I love that it offers a true boutique shopping experience without the boutique price tag, and I can usually count on finding something I love. Unfortunately, my experience today (3/18) fell short of what I've come to expect over the years. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which is something I've always appreciated in the past--it really sets a welcoming tone. Jocelyn eventually helped me into a dressing room, but along the way there were several missed opportunities for basic customer service. I was browsing with my arms full, and at no point was I offered help holding items or starting a fitting room, which would have made shopping easier. When I was ready to try things on, I was asked to sort and count my items due to the 6-garment limit. I completely understand and respect that policy as a way to manage inventory in a small business. However, during that process, a few items fell behind the counter and weren't addressed at the time. Once in the dressing room, there was no check-in to see how things were fitting or if I needed different sizes or colors--something I've consistently experienced and appreciated during past visits. I did ask to swap out items, and Jocelyn was helpful and pleasant in doing so. At checkout, the items that had fallen behind the counter were brought up again, and I was asked if I wanted to try them on. Since I was already dressed, I declined, but it would have been helpful if those had been handled earlier. There was only one other customer in the store, who had already checked out by the time I was in the fitting room, so it didn't seem particularly busy. I've always associated Bombshell Boutique with attentive, thoughtful service--being greeted, having items held, and receiving support in the dressing room. That level of care makes a big difference and is part of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. This visit just felt a bit lackluster in comparison. I'll definitely be back, but I hope this was just an off day.

It's very cute and very clean, and doesn't seem like a thrift shop at all. The young woman working there was friendly and helpful. I saw lots of little things I wanted to buy, like the tiniest Labubu I've ever seen, but didn't end up purchasing anything. Most of the clothes and accessories for females seemed targeted toward young people, but I'm glad I stopped in and checked out all of their cute loot. Be sure to bring change for the metered parking or plan to use your credit card.

They don't have too many male clothing and no children clothes, but they have plenty of women's stylish clothes here. Mainly regular S/M/L sizes. Young women will love it. Everything was good and cute. Not cheap for newer items, but used secondhand items are ok. They also have a $5 rack and clothes all look pretty nice on it. Kids little stickers, earrings, collectibles, etc. are all cute. I love the women skirts, dresses, tops, shorts, purses, and all. This boutique has potential. The store has a lot of Thousand Skies merch (of course), but also a lot of other artists' work. Very similar to what you'll see at some SJmade fairs, you'll see a lot of prints, charms, caps, plushies, washi tape, and more. I could probably spend just as long in the store as I would at SJmade. When I was shopping there (5/17/26), Thousand Skies had a free reusable bag for any purchase of $50 or more on their merch. I wasn't familiar with cap sizes so the salesperson said if it didn't fit my Dad, I could bring back the cap for exchange in 2 weeks. I told her we are not celebrating his birthday until around 2 weeks and she said I could still bring it back with a little wiggle room. The cap she helped me select was unique. It was made out of wool and had little flecks of color, making it a little bit different. She also boxed it up for me so that I could wrap it later. My Dad opened the gift yesterday night and it fit!
