Everything from check in then leading up to the room was a smooth process. The facility was clean, cozy, and serene with its peaceful music playing in the background. Body Centre has been a hidden gem in Fullerton. I've been coming here for 3 yrs now and I love it every single time. No matter the masseuse, they are all amazing and have their special points. Half a year later, I was like...I need a massage ..and wanted to give this place another try. I booked it with a random therapist and got Judy. Booked her an hour before coming and so glad I did. My husband booked a massage & facial for me for Mother's Day. I absolutely loved the prenatal massage I received here a few years ago. I was so excited to come back & get much needed pampering. I had a good experience but was very thrown off by a few things. Both of the ladies that helped me were so friendly. They were so sweet & very welcoming. I did not know that this facility has independent contractors, so I was billed for each service separately. The first service I received I paid for before my second service started. I did not realize until after I left that I was overcharged. The second service was great, but I felt as though it may have not been the full session. I wasn't really asked about my areas of concern so I felt as if it wasn't really catered to me as much as I wish it was. I wish there was an easier way to be billed, the transition between the two services was confusing. I was told I'd be going to a second room but ended up in the same space. Overall, after my experience today was not as satisfying as I imagined it being. read more

Hire masseuse who are capable of doing their job. Worst experience ever, my masseuse came in 15 mins late and despite of booking a 1 hr massage I got 45 mins massage and had to pay for 1 hour, during the massage I felt like she was just applying oil on my body. Before starting she asked me what were my trouble areas and those were the only places she used pressure on like my shoulders. Rest of the area was just applying oil. She kept having conversation during the massage. It's relaxation time. We don't need conversation. At the end she wouldn't let me use my card to pay, she would only let me pay via Zelle or Venmo. Everyone else was paying via card. Myself and my husband have been coming to this location for awhile now, but that will change going forward read more

My back and shoulders were killing me from carrying my newborn twins and nursing them. I got a chance to escape and treat myself to a back and shoulders massage by Karen after my doctor gave me the okay recovering from a c-section. The massage was phenomenal and Karen really worked her magic. She played soothing spa music and the table was warmed. She wasn't able to get all my knots because my back was really messed up but she did an awesome job and used a lot of good technique. It wasn't just rubbing lotion all over you like some places do. Karen is amazing. I've worked with her for a few months now, and I appreciate her thoroughness and patience every time. I run and practice yoga.regularly, and Karen always helps focus on the areas the need help in the growth process. She has so many modalities to draw from, sometimes even suggesting things I wouldn't normally think to ask. There are some assisted stretches that can really help relax deep muscle areas. I highly recommend you ask her to work on your arms and hands, btw, she has a technique that I've never really seen anyone else do that is awesome. CBD oil is always a nice upgrade, too. She really knows how to work out my knots especially in my shoulder blade area (my problem area), with just the right pressure. The rooms are clean and ambiance is relaxing and comfortable. The beds have warmers which can be turned off or set to your liking ( I think). I prefer to choose customized massage on the website and let my masseuse know areas that need work. I like that I get email notifications when there's openings but feel it's best to make an appointment in advance to ensure you get the masseuse of your choice. I came here with my boyfriend for a Thai massage. It was nice but i gave it a 4 stars because the experience at the end towards the billing was a little weird. I used a gift card so I expected to pay the remaining balance with a credit card. I was surprised when the massage therapists came out saying they need me to pay. They didn't exactly communicate well because suddenly they said they were independent contractors which made it confusing. I wasn't sure if I was paying them or the business. The receptionist came in and out and didn't really explain what was happening either. read more
