Went in for a Relaxation 85-min massage and it was PERFECT. I came in a couple of minutes late because I missed the sign and was lost for a hot second, but I was taken in as soon as I walked in. Ana was my masseuse and she was amaaazing! The bed is warm, the blanket is comfortable, the music is soothing, I can go on and on. She's very quiet but can give a massage that I found comfortable while still feeling like it was getting to those tension spots that need extra attention. I've been to this facility several times, I liked my reflexology appointment with Dee Dee too, she was a pleasure to interact with. They take the covid restrictions seriously and have a pretty detailed reservation and check in procedure. I'd recommend using the online reservations verse trying to call. There are no words for the literal magic that Mariam can do to your mind and body. I made an appointment for a one hour relaxation with back therapy massage with the hot stones added. Mariam asked where my problem areas were and I told her my neck, back, and shoulders. The ambiance is soothing. Mariam worked on my legs first, then my back, then arms. I don't know how she did it, but all it took was one small touch for her to tell that my entire left shoulder blade area was tense and in pain, which I didn't even know until she touched it! She pressed down on the area and made a triangle along the edge of my shoulder blade and just that alone was worth coming here for. Then she put my arm behind my back and touched the exact area on my shoulder that was connected to the muscle and also in pain, another area that I didn't even know needed intense work. Towards the end of the massage I felt a peace over my entire body and in my mind that I've never felt before in my life. I remember thinking, "How can life really exist outside of here?" during my massage because that's how de-stressed and at peace that she made me feel. I've been struggling really bad with depression for the past 10 years but the massage released some chemicals into my brain that completely changed it. I'm so obsessed with the experience that I had and I keep recommending my friends and family to go in and see her. This will definitely become a regular, monthly treat for me.
