I love bonefish grill but this location was not it. Our waitress was amazing and kept our drinks and bread fresh but the food was subpar.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Bonefish Grill. Long on my dinner radar, I finally visited on a recent Saturday night with my daughter. The ambiance was casual and comfortable, and we were seated quickly. We started the meal with their famous warm bread and olive oil, which we munched on while waiting for our delish calamari appetizer. I really liked the spicy dip that came with the calamari. Next up were the main courses. My daughter had an entree sized caesar with grilled salmon, which she reported was quite tasty. I enjoyed surf 'n turf - a perfectly grilled sirloin steak with grilled shrimp, plus a tasty heap o' buttery mashed potatoes and some (fairly basic) steamed veggies. I enjoyed the evening and would love to go back sometime and try out their nice bar area. There were some tempting-sounding martinis on the menu for sure!

    Undercooked Salmon

On a Saturday night, my girlfriend and I decided to eat here. It wasn't busy. She ordered the Bourbon glazed Salmon and I ordered the Scallop and Shrimp Scampi. The scampi was great. However, the salmon came out undercooked. We told the waiter and he swiftly brought it to the back. They kindly gave as an entire new order. We immediately cut into the new one and it came the same way! Props to the waiter, he was only doing his job, the cooks on the other hand may need to tweak the recipe.

Greasy, flavorless (albeit crunchy) pumpkin ravioli.

There we're definitely pros and cons to this place. They had specials which I ordered from. But let's start at the beginning. The bread with the herb and oil dip was good as always. I ordered the "Fried Pumpkin Ravioli" appetizer and the "Fresh Caught Salmon" with the Bacon Mac 'n Cheese. The ravioli was deep fried. Completely ruining what could have been a good appetizer. Instead it was a greasy, flavorless crunchfest. The salmon was cooked well and the butter/lemon sauce was good, just a bit too much of it. The mac 'n cheese was more like noodle soup.

My wife decided that she wanted to give this restaurant another chance, we'd had a meal when they opened a few years back and while the the food was ok the service was I don't know " different/ distant " anyway tonight was way better. From the minute we entered the restaurant we were greeted and asked if tonight was a special night which it was, my wife's birthday. We had made reservations but had showed up early, wasn't happening at the casino, but no problem we got a booth right away. We were handed off from the hostess to our waitress who quickly brought out water and bread and oil to keep us occupied while we checked out the menu. We had already done some pre scouting earlier in the day so we ordered the Corn and Lump crab chowder as our appetizer and were surprised when it arrived we also got a serving of their Bang Bang Shrimp cause it was my wife's birthday no charge very nice thank you, it was delicious a little too spicy for my wife though more for me! Our entrees were the Pork Tenderloin with mango salsa for my wife and I chose the Cod Imperial. We both chose the whipped garlic potatoes with seasonal vegetables as our sides. While we waited for our meals to arrive we had a couple of cocktails for the bar my wife got her usual a greyhound and I went with one of their signature cocktail the smoked Woodford old fashioned these arrived quickly mine had a smoke filled glass on top of the drink that once you lift off dissipates but does impart a slight smoky accent to the bourbon really nice. We got to talk a bit while we waited and enjoy some of the bread and oil that you get as soon a you are seated like I said it's been awhile since we had been there so taking a look around the decor is reminiscent of you typical steak/seafood restaurant the bar is pretty good size and has a couple televisions on showing some football games but the bar wasn't loud which was nice. We were finishing our chowder when our entrees arrived, also a refill of the water bottle we appreciate that. Both plates looked appetizing not huge but also not small portions. My cod was so good I almost forgot to get some pictures oops not the best. My wife really liked the pork tenderloin and sides but after the shrimp and chowder she ended bringing some home but not me I cleaned up everything might have over ate a little bit I'll have to hit the treadmill a little bit more. So had a way better experience than before so I'm sure we'll be back!

Celebrated our anniversary tonight and had a wonderful waitress, Christine who was so kind with exceptional service! The calamari appetizer was so good and the fresh baked bread was a great way to start our meal. We both ordered fish: salmon and cod. Delicious! The Cheesecake was over the top with a cherry sauce! Highly recommend! Pricing mid-range $50 per person, great place for date night!

"Smokey" old fashioned. Very tasty drink with a unique presentation.

Visiting family in the area, and Bonefish is a nice place to bring people with varied tastes, because the menu has a decent variety, and the food is not too expensive. The only downside is that we had a larger group, and some of the plates arrived to the table lukewarm. I suppose they held some plates to serve them all together.

I'm not big on chain restaurants. I never even heard of this one until my cousin Greg suggested we meet here for dinner. So, despite it being a chain, it wasn't bad. We ordered the soup of the day which I liked. It was a creamy tomato with lumps of crab. I wish they had said it also has bacon crumbles in it. I'm not much of a meat eater, and would have preferred not to have it. Next time I'll be sure to tell them. We also ordered several appetizers. Mussels in a very tasty sauce, fried calamari, & crab cakes. Surprisingly, it was enough to fill 4 adults! Oh, forgot to mention the warmed ciabatta roll served with butter and a olive oil with pesto. Nice place, helpful wait staff.

Despite it being a busy holiday evening, we were seated immediately. The vibe was lively but comfortable, with most tables and the bar filled. Since we visited in February, we leaned heavily into their specials menu. We skipped the small plates and went straight for the mains: the Greek Salad with Steak, the Steak and Gorgonzola Flatbread, and the Vine Burger. Every dish was a hit, though my wife found the red wine vinaigrette on the salad to be just "okay" rather than great. For drinks, we stuck to the mocktails. We tried all three on the menu, and the Blueberry Mule (ginger beer based) was the undisputed winner. We'll have to come back for the cocktails another time since they looked promising! We capped the night with the Apple Blossom pastry with vanilla ice cream--it is a total "must-try." Overall, the service was courteous, the ambiance was spot-on, and parking was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

The soup of the day was fantastic. A sausage, potato and kale soup. Warm, comforting and delicious! The salad was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the quinoa kale salad, with a citrus vinaigrette. There was a little quinoa and kale on top of a large amount of romaine. Not what I expected. It was also served stuffed into a small, tall sided bowl with the dressing on the side. How exactly are you supposed to dress it and eat it? My friend had the burger and fries. The burger was half the size of the bun. She literally removed 50% of the bun. It was also extremely well done. The fries were cold. They don't have decaf coffee, but I was able to order mint tea. It was brought in a cup that smelled like old coffee. The table had been cleared and I had no napkin and he didn't bring one with the tea. There was a slice of lemon I didn't want and I had no place to put it. There is potential here, I hope they pay more attention to providing a quality experience and food.

Last night was the first time my husband and I have been in over 6 years so we figured we would go in with low expectations and give it another shot. Sadly, it met our low expectations. I will give it one star for the service (which has always been great!) and another star for the food which was ok at best. I would give it another half a star if I could because you are able to make reservations which at the busy Tulalip resort, is a huge perk. They give you a basic basket of rolls to start. They are the same rolls they offer you at Cedars Cafe at Tulalip. In the past it used to be these awesome artisan crackers and butter so its sad they don't do something fancy like that anymore.I ordered the salmon caesar and the portion was soooo small... for $48. Like 6 stalks of romaine and a tiny piece of salmon. My husband had a steak which was cooked nicely but flavor wise, it was nothing special. His plate had the saddest looking vegetables accompanying it. Which for the price, felt unacceptable. We tried a couple of the desserts and they were good and felt upscale, which matched the price and the vibe of the restaurant. Bottom line... don't waste your money here. Everything is so overpriced and the quality does not match the price tag at all. Cedars Cafe at Tulalip has WAY better food for half the cost.

My server was very pleasant, but I can't really say that she did as well as she could've. For example, I ordered the cheeseburger and added onions. It must have sat for a little bit in the kitchen, because it was barely warm when it arrived, minus the onions. My server was at the table behind me, chatting, and very slowly taking the order of two women who must've been locals she knew. I was patient for a while, but eventually tapped her on the shoulder and asked her to talk to me when she finished taking their order. Meanwhile, my cheeseburger continued to get colder. When she finally finish baking their order, she turned me, and I mentioned that I had asked for onions on the burger. She nodded, and then she went to the bar, proceeded to restock the cooler, and did other tasks. At this point, the burger is cold. I push it away from me, and I am going to ask them to take it off the bill. I had not taken a bite, mind you. Another server comes over and asked if I would like a box. II told him it was cold, did not have the requested onions on it, and I had no interest in it whatsoever. He apologized profusely and said they are happy to make me another. I usually do not like to send back food to the kitchen, but I made an exception in this case. In a reasonable time, someone who I guess was the kitchen manager brought over a freshly cooked burger. There were onions, but they were finally diced, which I don't understand, because they just kept falling out of the burger. Why wouldn't you just put in a slice? The burger was overcooked and not well seasoned and at the end of the day, I thought the food was rather mediocre. This place gets an extra star because my original server did come over and sincerely apologize for the issues with the food. Nevertheless, it is not a place I would come back to. Maybe best left to the locals.
