We got a missed call from them on Sep 4 and there was a voicemail with nothing left on the voicemail. Of course we have to assume it was spam since no one talked in the voicemail about the raffle winner. We called back later to a guy telling us they had picked someone else already. If we heard an actual recording of the voicemail mentioning about the raffle we would have called back and confirm it. Regarding the experience at the dinner itself. The food was good however I can tell one lady was in training as a server and she was still not super knowledgeable about prices and things. One thing that I felt uncomfortable about was her changing the grill out and its super hot and oily and too close to my son. The lady that was training her did a better job and more careful and professional about it. Sadly my whole experience about the raffle had left a bad taste for me to return. The picture of the voicemail shows 10 seconds of recording of NO one speaking or leaving us a voicemail about the raffle.

Our waitress Emily gave us a quick rundown because we had people in our group who had never done Korean BBQ. Our first round of meat had a hair in it and she kind of ignored that and asked if we still wanted utensils then left. From there we had to flag down other waitresses/ and the manager Harry also came and took an order of meat at one point too. The meats were okay, but we've definitely had better. We tried a variety of meats like the bulgogi, brisket, pineapple steak, Gen steak, honey soy beef and garlic beef. They were all fine. When we were done with our grill, we told our waitress and she asked if we needed anything else... I guess we should have asked for the check because it was another 25 mins before we finally flagged someone down and asked if we could just pay at the front. We did in fact get up and do that, the hostess split our bill 4 ways when we asked for it to be in half. At this point the manager came up and he cancelled the first checks, split it correctly and then our waitress finally came up and asked where table 60 was (which was us). After being there for a few hours she had no idea what any of us looked like and that we were already in the process of paying, she asked her manager if we had skipped out on the check. It would have been easy to do if we weren't good people, but we indeed planned on paying, and were. The manager did apologize for the service we ended up getting as we explained some of the missteps throughout our time there. He was nice about it and apologetic for the hair. Other KBBQ spots offer a small ice cream scoop as a part of your meal, we kind of missed that here. The atmosphere was fine but the lights kept flickering on and off throughout the meal too which was kinda weird because it got very dark at times. Overall, the experience was just okay, but not something I would invite others to experience.

The buffet offers a good selection of bonchon dishes and some preprepared meat options. Although the preprepared meats are good, they aren't as fresh so I'd highly recommend ordering from the grill menu to get the best quality meats!
