was so impressed with Bocca, I complained because I could not choose the dressing I wanted with my salad on doordash, vinergarette was the only one offered. The next day I was there eating and the manager came up to me and told me he saw my complaint and fixed it so I could pick whatever type of dressing I wanted on doordash and even more impressive he actually did. I eat at the restaurant at least once a week, Katie is awesome and we always request to sit at her table, but to be honest I have never had a bad experience there or a bad wait person. There is a reason it has been in business for over 40 years and I cannot recommend it enough, I promise you will be super happy after your experience there. Great time! Let me first start by our server Sarah was the best! Definitely makes this a better place overall. Wife got the Chocolate Cherry Martine which tasted like a cherry cordial, awesome! For $11 it was way too small. Odd small glass. My Italian Mia Ti was very tasty and I enjoyed it. Same thing, in a small glass for the price. As for the food... The Shimp Mozambique appetizer was overcooked as the Shimp were rolled up in a perfect circle. We all make mistakes and they were busy. Probably just got cooked longer in the sauce as it came to our table. No big deal, still pretty good. My Chourico Baked Scrod was good. The sweet potatoes were tender with just enough crunch on the outter later. Now onto the best Salmon we both have ever had. My wife gets Salmon all the time. Somehow the many other times we've been here she overlooked it because of the other great dish, Butternut Squash Ravioli. The brown suger glaze with apples on this Salmon is amazing. The presentation was also fabulous. Can't explain any further, you need to experience it yourself. The Connoli had the nice crunchy shell and was paired with delicious ice cream. My wife and I have driven past The Pasta House many times and never have been in. Monday night we made a point to visit. We waited about 15min and were seated in one of the bar booths, We were never asked if we wanted the bar area. I don't typically like sitting in the bar area, however it wasn't terrible. We ordered 2 entrees for $49. special with a bottle of wine. The meals came and both were wonderful. Only got 1 serving of bead but food was very good so didn't complain. We will be back again. Went there last night for New Year's Eve. The chicken Parm was on point, and the filet mignon was as well the chicken sultan Boca looked not appetizing and tasted worse. Our dining experience at Bocca was amazing. I'll just go down the list of reasons why. Starting with the hostess, Paige; who must have a degree in customer service. She was warm, friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Our waitress Amber, was the perfect waitress. She was attentive, but not smothering and her pleasant demeanor made our experience a lot of fun. The food, was excellent. We applaud the chefs and kitchen staff, even the young lady that delivered the food to our table was warm, friendly and concerned about our needs. And the restaurant is beautiful and very tastefully done. With all that said, my hat goes off to the owners and the management team, because great restaurants don't just happen, it starts at the top. I absolutely love the pasta house! We made reservations thankfully at exactly 4pm when they opened and there was a line out the door. We sat and got our delicious bread with the olive oil and red peppers so good. Our waitress was young and super nice. The veal was cooked to perfection and the breading was not over powering. The fettuccine Alfredo was of course delicious. Even though this place is a little pricey, it's worth every penny. Definitely make a reservation if you're going on the weekend. read more

We came here on a Sunday. We ate outside. It was pretty warm out so we asked for some water. They brought it to us in a bottle with no ice, and yes it was warm. We asked for more water but it didn't come. We asked 2 more servers for water and after about 25 minutes, we finally got it. After placing our order, our waitress disappeared for the remainder of the night and only came back after we asked, for the 2nd time to get our check. I ordered a $30 steak medium rare. It arrived well done. It even had a little toothpick to tell you it was well done. I was hoping it was a mistake but after cutting into it I sent it back. I was told I'd get a new one in 6 minutes. My friend was able to eat her entire meal before I got mine. It was at least 15mins if not more before I got my food. I had asked for extra garlic in my mashed potatoes but I think they just omitted it completely. Nobody even checked on us to ask if our food was good. We were never offered drink refills. Since we were sat outside they automatically added an 18% gratuity. Thanks but no thanks. My steak was $30 and it was just okay. I wouldn't eat here again. Terrible service and just okay food--not worth the price. Edit: Since the owner decided to comment stating that the auto gratuity was added because we were a party of larger than 6.. we were a party of two people. Not six. Yes, mistakes do happen, but we had several other issues including poor service. Poor service is just poor service. No I wouldn't eat here again because of the terrible service. read more

First visit after the metamorphosis. The interior looked fresh. Our server was professional. I ordered a linguica pizza. It was cooked well but.....it was noticibly weak with linguica! It was there but you could barely see it! This affected the flavor poorly. The sauce had little flavor, the cheese was sparse. If you are going to succeed in the southciast, you must have a pizza that's flavorful, especially linguica. If you cheap out on that, what else are you skimping on. Decent food. Probably overrated. We had the mussels and clams appetizer. The sauce was delicious, but the mussels taste like they were frozen. NOT fresh at all. We also had the cioppino. AGain, the mussels were just bad, but the linguine with tomamto sauce on the side was yummy though. The chef's favorite pollo pasta was great. Well we were just here a couple days ago and we'll be leaving to head home soon but my brother and sister-in-law met us for dinner before going back so I recommended PASTA HOUSE. Once again they didn't disappoint. We had a young man wait on us iberioon both occasions named Dillion and he fit just fine. We joked and teased with him and in general had a great time... I left a review on February 22nd about an experience we had at BOCCA. I would like to say a few more things. The next day my daughter reached out to the owner of BOCCA and heard back from him almost immediately. She explained what had happened to us regarding the cancelled reservation and the treatment we received for Carlos the manger on duty that night. It was discovered that the hostess who took my reservation that morning copied my phone number wrong. A confirmation call was made to the wrong person and at that time it was cancelled. The owner said it was totally their fault and apologized profusely for the error. He agreed with me about the way Carlos managed the situation. I also made a phone call to the owner and he did call me back. We spoke about the situation, he totally understood and apologized. He is sending us a gift card and wants us to let him know when we are in the restaurant. That is great customer service and appreciate his effort to rectify it. read more

You guys...the food my clinic ordered for lunch from this place was SO SO GOOD! We ordered the butternut squash ravioli and steak tips. The ravioli is served in a thick sauce and the flavor on the inside is delicious and savory. The steak tips Were cooked perfectly and medium well. It is served in what I think is a wine sauce. The aroma of the food filled up the office. I'm not even a huge pasta person...and I ate 2 plates of lunch. I hear this place is a restaurant too. I can't wait to go to this place. read more

We recently went to Bocca as a party of 6. After we ordered and received drinks, the power went out in the restaurant--no fault to the establishment. We waited a little while to see if the power would come back on but were informed that they didn't have a timeline. At that time, we decided to go somewhere else. They brought us a $60 bill for the drinks, all charged full price despite the inconvenience of the kitchen being completely out of power, the establishment practically shutdown, and us forced to go elsewhere to eat. The manager did come over and apologize for the outage, but offered no comp on the bill. Afterward, we sent them an email politely expressing our disappointment regarding the bill. We didn't ask for a refund or money back, just informed them that we weren't very satisfied. It has been several weeks and we have received nothing from them--no apology or acknowledgement. However, the atmosphere was nice and the drinks were decent. I just wish they were more responsive and flexible with customers. read more

I ordered curbside side pick up, sadly that meant pick up inside not delivered to the car. I ordered the chicken oscar- to my pleasant surprise they gave a small side salad and some little ciabatta rolls with dipping oil. The salad was good the ciabatta and oil was delicious, I'd reorder from here just to get this bread and oil again and again. My meal was also good. Chicken was tender, my complaint is there was hardly any sauce for the pasta and the lobster tasted a little fishy- like tuna (not exactly what I want to taste when eating lobster). Overall I'd definitely try them again and even this dish again, maybe they just had an off day. Food was done quickly and good portion for price. Update: second day the flavors were even better, the small amount of sauce had mixed with the little bit of pasta water at the bottom and turned out really good. read more

We like Togo on Monday nights for the dinner for two. Soup or salad, two entrees (big enough that we always have enough left for lunch the next day) and a bottle of wine for $50... and nice atmosphere! The bread pre meal was so good, fresh and warm! I got the Caesar salad with the blackened salmon and it was so tasty. The salmon was perfect and the salad was pretty good. The pizza looked decent. I was with a party of six women. Four had pizza that they all said was good. one had a seafood dish that she enjoyed. One had a burger. I had chicken picatta which was terrible. The chicken tasted good but the fettuccine and chicken were both swimming in a watery yellow "sauce ", and served in a big bowl. Since it was very soupy the bowl was a good choice. it was impossible to cut the chicken in the bowl so I asked for a plate. I was able to eat most of the chicken but I left all of the fettuccine and about a hundred (not kidding), capers. Because I was dissatisfied with my meal I was offered a free dessert. I had mediocre crème brûlée. I won't be back. I have had chicken picatta many times and I also make it. one of the ladies I was with is pure Italian and she even said it didn't even look like any chicken picatta she ever had. read more

It tends to get overcrowded, parking is tight, and if you go at prime dinner time you could be waiting 30-45 mins., once you're in you're good, though. And, when the food came we had to ask for utensils. The meatballs had no flavor, very plain. Same with the chicken and veal parm, no flavor, very plain. The bolognese was the best plate we had. It's clear the food here is frozen and the sauce is from a can, it's not homemade. Also, on our way out the hostess was very rude, saying we took too long to eat. It was not our fault the food and drinks took forever. Don't go here if you're looking for a tasty meal. read more
