I want to like this place, I really do. Here is the problem. They sold me a chicken parm sub today with diced chicken in it-- the kind of chicken you put into a chicken salad. This goes against every rule of calling something Chicken Parm. Chicken Parm is a breaded Chicken Breast, coated with a thin layer of marinara and loaded with cheese and baked to perfection. Good pizza. Poor delivery record. I have really tried to like these guys. Really - like over the past 6 years they've been my go-to pizza place because their food is that good. Ribs, Greek salads, chicken, and pizza are all excellent. But I've had to call them several times asking where my delivery was. And despite the order being online they still manage to miss added toppings and they include things we asked them to leave off. So even if the pizzas are the tastiest nearby the frustration with them over the years has finally made me give them up. This relationship is over. read more

Bella lost points in my book for service alone. It was attentive and quick at first, but when it came to getting the bill and paying.... took f-o-r-e-v-e-r!! I'm not kidding when I say we waited at the table a good 10 minutes after we were done eating before we finally decided to go up to the counter to get our check... then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes! The most annoying part was that the cooks in the back passed us several times and made no mention to the waiter that there were paying customers up front! My husband and I both had calzones... Not enough BBQ sauce for my liking... way too much cheese... and only a few pieces of chicken. They were OK, but nothing to write home about. I originally clicked 3 stars then realized as I am writing this, it is definitely not the print that would be in a 3 star review... so Bella sorry to say you're only getting 2! We waited for everything; water, silverware; high chair (that we ended up getting ourselves). The price for pizza is the same cost as round table. As for our order. Chicken pesto pizza- total number of toppings was minimal. one small piece per slice. Sausage peperoni pizza- maybe 3 pieces of peperoni and one small piece of sausage (dime size) per piece slice. we asked for ranch on the side; it came at the end of our meal. in this area there are way better pizza places to go to. read more

Ah, another strip mall. Yet I have been searching for decent grub that'll satisfy my inner italiano and my inner pocketbook (I guess I'm somewhat Scottish too.) Prices initially seemed reasonable. Tried their pasta. What can I say? Don't try their pasta! This place may be known for their pizza and at the moment I was only interested in a pasta dish (or two) and it was bad. The ravioli had freezer burn and my spaghetti ( I orderd it with italian sausage) , the sauce tasted like, well, watered down ketchup or basically nothing. Easily crowded. Place is noisy as well. I sat in the "corridor" towards the bathroom where the work staff are always moving through. Service was a little slow in taking care of the table. Funny, cause they had to keep walking by the table. Sad, but that's what you get these days in and around Bothell. Save your money and go to Villa Nuova down the street. Better environment, and food. If you've ever been to Southern Italy you will recognize the taste of this meat sauce. Which is to say, it's hearty and awesome. It's not too sweet like that Northern Italian crap, the cheese is baked into the spaghetti, the bread is crusty, and it's all served hot as hell. I stopped in because I had an insatiable craving for Alfredo, and this did the trick! It was creamy and cooked perfectly. The only person working, who I would assume is the owner was very patient and checked in on me frequently. Really my only complaint is that the inside needs a major redecoration. My suggestion is to take out the booth/benches to make it more spacious and to paint the interior, and bring focused lighting for the tables. Other than that the customer service and food was great! First time here had amazing service the french bread was superb. We had a cheese pizza, calzone, and margherita pizza. The toppings were fresh and the crust was delicious. It's hard to mess up pizza and spaghetti, but it's also hard to stand out from the crowd. I ordered quite a bit - my eyes were way hungrier than my stomach. Samosas - good price for the amount, they were really good, but I've had a lot of samosas. Kids spaghetti - Large portion - basic spaghetti. Nothing to write home over Personal Pizza - cheese with added pineapple. Comparable to personal microwavable pizza. Unimpressed. Flat bread - no complaints! Meatball sliders - got these for my boyfriend. He liked them, they looked good! I didn't try, because I'm a vegetarian. Mango smoothie - the best part of the entire order. All in all - food was average. I'd say between 3 stars and 3.5 stars. 3.25 stars on food. An extra star because they were fast with delivery at peak time and I was clearly starving. We ordered butter paneer pizza to be delivered. There was problem with delivery and they called to give us a complimentary dish instead. We opted for penne with basil pesto. This pasta was so bad and bitter. We had to throw it. Pizza was average. It tasted like regular pizza with marinated panner. I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread for an hour in the future. When I got there, the pizza was just about ready. After 5 minutes, i noticed the cook was peeling the toppings off our pizza. I asked what the hold up was and the manager stated our pizza was "sticky" and needed to be remade. I drive by this place every day, and today I finally tried this place. It's in the busy Fred Meyer shopping center by SBX, and is pretty easy to get in and out of. I ordered online, but screwed it up royally and called in to fix my blunder. They were totally cool with it, and got it fixed. I got a build your own pizza, because who knows what kind of pizza better than myself? I got a large pineapple and sausage pizza with regular crust, and it was fresh out of the oven when I went to pick it up. I was looking forward to this pizza and it didn't disappoint. The crust was perfect- nice thickness (I'd say medium) and spot on flavor. There was a perfect amount of cheese and ingredients, but to be honest the best part was the seasoning they sprinkled on top. AMAZING. The food is hit and miss, usually the baked spagetti is pretty good. The owner and I have had a friendly chat on several occations. He decided to chew out my mother in law over the phone when she asked to order something to go a few minutes before they close. He chewed me out once on the phone when I tried to order something to go for my fiancee and it was almost closing time. He definately has a temper. Other times.. the owner is a really nice guy. It seems if you order something that annoys him he chews you out. The customer service needs some work here. On several occations some drivers have been great to us. I can only give it 2 stars however, and it pains me to do so. 4 out of 5 times I am so satisfied and often willing to gorge myself with their pizzas that I would give it 5 stars without question. Then there is that remaining time. So 20% of the time for those still reading and noticing I have gone from ratios to percentages, I am sorely disappointed. Sometimes it takes an hour and a half to deliver a cold pizza, sometimes I get the wrong pizza. Last night for example, the pizza I ordered (which I fell in love with a week before), was missing a topping, was lukewarm, and they forgot to bring my credit card reciept to sign. The meaning of Bella in Italian is beautiful and that is the word I would use to describe my experience at Bella pizza.

I have been going to this establishment for quite a few years and have recently been disappointed with my experience. First of all, I really like the previous owner's menu which was a little more greek influenced italian which suited my personal taste - similar to Spiro's. My review is more specific to a particular dish that my wife has been having there for years - Fettuccine Alfredo (w/ chicken.) This particular dish used to be very savory and not too heavy on the cream; it was highlighted more by the butter and garlic. We don't remember a change during the transition from previous to current owner but our most recent experience found that the dish was definitely more heavy handed in the cream vs. previous. I'm not sure if the recipe has changed or not. Our server also mentioned that she was not usually there and was just helping out so she couldn't provide an answer. Sadly, I think that the value of what you get for what you pay is not on par any longer. It's around $10+ for a dish and pizza runs you $25ish. The food isn't bad or un-edible by any means but I just can justify the cost for what you get. The people are definitely friendly but i wouldn't say that the service was tip-top either. Water refills never came so we had to ask for it - the servers were happy to help when we asked but they weren't proactive. read more

Everything had so much potential the wings were good. My Alfredo with meatballs was the blandest Alfredo I have ever had and there wasn't nearly enough sauce on it. Jennie got the spaghetti with meat sauce, a homemade delicacy with a just-right balance of spices. I had their classic toasted sandwich, layered in salami, pepperoni and ham. My husband & I tried this place out on a recommendation from a coworker. We ordered the lasagna, chicken bacon fettuccini, cheese bread & 2 caesar salads. Everything was extremely sub par. We both ate less than a quarter of our meal. Delivery time took over an hour & there several things forgotten, to which I received a half hearted "sorry." The ONE salad we did get was so bad it went straight in the garbage. The cheese bread tasted like frozen garlic bread with a glob of cheap mozz melted on top, served with the incorrect sauce. The fettuccini was so dry, almost as if they forgot to sauce it at all. The "bacon" seemed more like chopped up pieces of ham lunch meat. My lasagna was a 3/10. The flavor was off & the pasta was rubbery. Needless to say, we will not be giving this place another shot. read more

Found this location from Living Social. With the Living Social price, this was a fantastic deal and a great pizza! The everyday prices are higher then Pizza Hut; however, the pizza without question is a much better quality in all area. The crust is fresh, the toppings are fresh and the vegetables are very flavorable. The service is friendly, and the owner was very personable. The desserts need improvement though, they are expensive and the cheesecake tasted like the basic frozens ones you can buy at Fred Meyers. All in all though, it is a place with a good coupon, I would return to again; however, without a savings offer, I think I would try somewhere else in town first again. My family and I decided to go here for pizza. I believe the owner was working. He was incredibly friendly. So welcoming and answered all of our questions. The place is a little run down but you shouldn't really judge it by the out dated booths. We ordered 3 pizzas. A pepperoni, Hawaiian and an extreme combo. The pizza was so incredibly good! We literally asked for paper plates and to go silverware 3 times (because they had failed to bring them the last time) and still they brought none of the above. This place is a little spendy for what you get but for lunch this place is pretty good with their lunch deals. when I dine in the food is always good, when I've ordered to go the quality takes a serious dive. I've had missing ingredients, and my food isn't as good. Maybe since your in the restaurant and can call them out in person they put more effort in and with take out you take your food home before you see it so they cut corners knowing you probably won't care enough to do anything now that you're already home. This is a tasty pizza! I had the barbecue chicken one it was sooo good! I ate it so many times I am tired of it. I like their roasted garlic. It is cooked perfectly. It isn't burnt like most places. It's soft and tasty. I love the fact you can get up and get your soda and you have already paid so no waiting around, you control everything once they bring you your pizza. The bread balls, hence the slogan "Pizza with balls" are a fun treat when you order a pizza. You get one every time you order a whole pizza pie. If you have kids ask for more than one. The one thing that bugs me is that the building faces west so in the evening there is direct sunlight in your eyes. Katharine's experience mirrored mine. The food is consistently very low quality, and tastes either like unseasoned nothing or pure grease. It's a bit pricey and the managers don't do customer service or seem interested in improving. I've tried them for my last time - they used to be on my regular circuit but it's flat out not good, been going downhill for a while and not appearing to stop. If you can't apologize for a 2 hours wait to deliver pizza half a mile away, maybe you're in the wrong business. read more

The two items were doughy and undercooked, for some reason the ingredients included were not the ones ordered, on top of it all, it was extremely difficult to chew. Was pleasantly surprised by this place. We recently moved from SF (CA) and anytime we move we hunt for good pizza. Not our favorite pizza joint in the area but much better then we expected and it's close to home. We went with our old fav pep/pineapple and the slight hint of garlic was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly when I walked in and I noticed a dog treat bowl by the door so I'm guessing pet friendly during summer when the tables out front are in full use.
