This is one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. It's worst than the worst ( little chasers). Let me better explain what makes this the worst place to get pizza. 1. The pizza taste like old cardboard. The dough tastes old. Seems like they don't use fresh dough or made daily. 2. The pizza tastes like it's been sitting there and they just wanted to get rid of it because it has no flavor to the toppings like they look they were on its last leg. For example, you eating leftover pizza from a few days old it just not taste the same as when you first bought it abs this is exactly how this pizza tastes like. First off, let me say we have been ordering from Bona Pizza for our regular Tuesday night pizza nights as long as they have been open and we absolutely adore them! My children are definitely pizza epicureans (according to themselves!) and this is their go to pizza. I wanted to hop onto Yelp and just give them a special shoutout for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I normally order online through their website which uses opendining.net My grandson asked for pizza for dinner tonight, and given that tomorrow is 4th of July and we usually bbq, I figured we'd do a "Monday Pizza night" this week. When I went to order, I discovered that opendining.net changed their user interface and it doesn't allow us to customize our orders anymore apparently. My husband orders their chicken caesar salad but because he does keto, he usually asks for no croutons and also to replace the parmesan cheese with mozzarella. The guys at Bona know our orders so well they called me to verify his salad order, since it was different than usual. This is why it's so important to support our local businesses. When you do, you develop a relationship that goes beyond anything corporate America provides. So hats off to the crew at Bona! You are the best! read more

Well.. my streak of great reviews have come to an end. It was a good run but this was bound to happen, and it truly bums me out to write this review. First things first, the pizza and wings are decent at best. This is my first time eating here and unfortunately it'll be my last. I ordered ( via yelp) a Pepperoni pizza with "spicy sauce" and requested "EXTRA SAUCE" along with an order of buffalo wings. The delivery was fast (45 minutes within my order) and the wings were decent. The pizza however was underwhelming and not only is it not spicy there's no sauce! To make this right I gave them a chance and called them to let them know my disappointment, and to my surprise they told me that there was sauce on there and that there's nothing they could do for me. Well, Not only am I pretty disappointed with their lack of customer service and food, I took a photo and clearly there's no sauce. Not spicy. Not cool! I'm not saying don't eat here but I would recommend going somewhere else that's worth your money and appetite. read more

We ordered a half and half pizza, half fajita chicken and the other half pepperoni. The service was quick and the staff very friendly, the pizza was out in 10 mins. However, the pizza was pretty soggy and thin even though we ordered regular crust; the toppings slid off the crust. The toppings tasted great, and hoping that the crust issue was a one-off issue. I love this pizza parlor. They are open late which is nice because so often you want better quality pizza and there isn't a later night option. Came here after a friend recommended that I try it. Located in a large plaza with many restaurants and plentiful parking. Bona pizza is nestled in between stores and you are greeted by the array of menu choices as soon as you walk in. The place has a couple of tables if you want to dine-in, but I think most takeout. It's a quieter store with medium flow of customers grabbing their orders. After asking for recommendations, I was given 2 different specialty pizzas on each half. The cashier was attentive and took note about our favorite toppings and flavors, and recommended what would best suit our tastes. The pizza came out in under 10 minutes. It was steaming out the box and covered in toppings. They do not skimp. The crust was fluffy and airy with a nice crunch. Pizza was cleared and everyone was satisfied. This is one of our favorite pizza spots! We get the Italiana pizza. It has the creamy garlic sauce instead of the red sauce. The toppings include pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions. We replace the tomatoes with jalepenos..so good! The people who work there are really nice. The two pizzas that are standouts are- chicken pesto & stromboli. We mostly have done take out with a few exceptions of delivery. Our delivery experience was a negative one because the pizza & calzone arrived late and everything was soggy. The calzone was slightly burned and uber soggy. This is really good pizza. I might be hyping this place up too much because my go to prior was High Five and that's the pizza I'm use to but it always tasted off, but I went there because it's closer to me. Bona's pizza however is how a pizza should taste. I just recently discovered this place with hubs and we had it for dinner twice in a row and I ate like 5-6 slices (eek). I'd definitely order from them again. Very standard fare but all parts were delicious. We stayed in and ordered a veggie pizza and garlic bread. Happy Valentines Day, Friends. I am thoroughly impressed by Bona Pizza. The pizza is delish, customer service is above and beyond and the food is always fresh. We are so happy to have found our favorite pizza spot. We usually order the vegetarian and the pepperoni and have never been disappointed. Did I mention that the customer service is top notch?! More than three times the gentlemen have brought my pizza out to my car or walked me to my car and carried my pizzas.
