The massage was great! Do not like that I have to pay $25 extra to book a couple massage. I called and asked if we would be in same room. We were told it was $85 instead of $60 an hour. So I booked us separately. We like to get massages as part of our date nights, and this defeats the purpose. As much as we like going here, we will need to find somewhere else where they do not charge more to put us in the same room. I asked for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. In the office I asked to focus on my neck and shoulders because I was very tight and had a headache. I had Jorden and she did the pressure of a relaxation massage. I asked her to go deeper which she did for a few minutes but then returned back to barely any pressure. I walked out with the same shoulder knots and headache that I walked in with. So disappointed because she charged me for a deep tissue which I questioned, and she told me it was cheaper. I recently got a massage from Olga, and oh my gosh! I think it may have been the best massage I have ever had. She really listened to what was going on with my back and helped me out. She also gave me some tips on things I could do at home to help out with my back. I often get e-mails with deals on massages and facials. The pricing is very reasonable. Went in for a Relaxation 85-min massage and it was PERFECT. I came in a couple of minutes late because I missed the sign and was lost for a hot second, but I was taken in as soon as I walked in. Ana was my masseuse and she was amaaazing! The bed is warm, the blanket is comfortable, the music is soothing, I can go on and on. This review is for Missy. I started coming here in September after coming home from overseas. I wanted a quick facial because I had so much to do. I booked the mini glow facial with Missy. When I first walked in I was greeted and offered water. After I filled out some paperwork I was taken back to the room. It was my first facial ever so Missy kindly instructed me what to do to get ready. Once she came back in she inspected my face and got to work. It was the most relaxing 30 minutes of my life!!! So much that I decided to book one again, and again. I always recommend her to my friends and say she has the hands of an angel! She's very quiet but can give a massage that I found comfortable while still feeling like it was getting to those tension spots that need extra attention. I've been to this facility several times, I liked my reflexology appointment with Dee Dee too, she was a pleasure to interact with. They take the covid restrictions seriously and have a pretty detailed reservation and check in procedure. I'd recommend using the online reservations verse trying to call. You get a lot of flexibility with the online system. My husband gave me gift certificates for Christmas and the services are reasonably priced so I'll be back! I had just given birth about few weeks back and really wanted some massage. Mariam was the one who gave me the massage and she was great! She was welcoming, made sure everything was comfortable for me and relieved my built up tension (from working at a desk job on a computer and holding baby) in my shoulders, neck and the back very well.
