This is the spot for a chopped cheese in Southern California. Bodega Park is a fast casual Korean-American spot that's bringing well-done breakfast to Silverlake. The chopped cheese is killer. It's high quality ground beef, ooey gooey melted cheese, and fresh veggies all on a perfect roll. This is your hangover cure.  The breakfast burrito is awesome. It's extremely flavorful. The chicken is tender, the tortilla is warm and crispy on the outside, and the whole thing is dripping cheese. An underrated option for the breakfast burrito scene in LA. The coffee here is also good. I got the black sesame iced latte, and they put a lot of black sesame foam on, making it a decadent, rich, and nutty way to get your caffeine. I would highly recommend for a morning pick me up. I came here to grab a quick breakfast after walking the Silverlake Reservoir and it was the perfect way to refuel.

Bodega Chopped Cheese 5/5 Korean Hott Fried Chicken 5/5 Waffle Fries 3.5/5 Black Sesame Chocolate Chip Cookie 5/5 Service 4/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Overall 5/5 We came to try the Bodega Chopped Cheese and it was all it was hyped up to be! We got here around 1:00 pm, fortunately just before a large line formed. This place can get really busy! And I understand why - the food is so fantastic here. We ordered the Bodega Chopped Cheese, the Korean Hott Fried Chicken, and some Waffle Fries. While at the cashier we saw in the window display the Black Sesame Chocolate Chip Cookie and we had to try it. We were so hungry - we actually ended up having dessert first! The cookie had the perfect texture, a mix of crunchy and chewy, and the perfect taste - not too sweet and the savory black sesame paired so well with the chocolate chip. The Bodega Chopped Cheese was mouthwatering and the ground Angus beef was succulent and flavorful. The fresh shredded lettuce and tomato brought brightness to the sandwich and balanced the beef and melted American cheese so well. We also ended up trying the chicken wings, which were juicy and delectable! They came with a Yuzu Crema - a top tier sauce. The wings were honestly delicious on their own and didn't need the Yuzu Crema, but that sauce did make the wing even better somehow. It was pretty busy here on a Saturday afternoon so I would like to come back on a random weekday and try more sandwiches. Parking can definitely be a hassle in Silver Lake, but the food at bodega Park is totally worth that hassle!

If you're craving a simple breakfast sandwich - I think this is your spot. I was absolutely craving a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich to get my day started. I checked Yelp for "breakfast sandwich" and after reading a bit on how this was once Black Hogg- I was convinced. There's plenty of metered street parking just in front on Sunset but if you're looking for free parking there's oodles just a few blocks away. As always, read the signs :) I walked in, ordered and waited a few minutes for my bag. While I waited there were at least 8 sandwiches that had gone out to the restaurant patrons seated both inside and outside. All sandwiches which looked large/long and lovingly wrapped. I made a mental note to come back for one! The sandwich was perfectly gooey and balanced. The bun was soft and simple but a touch too powdery for me. I finished the sandwich with flour everywhere- including on my poor black cat who had jumped in my lap lol. I'll be back, soon!

I wanted to like this place so badly, but I was left disappointed by the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted roll. There was an overwhelming amount of mayo and I would have preferred a bagel instead of the roll. Nonetheless, I'm still curious about the Korean fried chicken wings and breakfast burrito. If those items taste better than the bacon egg and cheese, then I'll definitely update the review at that time.

I really wanted to like this spot but have given it numerous opportunities- every single time, my visit was a fail. The drinks leaves a lot to be desired for. The service is lukewarm at best with the people working there obviously not giving a care. There are 3 people working in a not yet busy morning. Also, make sure they do not give your order to someone else - happened to me last time and almost happened again today. Mind you, I have a unique name. The ambiance is average - typical coffee spot. The only redeeming factor is their chopped cheese. That is it. If you are craving coffee - there are so many better options with better customer service in the area. Go to Malaya or Gong Nam and to Ceci's for a hearty meal.

Never had a chopped cheese. It was amazing. Will be back to try their other breakfast items.

Really solid. Line was okay and can't see menu anywhere, they have a QR code but honestly not super helpful as I don't have my phone on me sometimes. Food is decent, not wow but have a high baseline. Good!

This was my second time coming to Bodega Park and have thoroughly enjoyed both my experience and the food items purchased! The Puro Misugaru Black Sesame Latte is to die forrrrr! I will be thinking about it for the rest of the week. Have tried both the Avo Egg & Cheese as well as the Avocado Fontina and liked both. Neither had a super complex palate but were super filling and enjoyable.

Some of my favorite sandwiches to get in LA is right here at Bodega Park! Hands down the bodega chopped cheese is my favorite good quality meats + fresh veggies topped with gooey cheese The Korean Hott Fried Chicken was a pass for me. 4 wings were around $13. It was not spicy at all and it was very tangy imo Waffle Fries crispy and good side for your sandwich! Meatball Sub Tried the limited edition meatball sandwich! Very juicy and flavorful. It was good to try a different sandwich but the bodega chopped cheese is superior heads up! this store is opened from 8 AM - 3 PM and closed on Mondays

This place was good! The turkey sandwich hit the sandwich cravings well I just wish the bread was less hard it was kinda hard to bite and eat but the inside was tasty. The black sesame coffee was good as well I just wish I got more black sesame flavor. Seating can be difficult if it's busy. Would come back!

Tried two of their most popular sandwiches, the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese ($11), and the Bodega Chopped Cheese ($17). The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese was a bit of a disappointment. It's on the small side, and bland. If I were closer to home I would have added some chipotle mayo or something to give it some kick. The Bodega Chopped Cheese on the other hand was plenty big, and had a nice jalapeño kick. It's basically a cheeseburger, chopped up and served in a nice sandwich roll instead of a bun, but the jalapeño adds greatly to the flavor. Wasn't in the mood for a coffee, but saw several that looked good. I'll have to come back for that, and to try their breakfast burrito, which sounds great. Atmosphere was relaxed, service was good.

Came to this spot on a whim after struggling to find parking around the area. We came in around 1pm on a Saturday and there was a long line when we came in initially, but the crowd died down shortly after. Seating available inside and outside - I love that they have a great selection for coffee and sandwiches. We ordered the Chopped Bodega Cheese and the Aji Chicken Breakfast Burrito. I'm not a big sandwich person but I did really enjoy how everything melts into your mouth. Also ordered the French fries, Cinnamon roll and Misugaru Black Sesame coffee to try. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area!

Finding parking nearby can be a bit tricky, so plan ahead if you're driving. I ordered to-go: * 2 breakfast burritos * 1 bodega chopped cheese * 2 orders of French fries * 1 cinnamon roll * 1 almond croissant The total was $82.64, plus a $20 tip, so $102.64 for five main food items and pastries. The breakfast burritos and bodega chopped cheese were absolutely delicious -- flavorful, well-seasoned, and satisfying. Easily the highlight of the order. The French fries were solid, nothing to complain about. The pastries (almond croissant and cinnamon roll), however, didn't quite match the quality of the savory items -- they looked great but the flavor and texture were a bit underwhelming for the price. Overall, the savory dishes are worth coming back for, especially if you're in the area, but I might skip the pastries next time.

They sell a variety of sandwich which you can customize to your liking. Because the sandwichs are huge, my sister and I shared one. We tried the L'Italiana and added truffle honey for $3. Total was $24 for our shared sandwich that was super filling for two people that we actually didn't even finish our own portion. So highly recommend sharing your sandwich! The sandwich was better than expected, the truffle honey really elevated the flavor of the specific sandwich we got but I would ask for less honey. Too much sweetness did overpower the sandwich. We also got the chip & drink combo for $5 and it's Italian chips & water. They also have a small bar seating area! Parking was a bit harder to find but we found street metered parking. Would highly recommend & can't wait to be back.

The bread was perfect, the meat was stacked just right, and everything inside actually held up instead of turning soggy. You can see it in the sandwich, it still looks and eats like something you'd get handed across the counter. But the pistachio cream is what took it over the top. I honestly don't think I've ever had anything like it on a sandwich before. It sounds like it could be too much, but it was perfect. Creamy, savory, a little rich, and completely addictive. This place is the real deal. If it's this good after a one-hour delivery ride, I can only imagine how insane it is fresh in the shop. Five stars easy.

The salad was way too overpriced for the portion size and there wasn't anything special about it. Maybe other than the snap peas were slightly charred? The beef tartare was okay. I think if the toast was not as thick, the flavor would be more balanced. The char on the toast was the main flavor. The ricotta dumplings were the best thing we ate that night, mostly because of the broth. It was equally light and full bodied, I could've had an entire bowl of the broth to myself! The ricotta dumplings were good but definitely needed the broth to complete it. Otherwise, it was just okay on its own. The dish comes with two dumplings. The half chicken was good. The charr on the chicken was perfect. The chicken breast was on the dry side though. The salad was more on the bitter side and it lingered. I liked that the bread was mixed in the salad and soaked up the chicken juice. I think there is room for improvement in terms of the food quality. The pricing definitely doesn't make sense. Half a chicken was only $5 more than the ricotta dumplings?? Idk. $21 for 5 endive leaves, snap peas, maybe a quarter of an avocado... the most overpriced item on the menu for sure.
