Bagels are good but I don't think they make fresh coffee everyday.... The coffee today seemed stale. Staff is kinda all over the place. Management has really declined since the new ownership. read more

Whenever we are in town we always go to The Boca Bagel Bar. Convenient, clean, great food and staff is very pleasant.

Chicken Parmesan panini was very good! Antoinette and rest of the staff are excellent!

I would like to give the new owners a 10 star review if I could. I have read the reviews and some are not so nice - the only thing that I can determine from this is that these people were so used to the previous owners that their small and simple minds are now closed to this new and incredible change. I moved here from California about 2 1/2 years ago and have gone to this spot for about 1/2 yr of that time (have worked near by 1 1/2 yrs). I remember when I first started going I would always end up there on a Monday and they were closed - who the hell does not open on a Monday? I also found that if I went to "late" in the day (which was like 9:30am) their selection was only left to literally crap or they closed long before closing (when they were only open til 12pm) because they had run out of their bagels/food - which they once express their food was pre-made never made to order per customers specifications. One thing that I will always note is the behavior towards me and my dog since I do have a service dog (no not a "pretend" one either - but a legit & legal service dog) and I remember thinking how nice it was that they had a donation jar for a dog shelter on their counter - yet they were always cold to me when I would arrive with my service dog. Now mind you I try to be as courteous as I can and take him in a stroller - yet I would get side glances (I could care less about the petty customer looks - please say something to me) but to get the side glances from not only the staff but the owners as well with a shelter donation jar to a dog shelter? Seems pretty hypocritical and pretty questionable if you ask me. I also remember asking since they collected cash donations to donate - could I bring my pups items to donate as well (strollers, clothes, dog carriers which were in near brand new condition) yet they could not donate it with the so called money donations they were receiving because they just could not? I see the reviews of people complaining that they were asked to be helped and felt the new owners were being pushy - really? I guess you like being ignored ... well I do not and I can not tell you how many times I was ignored by the old owners as if they could not see me and my service dog yet when a "regular" walked in they were quick to help. No I do not f******ng think so and I always spoke up and was like excuse me but I was here first - with again a side glance from the lady owner and her "regular" and my order would be taken with disdain I may be little but I am not f*******ng invisible. I can only presume these complaints are from these entitled people who were used to the old owners dealing with and indulging their entitlement and bs. I remember I would try to place my order with specifications (my boss is picky) and since their food was pre-made this was never feasible and actually made me stop going there because they would be rude about it almost as if being offended that I would ask for specifications towards the food I was ordering. I also noticed the previous owners only seemed to care about their "rich regulars" and no one else. The reason I have been back now is once I was craving a bagel and I bit the bullet and went to this place and found that they have new owners who are not only kind but treat everyone equally. I absolutely love the new owners and what they have done with the place - they greet everyone as family and as if they are important (so for those of you who think that is pushy - sorry you were not raised right) the new owners are great. Not only are they open on a Monday but their hours have been extended and they do delivery now too - those of you with complaints all I can say is that you have no idea of what real customer service looks like and I pity you. I remember once walking in and stood behind a man in line and the new lady owner asked his order and he completely ignored her and walked away, then she said hi to me and my service dog and suddenly he was offended came back to the counter and asked her if a dog is more important than him? No you a**hole you ignored her and walked away so she helped the next person in line which was me with my little boy (my service dog). How was she to know he wished to place an actual order when he said nothing but walk away. The new owners make fresh food to order - they will be sure to take your specifications and they are amazing to all customers! They are always so nice and courteous when I walk in with my service animal - and for those of you picky nancies no they do not touch him but they do talk to him and treat him as an equal. I love the new owners and am so happy that they have come along - I go regularly now and will continue to do so and will always recommend them - THE NEW OWNERS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Amy C. Food C. This place is amazing! Staff is super friendly and the bagels are awesome. Growing up in the NJ/NY area I know good bagels and they have them here!!!! Place is newly renovated and clean. They put in a full lunch and deli as well now. I recently did some catering from them for my son's birthday and the platters were so delicious and creative. I also love the healthy choice breakfast wrap....breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and this place has the best! Thank you Boca Bagel bar!!! Boca needs a place like this !!!! read more

Favorite bagel spot! I'm from New York and I'm extremely picky when it comes to my bagel sandwiches. And let me tell you something folks, THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE SPOT. The food is amazing. Go to is the B-THOBO Bacon, Taylor ham, hash brown, egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. Always fresh, perfect crunchy toast on the bagel. You can do no wrong on this menu. Drooling just thinking about it. Everything always comes out insanely fast. Not to mention the service comes with a smile! Very friendly staff, warm and welcoming every time. When I was here on vacation, my fiancé and I stopped in to Boca Bagel Bar for a sandwich. I have to say, these bagels were awesome! Coming from the metro NY area I consider myself to be a bagel expert and I am hard to impress, but these exceeded my expectations! The sandwich, service and staff were excellent. soooo good!! i'm so glad i discovered this place, the food is delish. the owners & workers are very sweet as well. bagels are very good, sausage egg and cheese was the best i've had in south FL. the cream cheese is great too. i had a tuna salad once and the tuna mix was tasty- i just personally dont prefer celery in my tuna salad- but the mix was good. not too much mayo. the everything bagel is the perfect mix of everything, i like how they add salt! really really good eats read more
