The place provided a very fun experience. We enjoyed playing some of the arcade games inside and we won some prizes. The mini golf course has two courses that you can choose from. We had a nice time playing both courses. They weren't too difficult. The go karts were fun and there were quite a lot of people on the track which made it more competitive. I didn't try anything from the food court. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The first employee messed up reloading our cards, manager came and "fixed" it, charging us for new cards.

Unfortunately poorly trained employees can really ruin the day for kids. I bought the unlimited pass for five kids and when they finished their arcade credits I went to the counter to ask if I can split the 90 credit package on five cards and the employee said yes, she put 18 dollars worth on each card instead of credits and couldn't fix it. I had to wait for a manager for over 30 minutes, when a manager eventually came and fixed it they cleared all the kids points from every card which caused lots of tears at the prize counter an hour later and than also the kids unlimited pass was also cleared. There were lots of tears and we ended up just leaving. I honestly don't think we will ever be back. It was not just the original mistake of adding to much to each card but how it was "fixed" and all the kids losing all their points and then having issues getting on rides. Employees need more training. Just saw when they messed up our cards that they also charged us for new cards...ten dollars extra. This is not okay.

Had a good time today riding the go carts, water ride, and playing in the arcade. only downside i placed an order for 1 personal pizza and was told i would get a text when it was ready. we ended up leaving after waiting over an hour and still never got a notification hours later. not sure if they lost the order or what happened either way very annoying. prices are outrageous also (tickets and food).

First time and I thought the prices were reasonable. Played mini golf. We payed first course as a practice and 2nd course for win. Can't remember exactly how many holes, maybe 18 each and were just enough. It was Fun. Then we practiced batting. Don't remember my hands hurting like each time I hit the ball. Probably because I wasn't wearing gloves? $4 for 25pitches was allrt. Lastly, we played a few games inside.

my goddaughter and I...... did the all day pass which it was perfect because hardly no one was there we took our time playing golf enjoying our time ride go carts so many times. My goddaughter loved the ride that flipped you all around we spent like 4 hours there chilling and playing games

Julian not paying attention to customer or the cars racing.

Over all good experience usually at this place. Pitt putt is always fun. Customer service is horrible! Especially Julian at the go carts! Completely rude to me and my two children and wouldn't let me ride in the same race as my kids. So I just sat out. Pretty upset after spending $200 here today. Julian snapping at me, getting an attitude and yelling "it's busy today what do you want me to do?" Is just unacceptable. As a small business owner with customers I understand customer service. I guess I won't have my employee party here this year. This place has really went downhill!

Brought our kids to this place and they had a blast. (Disclaimer) if you buy tickets online they have better deals than at the regular ticket counter. It is a big place with lots of stuff to entertain kids. Putt putt, go carts, mini roller coaster, arcade! And they have adult beverages and a variety of food to choose from. Would recommend bringing the kids for a day of fun!

I brought my…read moredaughter on their opening Day June 1st as they were celebrating its 70th Birthday and had a carnival, cake, face painting, magic show all included with admission which was thoughtful! If I remembered correctly admission is $6. Rides are $5 for 3 rides. (They only have 3 rides: boat ride, train ride, & carrousel) OR $9 for unlimited rides wristband. We ended up getting the wristband but it wasn't worth it, as the park was extremely packed and the lines for the rides were pretty lengthy, we only got on each ride once, but I'm sure on a regular day with no event happening, it's worth it to get the unlimited. Carrousel was so fun, goes pretty fast. Train ride was funny with all the things you pass and see along the ride, and the tunnel was the cutest, get ready to get your phone out and take a video. They even have a little water park so be sure to pack an extra pack of clothes for the kiddos unless you don't mind them getting soaked and getting back in your car. They have a food stand with foods like hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, chili, chips, shaved ice, fountain drinks, etc. We didn't purchase food here but prices ranged from $4-$8 I believe. This was a great way to spend a few hours and let your kids run around, play and tire them out. I'd definitely bring my daughter back. I am pretty bummed, there opening day my daughter & I stood in line for face painting for 1h & 35m literally and it was during the time that they passed out the raffle it was 70 $70 gift cards and apparently my number got called while in line & I didn't hear it and it's not like I had anyone to go get my prize for me. So by the time my daughter got her face painted and we went to give them our #. They said they called it out already and literally handed out the last gift card to someone. So that was pretty sucky. It's okay though. We had a great time and it was a great event. Their hours of Operation are: June - July 2024 Thursday - Sunday 10am - 4pm August - October 2024 Saturday & Sunday Only 10am - 4pm

I love a good spin and flip ride, but when the flips and spins come one right after the other and don't seem to stop, that's when you lose me. I was surprised they didn't have more in between roller coasters, ones that weren't just for 7 year olds or the ultimate thrill seekers. I've been to Great America a ton and was expecting some more options like that. We came at Christmas time and were pleasantly surprised to see how great they decorated the place. It was so festive and fun to see. I loved the gingerbread village and the reindeer roundup. It was a cold rainy weekday when we were here, so the park was pretty empty and we didn't have to wait for anything. In fact, each time a ride ended they offered you to stay on and ride again without even having to move. We waited in line to buy tickets for just that day and luckily the guy at the window told us they were about half the cost if you got them online, which we were able to do on the spot on our phones. Kinda strange that the cost to buy in person is so much more than buying online, but we were very thankful that was shared with us.

I was not sure how to use the free bring a friend, so I used the "Contact Us" page. TWICE. I never got a reply or acknowledgement. We went and it worked out. The passes are scanned twice. I bought the all day dining passes and drink passes. Waste of money. Only able to eat once because when we were looking for a snack, all of the places that accept the plan were closed! It wasn't even 6pm. We went to the Funnel Cake place by the entrance. It is listed as on the dining plan. The employees said nothing there was. But the app says differently. $18 for a mediocre funnel cake was a complete rip off. Getting our cups refilled was another problem. Every place was closed! Why bother spending the money on that?? The rides were ok. DC Universe is rough. I like big roller coasters. But these were a bit rough. Maybe I am just old. Medusa and The Joker were my favorites. Ride operators seemed very unhappy or unfriendly. Parking lot... yep, very much unmarked. We had Preferred Parking. We found a space and we're told it was for employees only. We could park another row up. Ok. All handicapped. So we move yet another row up. The lanes were all coned off. How would we know it was staff parking if it is unmarked? Once you park, you walk. And walk. And walk. And walk a little more to get to the entrance. I guess there are shuttles. But we saw no info about where and how and when. Bottom line. Don't waste your time. We won't be coming back. California's Great America is a much better experience. Plus we don't have two bridge tolls to go there. We will use our pass there instead.

We went last Thursday when it was 96 degrees out and we freaking loved it. The park wasnt that busy. I waited only about 10 mins for a roller coaster. I have the all season fast pass, all park dining plan, all park drink plan and an all park icee/hot cocoa plan. This place was 2 miles from my hotel. It is in the middle of office buildings near Levi stadium (where the 49er's play). It was an easy entrance at parking, parking was abudant and the amount of busses in the parking lot was low. Got to the entrance had our passes scanned and asked if they use the fast lane site or have a wrist band. They do wrist bands but she had not idea where we get them. Suggested store by entrance. Store near entrance knew what we were talking about and gave us our wrist bands. The park had not opened yet so we were corralled near the double decker carousel. After park open I checked the app to see where to head next and most of the rides were closed (it was a theme for the day). Food options are limited. Kidlet ate at the great american hot dog and snacks place. Got a hot dog, bag of chips with meal plan. They had icees so we went here a few times. I went to the market. Which was a mess. I got the chicken ceaser wrap. You don't pay at the window you have to go to this check out area. They initially had 4 people working, then 3, the one. It took over 20 minutes to get through this and if I had waited my food would have been cold. I ate my fries in line and saved the cold item which had got warm from being held. 2nd meal kidlet got Panda Express. Here they give you a bowl vs knott's which uses a to go container. They also gave her fried rice when she wanted lo mein so they gave her a little to go container of lo mein. My second meal I went to Maggie's smokehouse. It was not busy and I should have left as you could tell the food had been out for a long time and looked dried up. The person at the cash register told me my meal plan had been used but asked a coworker who got it to work. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and potato wedges. Wedges were cold and the spicy chicken sandwich had a spicy sauce and some jalapeños on it. Many food locations not open and icee locations hard to find. Second location we found employee said machine was not working, poured a drink and it looked ok so we got a large drink for our pass (which usually is only a small cup_ We finally got to an area where rides were open so we rode: These are the rides we rode and that are on fast pass: 1. Orbit-we were the only ones on it. A fun ride 2. Flying eagles-exactly like the gliders at knott's, basically a kiddie ride 3. Demon-this ride was rough. Looks old, feels old. Track is dull and paint chipped off, cars look old 4. Drop tower-it was ok. There are higher towers at other parks 5. flight deck-this was closed most of the day but we made it on. The best ride at the park 6. gold striker-was closed most of the day and we rode it when it was open. It was a good ride through the beginning. Got rough at the end. I prefer Ghostrider at Knott's 7. pacific gliders-this is meh. Kidlet loved it and rode a million times 8. patriot-nothing to write home about 9. psycho mouse- not sure how they get away with the name of this. I guess since it is a mouse it is ok? was a smooth ride, the curves are not as jolty as other rides like this 10. rail blazer-this was also closed most of the day. Caught it when opened a fun ride but the harness left a mark my arm and cut kidlet's arm to bleeding. 11. rip roaring rapids-this was like every other water ride like this. you can get SOAKED. I rode once, escaped not too wet. Kidlet rode 5-6 times at end of day, got kicked off due to the park closing. 12. rue le dodge-bumper cars. Kidlet rode a few times 13. grizzly-this was a rough ride. And security was dealing with some kind of fight situation 14. tiki twirl- have never ridden a ride like this before. it was ok. 15. Barney Oldfield's redwood alley-rode once, kidlet rode a million times 16. delta flyer/eagles nest- took to get to the other side of the park On fast pass did not ride: celebration swings. These are basic swings at every amusement park Overall I can see why this park is closing. It is very run down and sad looking. Hardly any shade in the middle of an industrial area. The land is valuable and they are going to put up shopping centers and office space. I do feel sad for the area as they will be left with Six Flags Discovery kingdom as the major amusement park left open (if there are smaller local amusement parks I am not aware of as I am not familiar with this area). Glad I got to go before it closed but now that I have been I don't feel a need to go again.

They have food and drinks available for reasonable prices. Mostly pub type food, as well as snacks and candy. Lots of nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages available. There's a pool table and other games in an arcade area. Plenty of seating options. I love that electric carts are available, as I don't miss having to breathe in fumes with the former gas carts. Yay for technology! Plenty of parking out front. You can register to play online before you arrive or at the door.

At $80 per child for the most basic package on a weekend I expected a higher level of service. Throughout the party, I had to ask for everything. I had to request water pitchers, ask for a candle and lighter, and no one offered to help cut the cake. The staff didn't offer much help coordinating the event. I've had parties at Pump It Up, where the staff was much more attentive and proactive. I also had an unpleasant interaction with an employee (Scott?). The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.

It's perfect for families with young kids, with gentle rides, plenty of shade, and lots of places to explore without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. If you're looking for a calm, family‑themed park where kids can have fun and adults can actually relax, this is the spot. A really lovely place to spend the day. We are season pass holders and the money is used to preserve the park. They offer themed events during the entire year.

In 2007 they changed the name to Gilroy Gardens I bought passes and tickets ahead online from Gilroy gardens. We had fast passes too. Thank goodness for that. 1 membership. 4 member guest passes. 5 fast lane passes and 2 Cherry Jubilee lanyards. Note if you buy the lanyards the pass is not laminated and it will quickly tear off. So keep the punch card in a safer place. You'll lose it. Punch card gets you 6 special cherry menu items food drink alcoholic drinks and deserts. You can share it with anyone too. Monorail has been broken a long time. The big roller coaster was just broken and. Caden was disappointed he couldn't try it. It was his birthday trip. The kids did the smaller roller coaster 6 times. Note: website does not have a list of NOT operating rides. The boys really liked driving the cars. They have no gas pedal and it steers but it's really fun and they pretend to steer. The old model A like cars have 2 seats so that line moves faster than the corvette and 57 Chevy bel air like 1 seat cars. Using the cherry jubilee your cards was frustrating. They hire high school kids and my adult daughter said it was like the park was staffed with untrained unprepared staffers who were easily overwhelmed . It's unfair to guests and the kids working She literally gave up at one food location after waiting 20 min when the girl couldn't ring up food for others in line and stared off into space while everyone waiting. Most the staff were overwhelmed and this is easy stuff. It's a small menu and you just press a touch screen. It was shocking the staff lack of competence and assuming not enough training . So I never got to try the chicken sandwich or ribs !!! My adult daughter said I wish I recorded the food line and cashier on a Go Pro to send video to Gilroy Gardens for review. Of the difficulties with staff. To help with training needed. And it's really costing them money will people giving up ordering and slow orders. They cannot use the display terminals where you just touch the item and it's ordered and it's a small menu. Our cherry punch card gave us free alcoholic drinks made with cherry juice. We walked over to the bar area and the guy ignored us for 10 min before finally saying I'm not open until 1 pm. He was setting up and we assumed he opened any minute as they didn't say we couldn't use the card got our drinks until 2 hours after park opening. This was the drink area set up by the Chinese Wok eating place. Making us wait for drinks 10 min + and then saying I'm not opening until 1 pm. They also don't tell you on the website nothing on the park takes CASH. Only cards. This comment is about the guests. The trend for parents to get these huge Wagons for 1 or more kid is so annoying. Huge wagons full of enough stuff for a small garage sale. It makes the parks more unnecessarily crowded. They do rent a few types of strollers here. So you need not bring one. Anyway. My last comment is park hours daily 11 to 5 pm doesn't work well they open so late you get there and are hungry. Then with the inadequate trained staff and taking forever to order and get food you waste half the day A 10 am opening would be perfect. 11 is too late. As it was we were only able to get one of our prepaid cherry drinks each due to waiting everywhere and slow service If we go again. We are eating an early lunch outside the park and going in with full stomachs.
