Came here for breakfast expecting a good chicken biscuit..but the only one offered was spicy!!!!! Really surprised...got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and small tea. Parking is all around the building but I got the last spot available. Others were parking in the lot next door and walking over. Guy at the register was not very helpful...asked if they had a special and didn't get an answer . After I sat down saw they did have a special....when I asked about a discount again didn't get an answer but a discount was on my receipt. It was very noisy here, very crowded even at 9:30 am. There were tables with people just sitting and not eating or just drinking coffee... Not a good place for a group of over 4 people. I don't know what's happened to Bojangles, but it's clearly gone downhill fast. I've been a fan for years, but after my last visit, I'm done. The service was horrible, The chicken was dry, flavorless, and honestly, tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The biscuits were so hard I thought I might break a tooth. The sides? A soggy mess. The mac and cheese was watery, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old, stale oil. How is this even acceptable? I took my nephew from NY as he wanted to try the chicken. We had no idea it was all Cajon. So I took my sandwich back up to the counter and they offered me the grilled without seasoning. I said it was my mistake as I didn't realize is was supposed to be cajon. So, I ate my delicious boberry biscuit. To my surprise Victoria sent me a grilled sandwich to my table. This was my "last chance" visit to Bojangles. On this single purchase would ride my decision whether to ever eat there again. Quality had become such an iffy thing between different Bojangles. I had eaten both good and bad food at all the local units with chickem and biscuits varying widely between inedible and perfect. I was pleased to receive perfectly fried chicken and good biscuits on this test of tests. I will return to Bojangles anywhere for the time being. In the meanwhile, management needs to step in to enforce quality standards across the entire chain. We must have a reasonable expection of food at one Bojangles equalling that of another. It was very busy so I understood service might be slow. The food was not that good, I had to go back and ask for another dirty rice, it still wasn't good. I also saw a customer complain to the manager about bringing an animal inside and he stated that there was nothing he could do about it. Customer also stated that some one brought an animal in before and sat the animal on the chair. Quality has gone way downhill recently. Can't remember the last time I was served a Bo Round that was actually warm. Also, apparently they can't give people extra ice all of a sudden? I grew up here in fuquay and have lived here my whole life. This location is the closest to my house. And no matter what time of day or day if the week this location can never get your order right. They constantly have cold fries and even if u ask for extra seasoning their is never any on them. I have gone multiple times asking for a bacon and cheese biscuits and some how a egg gets added. I have tried saying no egg on the sandwich and some how it still ends up on their. I have called and complained over the years and nothing has changed and it is truly sad because i love this restaurant just disappointed in this location. read more

Not bad. Moved here from the north east so this is similar to a KFC do me. I do like the extra crispy outside of the chicken. And I like the seasoning on the fires. When I make it back home this is my favorite location to visit. It hasn't changed in years. And why should it? It consistently pumps out the best that Bojangles has to offer. My goto at any Bojangles has always been the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit combo with Borounds and sweet tea. It is simply the best chicken biscuit I have ever had. But...when I make it out to this location though I have to make a hard decision between my favorite chicken biscuit and a 3 piece dinner. The chicken dinners come with a homemade butter biscuit and a choice of 1-2 fixins (sides) and they are better here than any other location I have have been. Don't know why but its the truth. If for some reason you are a first-timer I'd go with the mashed potatoes w/ gravy and/or the dirty rice. You won't be sorry. If you are looking for a quick bite you should go no further than Bojangles. read more

I visited family over the Labor Day weekend and they took me here. At first I was a little skeptical because I normally eat clean. However, they really wanted me to try some southern food and I was excited to do so. I'm really glad I did! I ordered the chicken between biscuits with what looked like round tater tots and a drink. At first the spice in the chicken doesn't hit you until you swallow. It didn't stop me from eating the whole thing! Would love to go back when I return for a visit in the area. Oh! Holy cow that was fast. If your in a hurry this is the place. I gave my order paid for it and before I got to the order pick up it was already there waiting on me. The food was great , this is Bojangles, hot and ready. The coffee was perfect. The sweet tea is a bit to sweet but all you have to do is add a little unsweetened to it and , perfecto . Where to start?? Well first get here use restroom and have employee in bathroom on phone making plans for a drug deal to happen here then order food which is Country Ham biscuits and mac n cheese the buicuit is good but the ham is nothing but leather very tasteless and WAY OVER COOKED!!!! Mac was good and the drink left nasty film in mouth. So just take your shoe off and chew on it will taste a whole lot better!! Won't make this mistake again! read more
