We've been coming to this Bojangles for 10 years. When Popeyes tried to come to town, all of Pickens rallied behind this Bojangles location. They were killing it! The food was fresh, although they'd run out sometimes but the service was great as was the food so it was worth the wait. Popeyes eventually went out of business leaving this the most successful fried chicken joint in the area. Then they sold. Today, the service was good. She said she was new and when she didn't know an answer, she asked the manager. I had the app and asked if there was a rewards program. The manager was abrupt and said "I don't know & I don't know nothing about the app. That ain't us." No one was in the dining room, although there was evidence of patrons by way of crumbs on tables. The steam table didn't have any food in it. It seemed they were maybe short staffed but we received our food relatively quick. The chicken was consistent-hot and fresh. The cole slaw is good, the dirty rice has more sausage in it than we've ever had. Yum! Although the biscuits were flatter than usual, they are flavorful and flaky. The green beans are seasoned with smoked bacon, garlic and red pepper flakes. Delicious! Overall the food was good, the service from the "new employee" was great, from the manager on duty, unprofessional and unwelcoming. On top of that, there were no paper towels in the bathroom & their current health score is 87 or a B. My husband would rate this experience 2.5 and I would rate it 3.5. We'll settle on 3. read more

I want to give KUDOs the the young lady at the cash register today. Her name is Miracle and she lives up to her name. She would take your order, then fill the order before she took the next order. The Bojangles in jasper is usually pretty good but my only complaint is that they say they open at 5am but they don't acknowledge you at the drive thru until around 5:30-5:45am. If you aren't going to acknowledge the customers at the drive thru until then, then don't say you open at 5am. read more

Food was stale, downsized one of my drinks, forgot one order of bo rounds and no straws

Pretty bummed they got rid of just plain fried chicken. Really doesn't make sense from a business standpoint, for a chicken place to only offer spicy chicken. We'd come a lot more if we could get regular chicken. We have a small son, and we don't always want spicy chicken, but at Jasper Bojangles, it's the only option. read more

This has been a regular breakfast spot for me Monday - Friday but I don't plan on returning after this morning. I was told that they no longer sell any "regular" chicken & that all chicken moving forward was Cajun. They also no longer sell tenders. So I couldn't get my regular ol chicken biscuit this morning. Had to get Cajun. Fine... but irritating considering on Monday my total was $6.79 and this morning it was dang near $8 for something I had to settle for... plus my Bo rounds were raw potatoes, like they hadn't been cooked at all. I like this place. Good food, polite friendly staff. The thing that I enjoy most is that they serve breakfast all day. Bojangles has good biscuits. They have good chicken. They have good chicken biscuits. However my favorite thing on their menu is the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit AND it's served all day! Yay! Breakfast for dinner. Nope don't waste your time. Just moved to Jasper and stopped in here for the first time ever at any bojangles. It was early afternoon on a Sunday. They were open but seemed highly upset that I walked in to order food. While I was trying to order, the older gentleman (guessing he was the manager) was yelling at and berating the young person who was taking my order. It continued until I walked out with my food. Well, sometimes you just gotta have fried chicken. Yes-siree Bob! or Bo.... Ok, on a recent Sunday drive in the North Ga mountains, we wanted to try something local. Well it seems that all the local places were closed and I don't know if that was because they are on Sunday anyway or because of the Jeep Fest that was in town, but, no matter. We were hungry, and Bo was good . Chicken can be a little spicy for some, but I found it tasty (and I usually find KFC to be too peppery these days,) so this was tasty and you could even taste the chicken. Gravy and mash are good (I snuck a forkful from my kids)...fries are good. Cole slaw is not as sweet (or good) as KFC but a good and different substitute. Beans are awesome, savory and with bacon (always a bonus for me) but fellas, the kicker was the biscuits....they are big and they are DELISH! Ask for honey and Honey, you are set! The service was great... there were a couple of gals ahead of me and they were ordering a big tailgate box (which is cool) and something was taken longer than expected so the counter gal gave the customers cups to have a drink on the house while they waited. Took 3 minutes for the cashier to actually show up then I ordered 2 biscuits and it took another 15 minutes to get them, the cashier was just sitting in the back on her phone while customers stood at the register, then they entirely forgot about my bo-rounds so that was another 5 minutes, absolutely fucking ridiculous won't be going back. read more

A new fast food restaurant in Jasper! Good service and good food. Floors, counters, restrooms, dining area are clean. They serve mostly fried foods. Now they have "All you can eat." Long lines in the morning for breakfast. But they are usually quick to serve. Worth a try. read more

Had not been to Bojangles in a year or two years & we went last night. As we left we said to each other, please let's not forget never to return here again. The quality of the food has deteriorated terribly. It was Friday 6:00-6:30 PM & we just wanted to get a quick bite locally. The food here is tasty. The best part of the experience were how friendly, polite, and helpful the team was that works there. This restaurant was near a business we frequent and there is no doubt we'll be back here when in Jasper. read more

If you have a craving for breakfast day or night then Bojangles's Jasper location can't be beat. I eat there at least twice a week and my boys will no longer eat anywhere else for breakfast. Not only is the food smoking hot, fresh, and delicious it is delivered to you fast and with a smile. As good as the food is it really is second best only to the service. Every weekend they have a buffet. For weeks I let it pass and finally I made it on time to try it. OMG!!!!!! and believe me I don't use that phrase ever. The buffet is the dealio!!! It is all you could eat and drink and again service with a smile and you always run into someone you know. Go for the gravy biscuits, pork chop biscuits, sausage, bacon, ham, eggs, grits, and stay for the service and hospitality. Oh!! They serve lunch and supper too!! read more

Great steak biscuit. But what was better was the company. Being in a small town it was nice to see how everyone knew each other. They also were very warm and excepting of us who were from out of town. They even gave us some home grown cantaloupe. While we were eating another gentleman came up and shook my hand and said how happy he was a family of five. Will definitely go there again. read more

I have heard how great the Bojangles all you can breakfast bar is. I tried it today and was highly disappointed. I would rather got the single orders of breakfast menu instead. Wished they had posted somewhere what the breakfast buffet is before you get to the counter and they also have a lunch buffet which I found out afterwards. Breakfast menu, gravy & biscuit, grits, bacon, sausage patty, smoked sausage, ham, tater rounds, blueberry biscuit and drink. They fix the plate for you and you can get extra if you can make your way back to the counter. NEVER AGAIN! read more

We enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffet. At $7.50/plate it was a good deal. The employees were kind and attentive.

Jasper Bojangles' is THE place for made from scratch biscuits, served all day long. Breakfast never ends! Our family loves picking up a Big Bo Box for picnics, tailgating or family get togethers.
