I called Eggholic and a lady answered, saying she was just an employee but would talk to the chef. After keeping me on hold for about 5 minutes, she came back and told me I could come to the restaurant and they would prepare it "exactly like the Uber Eats image." The whole point of ordering delivery was to avoid going there, but since what I got was not edible, I had no choice but to go. When I reached the restaurant, I was expecting at least an apology. Instead, one person sent me to another, and the man who finally spoke with me simply said, "It's the correct order." I explained everything again. He went inside to talk with the chef, then came back and said, "They already prepared it, take this." Still, no apology. I opened it right there and was shocked again -- it looked nothing like the Uber Eats picture. I pointed it out, saying this is misleading, and he just brushed it off with, "That can't happen." That was it. No accountability, no sorry, nothing. I truly value food and service, and I have never given any restaurant a one-star review. But this experience compelled me to do so.
