I decided to check out Bobaholics after seeing a few videos of this place online. I wasn't sure whether I should get the double matcha or crème brulee latte but I ended up going with the latter since it's the best seller. The creme brulee latte is very milky and sweet. It has a thick layer of custard and brown sugar. I was disappointed because I was expecting a little coffee taste but there was none or it was overpowered by the amount of milk. Even with adjusted sweetness level, it was too sweet for me. Still good as a once in a while treat but I think I'll try a different drink next time. But I appreciated the generous amount of custard! It was creamy and one of the best crème brulee topping I've had from a boba place. They have multiple kiosks to order on and you can place your order at the cashier as well. I came in at around 10 AM but it was quite busy already. Luckily, my drink came out fast. The store is well kept and very beautifully designed. It's clean with plenty of seating and tables. Tried this place for the first time with my kids. They thought it was cool inside. Very clean inside. There's two touch screens to order from and one cashier for cash users. Plenty of space and tables to sit at; we did come at 2pm on a Tuesday. Im sure this places gets busy on the weekends. Creme brulee latte is very sweet ( i did chose 100% sweet- some other boba shops say 100% sweet but the drinks aren't sweet at all) The best part for me- they have creamer options- whole milk, oat and almond and something else. bobaholics is my go-to boba spot! michelle took my order and she was so sweet and engaging to talk to. the store itself has two self order kiosks and a cashier as well so it's very effective in getting in orders for all their customers. today i decided to try their double matcha with 100% sweet. it was amazing, i enjoy my matcha on the sweeter side so it definitely hits it out of the park for me. another drink i've tried (no picture included) is the brown sugar milk tea with boba-- safe to say they do matcha and boba right here. the store looks very small but once you enter it has an entire section of tables and decor that fill the room with the best vibes to either just relax while doing some work or even just hanging out with friends afterschool. ultimately, bobaholics is a great place with great vibes, and amazing staff (shoutout michelle) read more

I understand times are tough but ...yeah no. Shaken Fries: 2/5 We got BBQ and garlic parmesan. They give you a huge order, enough for 2-3 people. The BBQ was a let down and just tasted like a paprika and salt. No sugar/smokiness that usually comes in BBQ flavor. The garlic parmesan wasn't bad, but there was 0 parmesan and there were only dried garlic bits sprinkled on, the seasoning just fell off the fries. Chicken wings: 4/5 The chicken wings were delicious & juicy and the batter was light. I would say this was the best item on their snack menu. First time at this location! I ordered a Starburst Smoothie (no toppings) and it was very hydrating as it should be for this odd weather! Thanks to Christie for clarifying that the ingredients used in this smoothie were syrups and has a similar taste to the Starburst candy! At this location there are 2 Kiosks and the option to order from the cashier, which is pretty convenient for busy days. This location is also next to the 24 hours Fitness gym, Independence High School, and just a high foot traffic area. The aesthetics are on point with the neutral shades, golden touches, and beautiful, yet expected IG worthy sides to the interior design. But the lady helping me (I forgot to ask her name) insisted I get the drink I wanted even if I ordered something else. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba, and wow -- perfect sweetness, creamy texture, and the boba pearls were fresh, soft, and chewy (not hard or mushy like other places ). I saw this sign for months before they actually opened and was glad I got to stop by during my lunch break to try it out! The interior has a lounge chair and one small table. It also has a small coffee table area with two chairs. They sell snacks and lots of fun drinks. I tried the banana split milk tea and thought it was great. I liked that I could adjust the sweetness and ice. It was an interesting and fun flavor that I've never seen before. The bad: There's no outdoor dining spots. I have been coming to this Bobaholics for awhile now. This is a small but pretty nice bubble Tea shop that has became one of my favorite to go-to Spot for Milk Teas. Christ the guy that was helping me there were really nice. We have been chatting away every time I stopped by. I often ordered their Roasted Oolong, Jasmine Green, Okinawa, or Strawberry and HoneyDew Smoothies with Different Toppings. I really like that they offers other Snacks here too. I typically come in with my family and we have tried most of their popular drinks. Their new banana matcha and recently it's gotten even better. One of the servers this morning I think named Ann said it was a new recipe she has a really loud voice so you can't miss your order being called either. I also recommend their red velvet or matcha cookie. Their sampler is a great deal for trying some of their snacks. Their menu is pretty big but the staff are really helpful. Happily stumbled upon this boba shop and it had a very clean restroom, nice seating area and good menu options. I got a banana split which sounds weird but tasted really good. It is a banana milk tea (which is hard to find) with strawberry custard and chocolate syrup. I also got the peach please which is strawberry and peach green tea lemonade. I have always enjoyed Bobaholics and thought their drinks were pretty good! I usually go to the Brokaw location, but opted here since I was in the area. Came here with 2 other people on 5/28/2025. We were all super impressed by the interior. However, this last visit had me questioning if I want to return! I got a total of 3 drinks. 2 Strawberry Dream Lattes (a favorite) and a Sunset Sherbet Tea. I decided on the fruit tea last minute as a I wanted something fruity and refreshing (big mistake). As soon as I picked up the Sunset Sherbet Tea I noticed something black floating around in it. I was a little puzzled and was moving the cup around to see what it was. I couldn't believe it. It seemed to be some sort of fruit fly/gnat. I showed my friends and they were just as shocked as I was. Did some more looking and saw an eyelash??? Wow. A bug and an eyelash in my drink. I felt so disgusted and immediately threw it away. Thank God I didn't drink it yet! I felt super uneasy and wondered if there would've been something else in the other drinks (the lattes are milk based and not a clear liquid so it's harder to tell ).
