Hands down my go-to eats anytime I'm in the Atlanta Airport. Located in Terminal T, Bojangles is worth the train ride regardless of where I'm flying from or flying to. My top choices here are the Cajun biscuit (breakfast is served all day!) & the three wing dinner. The chicken is seasoned nicely & fried to perfection. The biscuits are flavorful & fluffy, just like grandma makes. The seasoned fries are ok but the mashed potatoes & gravy (white gravy, they don't have brown) & Mac & cheese are scrumptious. The taste is awesome omg if I'm ever in the area again in definitely eating here! I'm eating this solely on taste, freshness and quality of the food. -the service was alright... But I got the 4 chicken strips ... they are crispy and flavorful. They are a total competitor to popeyes... I also got a biscuit and it was delicious! I loved it, similar taste to popeyes again. Being from WA state and not having any Bojoangles this side of the Mississippi I would give this particular location a 5 star PURELY based on the fact we don't have one, and bc this was sadly our one and only time on this trip we got to enjoy BO-Time. If we had been to other locations also I do not know if this location deserves 5 stars due to the fact it was a bit dirty... but hey I guess we were in the dirty south :) My hubs got 4 piece chk strip basket with dirty rice and biscuit, sweet tea, and 2 BoBerry biscuits. My hubs does not like chk on the bone... which I would have gotten bc I know the fried chk here is amazing. He waxed of course. The sweet tea doesn't disappoint... it is basically crack in a cup. YUM YUM YUM! BUT the main reason we come to Bojangles is for the BoBerries. These are simply heaven in your mouth. I am not kidding you. If you have never gotten one, PLEASE DO IT! I am a health nut, but there is absolutely no way I will ever go to the south and NOT indulge. The best part about the BoBerry is that they seems so popular (even at concourse T) that they were just busting them out left and right... which meant they were hot and fresh! Yes they are sweet, yes they have gluten, yes they are loaded with junk, yes there are probably at least a trillion calories in one bite... and yes they will change your life. The owner manager should review his video tape between 7:00-8:30 on Thursday 08/17/2024. The service was absolutely horrible. The cashier was on her phone the whole time texting and not providing any help to the customers. Your semi private screen/prep area allows your employees to not engage with the customers and not do there job. Your shift manager (red shirt) is also on his phone the whole time messing up orders and having attitude when people bring back the orders that he prepared. Suggestions, have the cashier put her phone and attitude away and actually service the customers. Have your shift manager actual lead and ensure that your customers are being serviced in a timely manner. read more

They didn't have their sweet tea available. The drinks were in a communal area, and when I told the torp behind the counter that there was no sweet tea. His first excuse was "well, we didn't make it.". If Bojangles didn't make it, then it's not Bojangles sweet tea. That's called "false advertising". Further, they would not sell me an order of chicken strips, because that's on the lunch menu and the lunch menu doesn't start until 10:00 a.m. (My visit was at 9:30 a.m.; I'd been up since 5:00 a.m.). I was flying out of Concourse T at the Atlanta Airport prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and stopped here for a quick dinner before catching my flight. I was kind of in the mood for Chick-fil-A, so I ordered their Grilled Chicken Sandwich hoping that it would be comparable. I got the combo with some dirty rice as my side. For my drink, I went with the usual unsweetened tea. The drink station was a bit of a mess. Well, the sandwich wasn't as good as a Chick-fil-A sandwich, but it made for a decent meal. It took me a while to find a spot to eat my food. I found an empty table at Uncle Maddio's Pizza where they had a large dining area. That turned out to be really convenient as it was located right across from my gate. Maybe next time I'll just go with their famous chicken and biscuits. read more

I stopped by Bojangles in terminal T on my way out of town. I give this place 5 stars for being exactly what an airport fast food place should be. First, and most importantly, the prices were reasonable! I get so tired of paying $10 for a bag of chips in the airport. Here most meals and deals ranged from $5-10 which is what you would expect outside of an airport. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and it came to $6! It was also made to order so very fresh. The staff were also lovely checking in on me while the meal was prepared and asking if I needed anything. Best part was that the salad was yummy and filling. read more

Eat here at your own risk. I was in Atlanta airport on a layover and made the poor decision to get chicken after 8pm at Bojangles... I had one of the worst cases of food poisoning that so ever had.::throwing up nearly 15 times when I arrived home a few hours later.. I do not know whether they were serving chicken left out all day, or employees failed to wash their hands, but something was terribly wrong. I pretty much come here every time I arrive at Atlanta airport. It's right by gate T7. I usually take American Airlines so flights arrive at the T gates and depart at the D gates. I ordered the two piece (leg and thigh) meal which comes with one side and a biscuit. I ordered the dirty rice side. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy but a bit bland. The biscuit was the best thing in the meal. It was buttery, fluffy, and a little sweet. The dirty rice was well seasoned but a bit mushy. Service was fast and friendly. It was decent for airport food if you don't feel like walking further for better food. I would come back again when I arrive to the airport. read more

Growing up in NC one can find a Bojangles readily available, but since moving to DC there is only one Bojangles literally in downtown DC in union station, we're the homeless frequents often and are not shy to come up on you for money or beware of their anger when you say no. So let's just say I don't go to Bojangles anymore lol. Anyway, so traveling to ATL hella early morning for work and while riding the airport shuttle I see a Bojangles in terminal T. This location at the Atlanta Airport (world's busiest airport) is happy to sell you all the chicken biscuits you want but when i asked for a cup of water my server, Devin, reported that "we don't give out water, you can buy a bottle of water if you want". Is this really the best way to do business. I eat in restaurants all over the world and this was the first time i was told that I needed to buy tap water. I noted that the soft drink fountain has a button for "water". Insane. Come on Bojangles you can do better than that. So Erica I just visited you location at the the Atlanta Hartsfield airport and AGAIN was told the "we don't give out water cups" I said I would be happy to pay for a cup and was told that an empty cup costs $2.32. Ridiculous. This is the same price as one would pay for a soft drink. I must say that when I visit Chic fil a I don't have any problems asking for or receiving a cup of water. I encountered a lot of really poor attitude from your staff. You really need to revise you policy on water and retrain the staff at your restaurant at the airport. read more

I love Bojangles! The first time we ever had it was last year when we went to visit my sister's family in a cabin in North Carolina's black mountains. We had it on our way down and it was love at first bite. We had it every day in various NC locations and then 3 more times this year; in Reading, PA and in NC again twice on our way down to and back up from Hilton Head Island. Every time we went we simply loved the food, so fresh and delicious. Having said that, if this 6/17 afternoon (about 1pm) visit to the Bojangles in ATL was our first exposure to Bojangles, I wouldn't have thought as much of it. The chicken was good but it was missing that subcutaneous red spice that gives the hotness. The fries were soggy and stale. The biscuit was okay. The dirty rice, my Bojangles favorite. Was good but not great. I guess it should be expected that the quality of the food in the airport would pale in comparison to the standalone restaurants. One last note, I've read about how people said the people working there were rude and clearly hating on their jobs to the point where it was palpable, but for me the opposite was true; I found the people to be very nice and working hard and if they didn't enjoy the job they hid it well. Overall the experience wasn't horrible, it just wasn't on par with my previous 6 Bojangles visits. 6/23/2021 update - I went back on the return trip (evening of 6/21, about 6:15pm) and tried again. The biscuit and dirty rice were a little better, but not enough to increase the star rating. That said, I still have no idea why people say the employees are not good. I really liked them, both the cashier and the lady who packed up my new were really personable and funny. I'd go back again when traveling though ATL for that reason, and because average Bojangles beats above average Popeye's/KFC any day. read more

Located right in the airport in Atlanta. This isn't a bad place to grab a meal (not the best, but definitely not the worst). It's filling and affordable. What else do you want at that price point? My favorite part about this place are the sides and the biscuits. Man, those biscuits are delicious with a beautiful crispy outside and fluffy middle. They also add some spices on the biscuits to give it an extra kick. The chicken itself is crispy and the inside is decent. Today they were out of honey mustard and all other sauces except BBQ and Ranch, they didn't have ham they didn't have tea.
