I can't speak to the atmosphere since I had it delivered. The first time I ordered, everything was hot and perfect. I was even surprised at the quality of the rice. So good. Second time was a little before closing and maybe my chicken had spent awhile under a heat lamp and the rice was okay but nothing to get excited about like the first time. This place, is not only about Chicken, they do have chicken, but they also have a lot of Korean street food. I love their corn though they can put less green onions on top, they not only comes with Taki and sausage and cheese, but also with a couple of Mondo on top. And the short corn dogs are pretty cute. Gentleman who helped me out the counter was very sweet to carry everything out to me. Because I was sitting on the porch outside and the breeze is really pretty today... I know the place just opened... And I don't want to be too negative... However, this place is not good at all, for now.. Maybe since they just opened, they can improve, so I wouldn't recommend NOT going, just not yet. The Soy Garlic and Spicy chicken wings had very little flavor, even somehow missing saltiness. My sister came here to pick up her order for my nieces birthday party. When I tell you the experience that we had was below subpar, I can't even fathom anyone having to endure what she did. We placed an order earlier this week for her party and picked up on time. Pick up was today for 12 pm and we came in at 12:03. Picked order up and left, checked order and the chicken was soggy. Food is the star of the show!!The food is so good I need one closer to home in Southern California. Kendall my cashier was helpful and kept busy with guests and tiding up the dining room. I could see the kitchen staff also keeping busy and making sure that the food remains the star. I got 8 strips (4 KBBQ, 4 spicy). They are soooooo good. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. We love the quality that Bonchon usually has but the location in Arlington and Fort worth sadly, aren't as good as the Frisco. Service is okay, not that helpful overall. This location is very small, didn't have cutlery, and also hadn't had pickled radish in over a month according to the worker.... that's a bad sign. When we finally received our to go order (around 20 minute wait) we made it back to the car only for the boxes to start collapsing on each other. It took one minute from the door to the car. Two boxes collapsed. Then it was a 15-20 minute car ride home... safe to say the bag was an absolute mess. The bulgogi fries were good as always but the pork belly buns were okay, the pork belly itself was too fatty with no meat. The wings were okay, given the state that they made it home in.
