The service is usually really good, especially tonight. The guy at the cash register was patient when my little sister wanted to say her order all on her own. It's always nice to see familiar faces since we come here quite often. The prices are standard and if you get the larger sizes, I think it's worth it. We love getting the samplers here with the chicken wings (crispy like how we like it), popcorn shrimp, and fish balls!

This place was great. We had got the pot stickers and got medium spice and it was fantastic. It was crispy and great flavor. We also got the brown sugar milk tea and that was also quite good. The service was quick and quality was also there. The environment was also very nice and calm and well decorated. Overall a pretty good experience.

First impression, this boba store interior is really pretty, I love the design so much, very upscale and elegant vibes. They offers variety of boba drinks and finger food on their menu, their pricing is at average in San Jose area. As soon as you enter the store, you will see the cashier station with a mini cabinet display some of their baked goods and two kiosk for self service on the side. We placed our order through the kiosk and didn't have much interaction with the staffs so no comment on the service, drinks came out after 7-10 mins of ordering. For the taste, my Avocado Smoothie was bland the first time I got it to-go, I learned my lesson and increased the sweetness level by 25% more on my last in store visit but it still bland... My friend got their Strawberry Tea and she really like it, I tried some of her and the fragrant of the strawberry really impressed me, sweetness was balance as well, tasted very refreshing. It was an okay experience for me regarding the drinks, but they definitely passed the vibes and aesthetic check!

    Double Matcha

I ordered Double Matcha but they forgot my coffee jellyI feel bad.... Overall other things like pop corn chicken its pretty good, I just hope that they can make sure and check everything carefully before give it to the customer.

Raising my review to 4 stars! The owner reached out and invited me back to try their Iced Coffee drinks. I ordered the Iced Tiramisu coffee which was fantastic. Great customer service and the second coffee drink was a total win. My daughter and son also enjoyed their Buried Treasure drink. Thanks for making it right! Much appreciated Christie.

What makes this place unique is the Viet coffee drinks. You can add an extra shot to really give your drink a kick. Great quality . However, I docked it one star because manager not really looking out for the employees and some skimping behaviors on the menu. Egg coffee 5/5 Sounds weird but it's actually pretty good. There's no real egg taste but it's very creamy topping and it works well with a strong coffee base. Salt coffee 5/5 Salt coffee is a creamy white top layer slightly salty as an interesting contrast to the sweet coffee. I normally add an extra shot and go for 75% sweetness. Interior 5/5 - Well designed , modern bright and comforting. Plenty of tables combined with individual chairs and bench seating. Labubus make it fun. Soundtrack 4/5: Energetic dance music pumping in the background.Good vibes. The bad 1/5 1. Tip goes to manager . You will get asked for a tip at the end of the kiosk order and I found out later from an employee that the tip goes directly to the manager and they don't receive it. Not cool. You're better off giving cash directly to the server if you want to tip. Update Nov 3, 2025. Asked a different clerk 2nd time ( 3mos later) at to see if the tip goes to the employees. The response was no. Only cash is best if you want to tip! Still kinda sus for the management! 2. No ice option = $0.50 Ever since Starbucks did this kind of sneaky trick by loading up your drink with ice people have been ordering drinks with no ice. This doesn't work at this location. You're going to get charged extra .

    Banana cream matcha
    Katelynn V.

Coworker got me the banana cream matcha 16oz half sweet from Bobaholics. I give it a 6.5/10 because it's just alright. It's not the worst but not somewhere I'd come for the matcha. The matcha taste a bit watered down for my liking. However, half sweet was good. The banana cream is good itself .

    Popcorn Chicken with House Sauce

My favorite place to study and work in the vicinity. Gorgeous seating, calming music and fast Wi-Fi makes working here extremely pleasant! The workers are also kind and accommodating. Their drinks lean a bit on the sweeter side, which generally works for their egg coffee. I recommend the popcorn chicken here with their house sauce. Overall, it's very aesthetic and cozy to work in. I definitely recommend it at least once for students or remote workers!

Happy with the services provided. Everyone was pretty cheerful. The place had a good vibe anf very cute as well. They had a variety of coffees, milk teas, smoothies, foods and more! Tried their Taro Ube Latte..mmmmm..so good

There might be a bit of a wait, but the food and drinks are good, despite being a bit pricey. I tried Bobaholics for the first time. I ordered the ube coffee with oatmilk, 25% sweet, and less ice and the 3-item sampler box with chicken wings, crab rangoons, and mozzerella sticks.

I ordered at the kiosk Very easy to maneuver the menu The inside is very pretty and elegant looking ,the dinks came out after about five minutes, all the drinks were very delicious and rich in flavor but not overwhelming Great place to catch up with friends or have study sessions Would recommend! Small interaction with staff was also nice and welcoming so the service is pretty good as well

    Strawberry Dream Latte
    Yeebing T.

Came here to meet a friend in this area and we thought it'd be good to stop by for a drink. There atmosphere had a relatively classy vibe, with white tiles and a decent amount of seating, and it was unusually crowded. My friend said it normally wasn't like that so I'm unsure if there was some kind of special event, but we had to wait a little to even be able to use the kiosk despite there being two alongside the regular barista. I decided to get the Strawberry Dream Latte, which was around seven dollars. The drink was sweet, refreshing and creamy, which was good. Also No Ice was an extra charge (though I got less ice so this didn't really impact me) but milk alternatives had no extra cost. This is probably one of the few places that I've been to that allows milk alternatives to be free, so this is a nice bonus. Overall, Bobaholics has lovely drinks and a lovely atmosphere, and I wouldn't mind returning again.

Stopped by on a Friday evening for a post-dinner sweet treat! I ordered the egg coffee and I didn't have to wait too long for it to be ready. Staff was super nice and the drink was good! It was creamy, rich, and had great flavor.

This time, at one of their brick and mortar locations, there were many pros and cons. For one, I love that they actually put the "hot" in nashville hot chicken. Their medium packs a small punch unlike similar spots which are overly mild. Second, the fries and sauce here are amazing!!! The thick crinkle cut fries are not my favorite style usually, but here they make em so crispy with a soft pillowy center. Also so well-seasoned. I also like the seasoning on the hot chicken- it's less salty than most places and more of a real chili pepper flavor to it. Now for what wasn't my favorite: the chicken was a tad bit on the dryer side and the batter was an in-between of crispy and stale. The loaded mac came with both fries and mac n cheese. The mac itself was a bit bland, but everything out together was not bad. They had what seemed like no AC or proper ventilation when we went and it was so warm! Had us sweating by the end of the meal from both the spice and the heat. Workers were bare minimum of taking your order, and it took around 10 min for everything to come out. Overall: 3.6/5

The portions are serious, the chicken is juicy, and the breading has a great crunch. What really sets them apart for me is the spice. I've had levels 3, 4, and 5, and they're not simply the same seasoning with progressively more heat. Each level actually has a different pepper profile and flavor. Level 3 brings cayenne and Thai chili, level 4 moves into Thai chili and habanero, and level 5 adds habanero and ghost pepper. You can taste the difference, not just feel more burn. The seasoned fries are great too and they definitely don't skimp on the portions. It is a little pricey for a chicken sandwich and fries, but when you see the size and quality of what you're getting, I think it's worth it. Scratch is easily one of my favorite hot chicken spots.

We really like that they have a kiosk that you can order from. Since it was late at night, there was no one else waiting to order so we took our time scrolling through the menu. We ended up ordering 2 two-piece meals which came with biscuits as well. The photos of the biscuits looked really good since they were drizzled with honey, so I ordered a few extras. We also decided to try their barbecue sauce and honey mustard sauce. There was only one employee working, but he was very quick and very nice! The chicken is already made and sitting under a warmer, so it just needed to be packed. Surprisingly when we got home, the chicken was still very crunchy! The chicken was also pretty juicy and not dry inside. The biscuits with honey was delicious! I'm glad I ordered more on the sign. They're barbecue sauce is just okay, but their honey mustard is really, really good! I feel like a lot of fast food honey mustard sauces are not that good, but the one's here is probably my favorite! I would definitely consider coming back to get more chicken and maybe even stock up on some honey mustard!

The employee was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the ordering process nice and easy. One thing I found out during my visit is that you can only choose one sauce per order. I was honestly a little bummed about that because there were several wing flavors I wanted to try. I didn't want to spend another $20 just to order a second batch of wings with a different sauce, especially since I was dining by myself. It would be great if there were an option to split an order between multiple sauces so customers could sample more of the menu. I ended up going with the Secret Sauce, and I'm glad I did. The sauce had a great balance of sweetness with a little kick, along with a noticeable garlic flavor that gave it some extra depth. It wasn't overwhelmingly spicy, but it had enough heat to keep things interesting. Combined with the crispy wings, the sauce made for a really satisfying bite. The wings themselves were crunchy on the outside, fresh, and cooked nicely. There was a bit of a wait for my order, most likely because there were quite a few DoorDash orders being prepared, but once my food arrived, everything was fresh and hot. The wait was worth it, especially when the wings came out with that crispy texture I was hoping for. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely come back. Next time, I'd bring a group so we could order several flavors and share. The friendly service, fresh wings, and flavorful Secret Sauce definitely gave me a reason to return. I'd give this place 5 stars if customers could choose multiple sauces in a single order. That one limitation is really the only thing keeping me from giving it the full five. If you're coming alone, you may have to commit to one flavor, but if you're with a group, you can turn the sauce situation into a full-on wing tasting. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors.
