    Some of the Seafood offerings
    Jennifer T.

Service was great. Our server was friendly and attentive. The place was clean and well kept. Veggies selection had a great variety. Even had some I have never seen before at a hot pot stuff like lotus root, taro, kobocha pumpkin, and Chrysanthemum leaves (to me, they taste like how a Christmas tree smells.. don't discover this the hard way like I did. Unless you want to taste it..). The veggies and some statches like noodles and udon came on the converyor belt. Meats were in the buffet area. They have a pretty wide selection. Seafood had a good variety. Clams, giant clams, blue crab, shrimp, fish fillets, squid, to name a few, Meats - steak, kal bi (really good), bugolgi (really good) What they were lacking was their broth. The bone broth was very bland. Usually, shabu shabu broths will add some flavor to what you're cooking in it. It didn't taste like much of anything. My son liked the tom yum broth he got. My brother did not like the house broth he got. Their sauce bar made up for this. My fave sauce was the house sauce. Had a slight spice to it. I would consider coming back.

My plate of delicious meats (notice the huge ribeye on top!)

My FAVORITE meal I had in Orlando - highly recommend. While it is a couple dollars more than other KBBQ/hot pot around, I think it's worth it. All of the meats, including KBBQ are self serve which I liked. As a solo diner, I like being able to not take huge portions. Every single item I tried was absolutely delicious. They offered such a huge selection - blue crab, scallops, cuttlefish, frog legs, short rib, ribeye and tons of marinated meats, just to name a few. They definitely have more unique items here than I've seen at other places. It was cool trying a frog leg (surprisingly good) and I was impressed with the ENTIRE ribeyes to try. They also had a huge vegetable selection - if you want the conveyer belt of sides coming around, I would recommend not going right when they opened like I did. They sides started coming around as I was leaving around 2. Definitely appreciated the sauce bar as well - so fun to make different sauces for the meats. Everything I tried was SO fresh as well. Great service and they had ice cream and fruit at the end to top It off.

Located in more of the touristy side of Orlando this hot pot place is a little bit out-of-the-way, but if I'm ever in the area I would definitely recommend coming. There is a huge variety of available food at the Buffet line and everything was fresh and clean. Like all hot pot places around, it was all you can eat, which is exactly what I like . This is definitely one of the nicer hot pot places in town. Services great as the restaurant staff members are very attentive and take care of you

KUDOS and Thank you to Mia for making this a memorable Hot Pot and Korean BBQ experience! The Hot Hot was awesome! You got to choose your own broth to begin with. Next you got to choose your raw ingedients to cook like Frog Legs, Squid, Octopus, and all the raw meat you can eat! Plus there is a conveyor belt that carries your raw vegetables and frozen goodies like Dumplings. As your Hot Pot is cooking you can partake and grill all you eat Korean BBQ items like beef and chicken bulgogi, spareribs, and the best Sirloin you can grill. For dessert you get to choose your choice of ice cream...For the price and food experience is worth visiting and supporting this local experience!

We love Boil Spot in Tampa so we decided to try Boil Spot in Orlando and it did not disappoint! The broth was good and flavorful and the service was perfect! Place was very clean and we were the only diners there on a Tuesday lunch at opening but we had the servers undivided attention and he was so attentive. Meats were delish and sauces were also good. Setup is the same as Tampa except the fruits aren't out and in the back. Since we were the only diners, the conveyor belt wasn't on and I prefer it that way cause we can get what we want right away and a good portion of it as well. Great experience as always and Boil Spot always hits the spot!

Awesome service- family friendly restaurant. Wonderful selections! Hot pot & BBQ .. absolutely delicious... Cleanliness 5 stars solid. Broth is good - seafood/ veggies and meat marinate good. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

We had a family party of 15 from Jax/Tally/Altamonte Florida and LA California and we had a blast! Food, service and staff were awesome! Food was fresh and the place is very clean! Mia our server was super friendly and helpful! The owner even took our souvenir picture with their aquarium mural. Thanks for a wonderful experience! ~G Bros & Fam

I wanted to go to hotpot after a fun eventful trip to the outlet and this hotpot location is right across from the Orlando Vineland outlet location! This was super convenient and I love hotpot, so I convinced my family to go. It was around 2:30PM with no wait. My family decided on just hotpot but the kbbq options looked really impressive from the buffet! There was a large seafood section for hotpot and I recall meat options included fatty beef, lamb, regular beef, and pork. They had frog legs here too! In case you're wondering, the texture is definitely similar to chicken. They also have a sauce section with so many options and included suggestions on what sauces tasted great together on the signs. Nice touch for people who don't eat hotpot often! The location is super clean and we were attended to regularly by not only our waitress but others who happened to walk by and noticed we needed something. The vegetables were also on a conveyer belt with the top wrapped in seran wrap so it seemed very sanitary! After multiple rounds of food, they also brought out fresh fruit for us! While I really loved 818 Hotpot, they had the fruit out as part of the buffet, but I feel this location offered fresh fruit that gets cut and brought out to us as soon as they noticed us slowing down our eating, so it was definitely a nice touch! For background, my family and many Chinese people I know love finishing a meal with fresh fruit at the end. All around I loved my experience here! They get an A+ from me for great service, cleanliness, and a super fulfilling meal!

The food was really good but they didn't have chicken for hotpot. The Korean bbq was really good, loved the beef bulgogi! The Thai tea was delicious. I thought the idea of the convey belt was really cool but we sat on the other side of it, so we had to ask the waitress to get us noodles because by the time the convey belt came around to us, it was empty because it was already taken. The restaurant set up is nice and would definitely come back here!

Food is good. It was a little confusing at first since there were two different ways to get your ingredients. I even missed the sauce customization until I was going for dessert. I like the twist. It's different. It's fresh. Service is good.

THE BEST HOT POT IN TOWN!! Our server Tom did a great job! My wife and I went out on a late night date and got here two hours before closing and received some of the best service ever from our server Tom. The Ambiance was amazing they had these faux fire lights that the wife and I absolutely loved. The food was delicious and unlike other hotpot places you don't have to wait for them to bring you your food. You just get up and grab it! Would recommend 5/5 everything!!!

(Also there had been a point where one of my favorite K-Pop groups had done catering from this restaurant while here on tour, so I was curious to see if this place was as good as it seemed.) Recently, a few friends of mine were interested in trying it for a late lunch/early dinner one Saturday, so we met up and grabbed a table here. It is a small establishment, but the team does a good job keeping the tables moving and fulfilling the orders and requests, so parties aren't waiting forever. There is a small lot to the left of the restaurant and you can always do street parking. Avoid the lot between the restaurant and the martial arts school - chances are, you could be towed if you park there. The restaurant offers set menus for a price or you may order a la carte if you prefer. My group of 5 did a la carte and chose a couple of meats to grill up and a kimchi pancake to enjoy as a shared appetizer. The banchan are included in your meal, but we did clarify/ask for specific items, as we had a lot of things being placed on our table at once and didn't want to run out of room. The plates of a la carte meats are not tiny - you get a lot for what you pay for. Staff were attentive and polite - checking to make sure we had enough water, banchan, or a grill top change. Food was delicious and flavors were balanced. One of the girls who was with us had never had Korean food before and enjoyed her experience trying everything. At the end of the meal, with the a la carte meats, kimchi pancake, and some alcoholic drinks, we ended up at a little under $50 per person once we split the tab. Not bad for a more premium K-BBQ experience for a group of 5. Definitely would come back with my parents in the future.

The meat had an odd texture, very pale color, and not a good taste. You can tell it was marinated so im not sure if it was the meat itself or the marinade, but it didn't taste good that the "for 2" option of beef had more than 50% of it left over between four hungry people! I was hoping for better, especially for a 3 time michelin recommended restaurant, but would love to see a better selection of meat! I don't think I'd make my way back though due to their small menu with not many varieties of non soup or stew dishes.

BBB Tofu House left me absolutely speechless and wanting to order much more than we did, and we actually ordered a ton of food for only two people. The outside ambiance of this place is very unsuspecting. It's in a poorly lit strip mall in the Pine Hills area of town. Various furniture stores and other Asian restaurants and questionable wellness spas dot the mall, but inside, this place was beautiful. It was like a ruby encrusted coy pond, gently playing K-pop in the background. Very cozy. The service was incredible. These folks were so nice and patient with me as I asked them questions about many menu items, wanting to make sure I ordered the right things. The food came out at a very reasonable pace, too. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. And the food, it was wow. Absolutely exquisite. Started off with the Bulgogi Mandu (Beef; 5 Pieces). These are a fried Korean dumplings, and the thing about mandu is that they are probably the dumpling with the most filling packed into it. A massive amount of delicious beef filling, a crispy wrapper with a fun little crimping for texture, and a nice, subtle sesame-type sauce. Very good. I also had the Tteok-bokki, my favorite Korean appetizer. It is a chewy, cylinder-shaped rice cakes (tteok) simmered in a spicy, sweet, and savory sauce. And it was delicious. It was also the largest serving I've ever encountered, so it got kind of one-note. I recommend paying the upcharge for the Add Cheese. Then onto the Seafood Pancake. Look at this dang thing in my picture. One of the best things man has ever created. An intricately crispy outer layer of some sort of dough, containing within a cheesy blend of seafoods, all sliced up like a pizza and coming with that same sesame sauce for dipping. This was Super Bowl food, my goodness. I got the Galbi (BBQ Short Ribs), which is another Korean staple. Very mainstream, but for good reason. These short ribs are sliced crosswise, slicing up those muscle fibers, and leaving behind thin layers of delicious, tender beef. Being sliced so thinly also lends itself well to soaking up the marinade very good. So delicious. I finished off with the, here we go, the main event, Dolpan Kimchi Bokkeum Bap (Kimchi Fried Rice) (Kimchi, Beef, Peas, Corn, Carrots and Onion topped with Cheese). They'll ask you if you want the egg. Say yes. This magnificent creature comes to you as a mound of rice in a screaming hot stone bowl, with the cheese kept away from it. Tableside, the man cracks an egg on the whole thing, and then mixes the heck out of all of it, allowing the egg to cook and the cheese to melt. He then spreads it all out against the stone bowl, maximizing touched surface area, creating a crispy cheesy rice crust along the bottom of the bowl, making every bite amazing. You read all that right. And it was one of the best meals of my life not at a Michelin restaurant. I'm actually going to petition this place as a Bib Gourmand. It was that high quality. I'm in love.

Shortly afterward, the manager, Kareem, came to our table and simply stared at me without saying a word. I politely asked whether Sylvia had passed along our request, and he responded rudely by saying, "No, this is the policy, and if you don't like it, you can leave. That's life." To be clear, we understand that businesses have policies, and we respect that. What bothered us was not the decision itself but the hostility and lack of professionalism. I was polite throughout the interaction, and had the response been delivered respectfully, we would have gladly stayed. Instead, we decided to leave without eating. I also want to emphasize that Sylvia was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager left a very negative impression.
