    Spicy wontons & cucumber salad
    Kriss P.

What is this?? Not the same & spent nearly $30 for this (see picture). The 7 pieces of wontons were in regular chili oil sauce with no hint of Szechuan or red peppercorn. Their cucumber salad is just pickled with no garlic. I've been here before and not sure what happened. Total waste of time, money, and calories. Completely unsatisfied.

Food is overall ok, and we got the beef noodle soup with other soup dishes. Flavor is ok, not the most rich and amazing, but it is good for what they give you! Food took a little bit of time for it all to come, and overall was mediocre. Servers are attentive, and even though we had 5 people, they gave us the big table with the circle thing. It was great!

Stopped through because of the great reviews I see on here, but I must have different taste than them... Ordered the roast duck, spicy wontons, and beef brisket tomato noodle soup. The duck was okay, but the spicy wontons and noodle soup were hard to finish. The sauce on the wontons didn't do it for me nor did the broth in the soup. -Friendly and helpful staff; always helps to go with someone Chinese, lol

The atmosphere is very relaxing. The food is always fresh and yummy Live lobsters Great service

*Foodie from CA here* Stopped by the Noodle Man for lunch when we were in town last wknd. We ordered a little bit of everything to try. Everything was delicious but my favorite has to be the roasted pork/roasted duck combo plate and the cucumber salad (not pictured). I would definitely come back when I'm in town again. For the food, I rate it 5/5. The servers were attentive and brought out everything we needed/asked for. Came around often to check in on us. For service I rate it 5/5. Honorable mentions: -Plenty of parking -Accepts credit card

One and done! The only reason I'm giving three stars is because staff was very nice. I ordered lobster noodles and the lobster was slimy and noodles looked old. My husband got some spicy noodles with beef and the soup was extremely spicy so watch out. The place is not too expensive but I'm worried about the food quality. Never experienced a lobster that I couldn't hold with anything because it was so slippery and slimy, so weird!

Great when you want some down-home simple Chinese food! Went a couple times with no fuss, no muss! The Noodle Man is a great place for sharing dishes, with rice...lots and lots of white rice!! Sooo good! Went once with the wifey for lunch, then once with the entire fam for dinner! Out of both times I got to sample: -House Special Pan Fried Noodles -Roasted Pork Belly -Sauteed Choy Sum with Garlic Bulb -Stir Fried String Bean with XO Sauce -Steam Eggplant with Garlic & Bean Curd Sauce -House Special Fried Rice And YES...don't forget to ask for a pot of white rice too!!! Can't have enough carbs!! Gotta say, while being a bit pricey per pound, the Roasted Pork Belly is super fatty & unctuous! Tasty goodness! Of course we ordered it on both visits! It's super hard to share, I coulda eaten the entire plate MYSELF!! So delicious with a bowl of rice in your hand! Then chased by a piece of sauteed choy sum! YUM!! Rest of the food is pretty good too! Their fried rice has that 'breath of the dragon' goodness from the wok cooking, and who can resist a piece of steamed eggplant with garlic sauce? Pour that stuff all over YES, you guessed it...more white rice!! I wish the food at a Chinese buffet tasted more like the entrees at The Noodle Man! I'd be in soooooo much trouble!! Repeat visitor for sure! Ah, who am I kidding? I'll be visiting again soon! Probably next payday! Till next time, The Noodle Man!

This is our second time coming here. Food is always served hot, flavorful, and quick! Chubby Boy BBQ is shared with the establishment. Parking is ample. The interior is dainty and homey. Service has always been friendly.

#1 Cucumber Salad, 5.99 prior to tax. #27 Beef Brisket Tomato Noodle Soup, $10.99 prior to tax

The Noodle Man is located in a plaza with plenty of parking, next door to an Evangelical church. Driving through Las Vegas for our long road trip, my husband and I decided to stop by Chinatown to pick up something for lunch (we really just love Las Vegas' Chinatown with so many great restaurants). When we came in, we were greeted by an employee. After we looked over the menu, we ended up purchasing: #1 Cucumber Salad, 5.99 prior to tax- This is one of my favorite items to order a noodle house. I just love this salad and how delicious the flavors go well with the soy sauce based dressing that is used. Cucumbers that are smashed do a very good job of soaking up any type of dressing better because they can linger in the cervices (I do this sometimes when I make my own types of cucumber salads). This salad is not spicy although there are some chili flakes in the dressing. Very refreshing and tasty. A great portion size to share with another. #27 Beef Brisket Tomato Noodle Soup, $10.99 prior to tax- Initially my husband wanted to order another beef noodle dish but the employee who took our order said they were out of it. When my husband picked another, he said the same thing but said that they had this item, so we ordered it. I didn't have any, but my husband enjoyed this dish. He thought the beef brisket was tender and he liked the tomato based soup in this dish. The noodle itself had a good chew. We ordered this to go and so I liked that the noodles were packed separately from the soup. The portion size of this really is plenty to share with a second person. The soup itself was not spicy. Chicken Chow Fun (Dry), $11.99 prior to tax- Although I did not see this on the menu, I had asked the employee taking our order if I could have the beef chow fun made with chicken instead. He said that was fine and so I got this. This was delicious and made for 4 meals. This dish was oily but that was to be expected. The sauce and seasoning were made perfectly. Nothing was too salty and did a great job of making me feel satisfied. I would definitely order this again. ------------------------ (Total= $31.40 after tax, prior to tip) Wait time was longer than we expected. I think we waited ~30 minutes and wished we were told how long the wait would be (we ordered this to go). I think next time, if I choose not to dine at the restaurant, I would probably phone in my order to help cut down the wait time at the restaurant. Overall, we had a great late lunch and leftovers for dinner that same night. I would definitely come back here again.

We were at Sweet Talk and my daughter had mentioned she was hungry for dinner! She had mentioned that she saw the Chubby Boy BBQ and The Noodle Man next door. After eating a few sweet treats at Sweet Talk, we decided to go have dinner at The Noodle Man and Chubby boy BBQ. The Noodle Man is located off of Spring Mountain and Arville area. It's located inside a private shopping plaza with spacious amount of parking. Inside the restaurant there is spacious amount of tables. All of the tables were physically distanced apart, limited to 4 a table. The restaurant was very clean! The service was amazing. We walked in and were immediately seated. Three menus were provided. Since there are two restaurants inside the establishment, I'll be reviewing the food we had ordered off of The Noodle Man restaurant. We had ordered a Noodle soup without the wonton. It's not listed on the menu, but it's approximately $7.00 for the bowl. It came out within 2 minutes once we placed the order! The bowl was huge! There was so much vegetables and noodles within the bowl. The broth was flavorful! The noodles were scrumptious! I'd order the noodle bowl again! The service was great! The food was awesome! The order, including The Chubby Boy order, was less than $30.00 for the meal. If you haven't tried this Noodle Man location, you should check it out! There are two other Noodle Man locations in Las Vegas.

I read an article looking for the best places to eat in Chinatown Las Vegas and The Noodle Man was on it, so I decided to give it a try. I came here for an early dinner before catching a flight, and there were no other diners at the time. I ordered the potstickers and the Lan-Zhou beef noodle soup. The soup was super flavorful but light, and despite it looking spicy from the picture on the menu, the chili garlic sauce was served on the side. The portion was HUGE, I had so many noodles leftover and was filled from the beef slices. The potstickers seemed handmade and were freshly pan-fried. The waiter was attentive with water refills and checking in on us, even though there were several delivery orders he was helping fulfill. I would definitely come back if in the area (plus, they take reservations, which is a huge perk for Vegas).

The Noodle Man Stopped in looking for a light snack prior to hitting the buffets in Las Vegas. Located on Spring Mountain Road, small restaurant, orderd a 1/2 pound of Char Siu and a 1/2 pound of roast pork. Roasted Pork was excellent with crispy crunchy skin that was perfect. If I go back would try the Roasted Duck with is only served as a whole or half duck.

Great little place in an unfortunate plaza. One of the cleanest restaurants I've been in which is saying a lot considering it's a Chinese restaurant. We ordered a couple different noodle dishes (Wonton noodle soup and house special pan fried noodles). Wontons were good sized and noodles were excellent. Also ordered the BBQ Pork Belly which was also excellent. They didn't skimp on anything here. The cuts were larger than some other places. Food was excellent and service was great. Prices are average to slightly higher than nearby competitors.

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and arrived quickly. If you're in Las Vegas and love noodles, Shang Artisan Noodle is an absolute must-visit. Amazing food, generous portions, outstanding service I can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth.
