Great food and great service! I hadn't gone to a chicken salad chick in forever and was happy to see one near the outlets. There's a decent size lot but it sure fills up during lunch time! I went with a sandwich and went with their classic chicken salad and side of the pasta salad. I got my meal pretty quickly after sitting down and absolutely loved it! The croissant was super flaky and nicely toasted and chicken salad was absolutely delicious. The pasta salad was also super refreshing but wish it came with a bit more olives. The food was excellent, once we got our sandwiches, they were definitely worth eating. The place was busy, so I expected some wait, but 31 minutes for just two sandwiches still felt a little excessive. I understand things slow down during a rush, but the wait was longer than it should have been. Great food overall, but the service time could definitely be better. read more

This is my 5th or 6th time coming to Chicken Salad Chick, and I have to say they always have great customer service. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff is very welcoming. My go-to order is the turkey club sandwich with honey mustard, and my favorite sides are the potato soup and broccoli salad. And don't forget the little cookie they give you--it's so good! read more

We travel to Dawsonville, Georgia to do some shopping and that's where I found Chicken Salad Chick. What a cute restaurant! The restaurant was so clean and the employees were so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions! We had gotten the Buffalo Barclay and Dixie Chick to go and both were fantastic!!!! First time visiting this place. I heard some good things about this Chicken Salad Chick place. Well, the ambiance is very southern; Clean and spacious. It is a fast food place where you place your order and they bring it to you. The young lady at the counter, Randy or maybe Hailey was very nice. She knows the menu and their products. The chicken salad is good with different flavors; which I like the buffalo option. The grape salad is sweet with nuts. Yummy! And the Mac and cheese is fair. Nothing special. I have been to this Dawsonville location several times, dined inside once, the other visits have been the drive-thru. The drive never gets the order correct. I always want the cranberry Kelli sandwich and since I also am ordering for my 89yo father, he likes the fancy nancy sandwich, on croissants for both sandwiches. I have asked them to scratch a C or a K on the corresponding sandwich box, they never do. Just by looking in the box at the sandwich you cannot tell which is which. Today I purposely ordered the cranberry Kelli on toasted wheat, to be visually different from the other sandwich. They actually marked the box for the cranberry. But when I took a bite I got the Fuji apple which is the fancy nancy ! really ?? How hard is it to get this right ?? Unless it was done on purpose because I asked why they don't mark the boxes. I don't know but I am really upset that they cannot get it right. Maybe they need more help ?? read more

I'm impressed! I'll def come back. I ordered the jalapeño holly chicken salad scoop. Value- 5/5 my meal came with the chicken salad scoop, 10 crackers, a pickle slice and a small cookie for $7! Also the scoop was the perfect portion. Service- 5/5 the manager took my order - I initially wanted a salad and a scoop but they didn't have my preferred dressing. she seemed genuinely interested in knowing my preferred dressing (balsamic). I appreciated that. Time- 5/5 I came in at about noon and the place was busy waited less than 3 mins to order and less than 3 mins for my food. Food- 5/5 the chicken salad tasted fresh like they made it this morning. The chicken was pulled apart perfectly and never had any huge chunks or dryness to it. The spice level was perfect the jalapeños were pickled maybe? and the chicken salad wasn't watery. I almost went back in for another scoop honestly and I'm very picky about food. So excited to have one of these a mile from home. Please do not listen to the bad reviews. This is a new business so of course there will be kinks to work out in the beginning. The staff is new and following rules that they just learned. There also might be long lines at the drive-thru because people are excited to try this new food option in Dawsonville. I thought the drive thru line actually went pretty quickly! Much better than some of the others around here. Can't we all just practice a little kindness and understanding? The food is awesome!! Grand Opening Day for Chicken Salad Chick of Dawsonville. If your familiar with CSC then you will find everything you are use to here but a new location. I was leery coming in opening day at noon but they were fully staffed and got everyone one and out. They have a special area for online and call in orders to make getting you on your way faster. As always the good is good. I love Olivia's Old South while my husband tries all the flavors and and while we may like some over the others never had we had one that we would not get again. I love how you can get soup as a side or another scoop or even egg salad and pimento cheese. All the orders come with a mini buttercream cookie which I love and it's so nice to end your meal with a sweet treat. They have all the salads all ready in to go go containers so if you want to just pic some up and fix it up at home you can. This location does have a drive thru for days you just want to stay in the car. There is some outside seating which while it's kinda like in the parking lot you can at least get some air on a nice day. I will be back scanning my rewards account to collect points for free stuff. read more

When I get to the lady taking the orders, informed her my order was made online. She told me I had no choice but to come in. Never mind I've already waited in that pick up line for over 15 minutes! This place has gone downhill fast. We came at 6 on Saturday and half the menu was out. When the employee brought the food out, she was incredibly rude. We've eaten here probably 10 times since it's open but we won't be coming back. Management needs to pay attention to what's going on. It's a shame. This place was great. read more

Disappointed in the consistency. Every time I come with my daughter and get her a kids scoop, it is a different size, sometimes half a scoop and sometimes a whole scoop. I wish I knew more what to expect when I ordered the kids meal because otherwise I would just get her a regular combo to ensure a full sized scoop. Otherwise, we love this place. read more
