Made In Korea (now Korea House). Those 3 places had very good jjajang sauce (which we highly recommend by the way lol!). It's clear that there's much room for improvement. This restaurant is recently opened and has fierce competition in town. Will likely give it another try if they ever adjust their menu in the future. It wasn't a pleasant experience this time. It comes with a whole squid, and the broth is bold, clean, and refreshing--a perfect balance of heat and depth. Jjajangmyeon Classic and satisfying. The black bean sauce is rich, savory, and not overly sweet, coating every noodle perfectly. Yangjangpi Fresh, colorful, and full of texture. The mustard dressing brings everything together beautifully. Kanpoong Shrimp Crispy, saucy, and full of flavor. The shrimp stays juicy inside with the perfect crunch outside. Tangsuyuk (Crispy Sweet & Sour Pork) Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the sauce is well-balanced--not too sweet. Kanpoong Chicken (깐풍기) Crispy chicken tossed in a spicy-garlicky glaze--addictive and packed with flavor. Great food. Love their jjamppong and we received such a nice service from Karl! Upon arrival the entrance is really neat. It's adjacent to the chicken place but walked down to huge neon light of a man eating of the bowl and you will find Bobae noodle house. Karl attended to us right away and asked if we have any questions but since we already familiar with the food, we ordered right away. I ordered cream style (pasta) and beef jjamppong also deep fried pork which served with sweet sauce but not too sweet for my liking. Heard about this Korean spot and been seeing it all over my feed. I've been into Korean food lately and hoping this place will not disappoint. I got the glass noodle (Japchae) Rice. From my perspective, it was pretty good! It was a bit spicy for my liking and I even asked the waiter if it was spicy and said a tiny bit. When the waiter saw me sweating, he apologized and thought it wasn't that bad as he gave me more napkins. However, I think it would be a good idea to at least put a chili picture next to it to forewarn others that doesn't tolerate spice in general. Besides that, the service was good and the place is very clean and modern. It wasn't as busy so I'm hoping they get more foot traffic in being considered fairly new. May 2025. Finally a decent jambong and jajangmyeon spot in Vegas! Easily Best in Vegas. From Korea of course. They have 195 locations. Clean delicious flavorful. Noodles are great. I normally prefer more chewy but these were fine for the dishes and flavor profile. Can taste the quality of the ingredients and there's an incredible umami smoky wok flavor in both dishes which make it unexpectedly great! Service was great. Warm and attentive.
