Would not recommend this business. Everything they touched in my house has been installed…read moreincorrectly and I've had to pay professionals to redo it. This company did a new install for a central ac system. It worked for one year before it started sporadically powering down and giving error codes. We called them back to try to fix it and Lance and team could not figure out the issue. He billed me for the repair.. on an issue he did not resolve. The unit continued not working as intended until a different company was called to look at the system from top to bottom. It was discovered that KS mechanical installed the unit using all of the wrong electrical components so the unit was not receiving enough power. Because of this multiple components of the unit began to fail and needed replacing. Once this was done the unit has worked great. This company also installed a Roth oil tank that began to give problems a few years after installation. At this point, I was uncomfortable calling KS mechanical to work on anything in my home. We called a different company and turns out the oil tank was installed incorrectly also. Please beware using this company!
