A quick stop at the Bojangles before a trip to ATLANTA Airport for a drop off. Chicken and Biscuit since 1977 is the sign on the wall. The choices are plenty but we don't really want biscuit sandwiches. I've never had Bojangles chicken so my immediate choice is to go with the special 2 piece (thigh & drum stick) with a round biscuit and what must have been an upgrade for the Mac & Cheese side. Ok we will take three of that same order, and in addition we like to try an order of the steak biscuit. No sodas, but we were charged for WATER....perhaps it is the cost of the paper cup and straw. Coldly says..'sold out' all desserts she says... no apple dessert... Shanell rang us up and ok, maybe she'd had a long day. Three nice boxes came and the chicken was actually crunchy outside and moist on the inside. I did not coat or dip my chicken into the various sauces. I'm told the sauces are really good. I wanted to taste the seasoning of the chicken so as being able to compare with other chicken houses (such as one across the street). I'd say it does compete nicely. The cheesy Mac was a decent add, but my choice for winner is that the Biscuit fared the best. I liked the size and a good bite of the freshly made Biscuit. Bojangles with low background music and clean RR / Dining area was otherwise an interesting first time experience. read more

Incredibly kind evening shift. They were patient with me during a card issue. We came through the drive through and I brought my puppy, and everyone was so kind to her. My chicken biscuit and sweet tea were consistent with bojangles and delicious. read more

I understand when it's not busy and things are caught up people tend to lounge around until close if possible. But it's 2 hours til close and everyone seems to be outside and very disgruntled by the fact anyone just showed up to the establishment. I don't know it seems like every time I come here everyone is inconvenienced by having to do their jobs. read more

We paid for 10 biscuit combos to go through the drive through for $91.49. At the Cumming, Ga location. All with Orange juice and Bo rounds. We were short two biscuits when we got home. We tried calling the location to inform them no one answered the telephone. It just rang. Guess that's a good way to make a profit. read more

So disappointed! We have been to this Bojangles several times with good service. We went today about 5 o'clock it was not busy when we pulled up to the drive thru the man who took our order was very very rude it was like he was mad that he was there when I told him I was ready to order. He yelled what did I want. Then yelled is that all. I was kinda in shock at his tone!! Me and my husband looked at each other saying what just happened When we got to the window we waited about 7 minutes got cold chicken and old fries. He handed me the box there was chicken crumbles on the bottom of the box I ask him if he could wipe it off he actually brushed the food off with some napkins them handed me the used napkins and shut the window. we then saw we did not have a fork. I tapped on the window and ask for a fork he just about threw it at me and again shut the window. I know that's not an easy job but if you are that unhappy get a job not working with the public. Boberry biscuit was pretty good. I ordered it because it was a 2 for $5 deal. It was like taking a bite of sausage and blueberry waffles at the same time. I was tempted to separate the sausage from the waffle biscuit and scramble an egg. That's probably ridiculous. It would defeat the overall convenience of the sandwich. The lady that waited on me was pretty grumpy. I am very chipper in the morning and I have been told some people find that annoying. The woman who waited on me had two-tone red hair and a lot of tattoos. Imagine if pe pe le pew had a sister that rode a motorcycle and liked to hang around more feminine skunks. We placed a pickup order for a 12 piece family meal and three additional family sized sides. (The 12 piece should have 12 bone in pieces of yardbird, six biscuits, three large sides and a half gallon of tea.) What we got was: three stale biscuits, nine cold, dried up TINY leftover boneless chicken strips and three cups of tea without ice. AND they were out of drink carriers. The only thing they got right were the tasteless sides. And there was no adjustment in the price. Hubby picked the order up and brought it home after work. I've just had shoulder surgery, so I'm useless. We live an hour and a half away from this dump, so running back to have them correct it wasn't a viable option. We ate the sides. One of the cups of tea spilled out on the drive home, so we only had two cups. We have a couple of Great Pyrenees pig dogs. We decided to give them the nasty ass chicken strips and stale biscuits.......they reluctantly took them and went off and buried them in their beds, came back and ate their kibble instead. We've heard that Bojangles has been purchased by some group from up north. They need to sell the company to someone in the SOUTH, where fried chicken is revelled and at the top of the food pyramid. Just barely 4 stars. I love Bojangles. The service here was reasonable. Not exactly friendly, but it's fast food and they were working their butts off. The chicken breast meal was okay. RUDE AS HELL i tried to order drive thru at 9:50pm, an associate answered the com asking what i wanted to order and then never replied again. i waited for 5 minutes trying to get her attention again. but she never came back. i understand i came late, but i thought they closed at 10pm?? i found it so incredibly rude for the associate to act like she was going to take my order only for her to ignore me. it was just a waste of my time. i could have gone to another fast food place. not to mention, i could have handled the honesty if she had just told me they were out of food, or closing, etc. but she said nothing and ignored me as i patiently sat there waiting. very sad will not be returning to dawsonville location read more

Bojangles has the best chicken, hands down of any fried chicken restaurant. They also have great biscuits and other sides. Their chicken definitely is worth 5-stars consistently. This is a BRAND NEW corporate Bojangles that opened this week here in Dawsonville right on GA 400 next to the Outlet Malls on the same side of the street. It adds another location to their already existing store up on Main Street in the town of Dawsonville which is nice for easy access since so much shopping is now on the GA 400 corridor. Since it is a newly constructed building it is exceptionally clean and during my visit, there was a manager telling staff to keep the dining room clean. During my visit, my food was served very quickly and was hot and fresh. The quality of the food along with the taste is what I have come to expect from Bojangles. The service was friendly and efficient. There were multiple management team members making rounds in the dining room talking to guests as I ate as well as welcoming people as they walked in the door. But, it is a brand new store that has just opened so not something you will probably see after the first week. My experience was good, I did not speak to anyone other than my order taker. While it was a good experience and definitely a 4-star experience it was not over the top to receive 5 stars. I purchased a three-piece (3) dinner with two thighs and one leg, side of mac n' cheese with a biscuit. A perfect sized portion for a full meal. I also ordered a regular drink, they have great tea. This meal cost me $8.75 total, $6.19 for the chicken, $1.99 for the regular drink and $0.57 in tax. A little pricey for the value in my mind since Kroger almost next door has great fried chicken and the same meal is less than $5.00 with tax. Save yourself the time and disappointment. The Dawson location OUT OF BISCUITS at breakfast time. Pulled in the drive thru at 7:55 am midweek only to be told, we're out of biscuits, but can fill your drink... Really??!!??! What a way to run a franchise when surrounded by competition. This location won't be around for long with this operational insight. Management has to do better and hire competent people before they become another empty building. So sad... read more

Poor customer service. If you go at lunch and find out they're only serving breakfast after waiting for twenty minutes in the drive through, the jokes on you. They couldn't bother putting a sign up to tell you that's what you're waiting for. if chicken will be 15-30 minutes wait, if you don't like it, prepare to be laughed out of the store. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes. There were at least four employees mulling around in the back, one was eating, and one even made eye contact with me. This is not the first time I have had to wait a long time before being waited on at the Bojangles. I left without ordering. I love bojangles but this place was so unorganized they were running all over the place and getting every order wrong and the wait times was terrible. It seemed to be a bunch of high school kids but there was no manager or authority in sight. They need help over here. read more
