I like that they have the nutritional content on line so you can check for sugar content (usually very high for smoothies). I would likely come again if I am in this area and looking for a smoothie.

My wife and I were…read moreregulars there since they opened in 2021, and there was a note on their door a few weeks ago when they closed directing us to one of the two nearby locations. Today, we went to one of them for our first time, which was the location at Scottsdale Road and Thunderbird Road. We enjoyed getting our regular smoothies but it wasn't the same though the space was larger with more seating. Today, we ordered our favorite 24 oz smoothie (Sunrise Sunset, made with strawberries, pineapple, mango, and orange juice), which we had them split into two 12 oz cups so that we could share it. While it was tasty as usual, the staff were not as warm and friendly as the staff we got to know at the Tatum and Cactus location (though they were certainly polite and helpful). At other locations, we often share a smoothie and a flatbread, which comes with a side. Today, we received a coupon on the receipt for a $1.99 flatbread with the purchase of a smoothie in the future. Their regular menu includes bowls, smoothies, flatbreads, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Also, the app offers bonus points and discounts on occasion including a free smoothie on your actual birthday. You actually get a free smoothie just for signing up for the program (after your first purchase). Other benefits for the reward program include earning 10 points per $1 spent, learning about offers, and earning rewards. You can also order ahead on the app to skip the line while you're on your way. To join the reward program, go to https://www.tropicalsmoothiecafe.com/rewards and click on JOIN NOW. Feel free to use my referral code (Cohaps5136). I have also learned that if you have T-Mobile, their T-Mobile Tuesday program often offers a free Tropical Smoothie Cafe 24 oz smoothie. We look forward to coming back again soon as we now know where there is a nearby location now that our location Tropical Smoothie Cafe has closed.

I tried the Coconut Macadamia Matcha, the Cinnamon Pistachio Latte, and the Feta Avocado Sandwich--each one was divine, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. Her kindness, genuine hospitality, and thoughtful recommendations really shined through. She took the time to understand what we liked and suggested drinks that were spot on. Exceptional customer service like that makes all the difference. If you're in Arizona and looking for an outstanding coffee shop, Better Buzz Coffee is absolutely worth the visit. Great food, amazing drinks, and even better service. We'll definitely be back!

I downloaded the app to make ordering easier, and I highly recommend using mobile pickup during peak hours because the drive-thru can get pretty busy (speaking from experience). They always have fun seasonal coffee flavors, and every one I've tried has been delicious. I've never actually hung out inside, but I did go in once to pick up an order when the drive-thru line was super long. The space is cute and has plenty of tables and seating, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or get a little work done. The coffee is definitely on the pricier side (around $7+), but honestly, sometimes you just deserve a little treat-yourself moment. My go-to order is the "Best Drink Ever" - their iced Americano. I'm usually a simple coffee girl, but I did try one of their coconut-flavored drinks and it was amazing. It was so pretty that I almost didn't want to drink it!

Let's talk food. I honestly get one thing every time. The PB and A açai bowl. It's full of: açai, homemade granola (that in itself is a winner!), natural peanut butter, sliced banana, and, diced strawberries. A perfect refreshing blend. Other's açai taste off. Indescribable. I enjoyed my conversations with the staff working. While I don't try the açaí bowl this time, I did get some food, and I was delighted with what I tried. The menu has a lot of options from açaí bowls, bagels, toasts, hot and pressed wraps, and wraps and salads. They also have smoothies, juices, shots, and snacks. I ordered a sandwich, The Hawaiian, a Hot & Pressed that included chicken breast, spinach, purple cabbage, carrot, and pineapple. It came with a bag of chips and some ginger dressing. It made for a delicious lunch! I learned about the regular and gluten free granola options, so I plan on stopping by again with my wife so that she can order an açaí bowl. While the food was great, the customer service I experienced was top notch. The team member working answered my many questions about food items and shared a bit about the company. As the only location in Arizona, I was intrigued to learn they have 40 locations around the country with 30 more on the way. Many of their locations are on the East Coast (in Florida). You can visit their website at https://3natives.com to find out location information, see their menu, learn about catering options, place an online order, get gift cards, and so much more. This particular location is open daily from 7 AM to 8 PM except for Sunday when they are open from 7 AM to 6 PM. They also have the 3Natives Rewards Club (https://3natives.com/rewards) which offers points for purchases which can be redeemed for free food and beverages. You'll even get 50 points for signing up which are enough for a free snack. While I remember visiting the location way back when it was a Starbucks, now I can visit 3Natives and know I'll have a good experience. I certainly recommend 3Natives to anyone else in the area looking for some healthy food and drinks!

Inside, the vibe is excellent and cleaner than my search history. Contrary to some of the other reviews I've read, my service was incredibly fast and efficient. To be fair, we walked in well after the lunch rush, but the staff was still totally on top of it. As for the food, my friends ordered The Club and The Grinder, and both absolutely loved them. I went with the Moroccan Turkey, and oh my god, I loved everything about it. The standout players were definitely the Greek yogurt sauce and that red wine vinaigrette. Absolutely incredible flavor combo. That said... unless my friends and I have suddenly hit a massive growth spurt, the portions could definitely be a bit larger for what you're paying. We're in Scottsdale, not a micro-portion tasting menu in Paris. Feed us, ChopShop! The real plot twist of the meal was the BBQ potato chips. I thought they were absolute perfection. However, they caused a full-on culinary debate in our group. They lean pretty sweet and have this distinct Indian-spice vibe going on. If you're expecting standard backyard-barbecue Lays, you're going to be confused. Half the table was questioning their entire existence, while I was busy hoarding the bag. Come for the great food and healthy atmosphere, just maybe grab a snack beforehand if you're starving--and prepare your palate for the chip controversy.

Edit to add: Thank you for replying. I feel that I should add that it wasn't 7 minutes from when I ordered to when the girl finished making my protein shake. It was 7 minutes until she even started putting the ingredients together in the blender. Meanwhile, one girl was taking her time making a sampler platter, and the other girl was on her phone talking about a non-work related topic with her elbows on the table. I took a photo of when the girl finally started my order but then huddled with the other girl for 2 minutes over the cell phone.

Over the past 12 years, we have literally purchased hundreds of Freezes, so we are very familiar with what a standard size 2 portion looks like. Our first visit to the Scottsdale Quarter location was disappointing. The Freeze serving size was noticeably smaller, approximately half of what we've consistently received at other Pressed Juicery locations. At the time, we didn't say anything to the server, but we did feel disappointed considering the price of $18 for two Freezes. We recently visited the Scottsdale Quarter location again on June 27th while shopping in the area, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, we had the same issue. The product did not even reach the rim of the cup, and the portion size again felt significantly smaller and a rip off. This time, I politely brought up the difference in portion size and shared photos as proof of what is consistent across several other Pressed Juicery locations compared to what we received at Scottsdale Quarter. The response I received was dismissive, and with an attitude the employee stated that this was the "correct" portion size. We will not be returning to this location. I would recommend visiting a different location to get a portion size aligned with $8.95 per cup and not served with a bad attitude. I attached photos to show the comparison of all other locations I have visited and then the sad photo of the Scottsdale Quarter location portion.
